Comfortable hotel that is close to Jilin Railway Station - about 6 mins drive away. Great for a nights stay especially if you’re headed out to take the train the next day! We had to catch an early train so we asked for the hotel to pack breakfast - which contained - a packet of milk, a preserved packaged egg, bread (I liked this), some packaged sausage. They also provided bottled water and were fine when we requested for more.

This hotel truly embodies the warm hospitality of Northeast China! The service was incredibly enthusiastic and always came with a smile. We especially loved the complimentary wellness tea in the lobby; it was so comforting to have a warm cup after being out in the snowy weather, and they were happy to refill it for us when we asked for more. The hotel allows food deliveries, and a robot brings them directly to your room, which is an absolute godsend! It's so warm inside the room that having to bundle up, go down to the first floor to pick up an order, and then peel off all those layers again would have been a real hassle. So, a huge thank you for the robot service! We accidentally stained the sheets and duvet cover twice, and the service was prompt and efficient in replacing them each time. The location is fantastic, right in the city center with a bus stop directly outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere. Given how cold it was, we mostly took taxis, and the hotel's street-side location made pickups and drop-offs very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

Staying at ZHotel in Yanji this time really exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly all night. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in was quick, and they even offered thoughtful local travel tips. The hotel had a wonderful coffee aroma, and the ambiance was cozy and stylish. The location was convenient for getting around and shopping. Overall, it was a perfect experience with superb value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Yanji. Highly recommended!

The price is cheap, the service is good, they give you fruit when you move in, it's quiet, and the soundproofing is good.

I came with my child this time, and I was worried about being overwhelmed by the sub-zero twenty-degree weather. But from the moment we landed, the hotel's 'Xue Man' butler took care of everything perfectly. 👉 Worried I wouldn't find the restaurant, they drew me a map. 👉 Worried I'd miss the airport shuttle, they proactively checked the schedule for me. 👉 Worried my child would be cold, they turned up the heating in the kids' room in advance. 👉 I casually mentioned wanting an early lunch, and they immediately coordinated it for me. This isn't just a hotel butler; it's my personal itinerary planner! The room was so warm I didn't want to leave, and the ski rental shop was super convenient, just a 3-minute walk downstairs. After skiing, soaking in the hot spring just topped off the feeling of pure bliss! Getting to the ski resort was incredibly easy. It was my first time visiting Northeast China, and I was initially worried I wouldn't adapt, but their service warmed my heart completely. From now on, when I want to ski in winter, this is my go-to place!

Her service was incredibly thoughtful and warm from start to finish, making my check-in and check-out experience absolutely perfect! When I checked in, Tracy was so gentle and patient. She proactively helped me with information about local attractions, breakfast times, and hotel facilities. She even gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants – truly attentive and thorough. Any small requests I had during my stay, she was there to help immediately, responding incredibly quickly. She's genuine and polite, which made me feel so welcome. The hotel's location is also fantastic, super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The bedding and toiletries were high quality, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Tracy's professional and attentive service impressed me throughout my stay. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in the area. I sincerely recommend it to everyone!

This apartment hotel was a truly satisfying stay. The building itself is very quiet and clean. The room was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and I particularly liked that the tap water was separate. The furnishings in the room were high-end and very convenient to use. The hygiene was excellent, and the host was incredibly enthusiastic and accommodating to guests. Plus, there's a cafeteria available.

My experience at Shangri-La Changchun was absolutely perfect. The hotel is located in the city center, making transportation convenient and getting around a breeze. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep even in a roadside room. The service details were impeccable; the front desk staff, especially a young lady, was warm and attentive, even offering complimentary breakfast for my child. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Check-in was efficient and swift, with a professional and friendly attitude, and they were always ready to assist. The gym and heated pool facilities are well-equipped, and I'd love to try them out next time. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Changchun again.

The service staff were amazing! We could easily ask them for help and suggestions. The curtains are automatic too, and would close when we’re leaving the room. Hotel breakfast was not bad. Location is great, just opposite the temple and walkable to good food area! Laundry room was open from 10am to 10pm. Space area was good, the sink separate from the toilet and bath. Snacks also available at the front desk, and if you needed more things like combs you can ask them or just take from the box at the counter below. Robot delivery for water too. The aircon doesn’t seem to work open the window and there is a natural freezer (our drinks froze)

Finally got to experience the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan Hot Spring, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Changbaishan! The hotel's location is superb, directly facing the stunning Changbaishan scenery. The environment is serene and peaceful, fully immersed in a mountainous forest atmosphere, allowing for a deep connection with nature's greenery. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, elegantly decorated, with soft and skin-friendly bedding and a mattress that's just right – making for an amazing sleep experience. The room was spotless with no odd smells, and the hygiene details were meticulously maintained. The toiletries were of good quality, and the facilities were complete and smart, ensuring maximum comfort during our stay. The hotel's main highlight is its natural hot springs. The pools are clean and comfortable, and soaking in them amidst the forest creates a wonderful ambiance, soothing travel fatigue, and providing a truly therapeutic and relaxing experience. The service team was warm, attentive, and responsive, offering meticulous and thoughtful service from check-in to check-out, truly making us feel at home. Breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh and high-quality ingredients, catering to both northern and southern palates. The hotel's amenities are excellent, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. It's perfectly suited for both relaxing holidays and leisure stays, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Changbaishan. Highly recommended!
