Hotels With Bar in Jilin, China

The room was very spacious. We arrived quite late, well past midnight, but the front desk quickly checked us in. After we checked out, the front desk called to let us know we'd left a power cord behind and immediately offered to mail it to us via WeChat. However, since it was for our child's constant-temperature kettle, we decided to go back and pick it up. The hotel's service was warm, thoughtful, and proactive, with a very positive attitude. The breakfast staff were also incredibly enthusiastic. We were very satisfied with this stay!

Xinxin at the front desk provided exceptional service. They upgraded our room for us, fearing that we might not be comfortable with the heating system. They assigned us a room on a higher floor, which was also very quiet. Xinxin was genuinely friendly and the room was clean and tidy. Experiencing the local customs and culture in Northeast China was very warm. The hotel’s location, with a mountain to the left and the Changying Film Museum across the street, is excellent. The breakfast was also quite good. We would definitely come back if given the opportunity.

Excellent stay! As expected, the James Joyce Coffetel truly lives up to its reputation. The unique coffee culture theme is really impressive. The decor is artistic, blending retro and modern styles beautifully. While the room wasn't huge, it was well-designed and spotlessly clean. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the pillows were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel staff provided fantastic service, always willing to help. Plus, their locations are usually very convenient, making travel a breeze. Whether for a business trip or a personal vacation, this is a wonderful choice for unwinding and relaxing. I'll definitely be back!

Stepping into the Grand Hyatt Changchun again, a familiar warmth enveloped me. On the coffee table lay a handwritten welcome card – the same familiar handwriting, a faint scent of ink, like a note left by an old friend. I've stayed here countless times; I'm no longer just a guest, but someone returning home. The hotel remembers my preferences, and they take the time to carefully craft a 'welcome back' that feels like poetry. No matter how rushed my travels, seeing those words immediately puts my mind at ease. It's not a perfunctory printout, but a sincere, handwritten gesture. In an era where everything is fast-paced, it's truly a gentle touch of hospitality when someone is willing to slow down for you. My heart settled. This, perhaps, is what true, elevated hospitality looks like: no templates, just heartfelt care.

My experience at Shangri-La Changchun was absolutely perfect. The hotel is located in the city center, making transportation convenient and getting around a breeze. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep even in a roadside room. The service details were impeccable; the front desk staff, especially a young lady, was warm and attentive, even offering complimentary breakfast for my child. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Check-in was efficient and swift, with a professional and friendly attitude, and they were always ready to assist. The gym and heated pool facilities are well-equipped, and I'd love to try them out next time. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Changchun again.

The room facilities were very convenient, and the ski resort was right outside. I could even get ski passes directly at the hotel, and ski equipment was free. It was amazing to hit the slopes right when they opened for two consecutive days! The hotel is also very convenient for visiting West Slope. Hygiene: The hotel provided disposable bathtub liners, so even though I missed the hot spring on the first day, I still enjoyed a nice bath. The complimentary hot spring was also fantastic, and I went on the second day. The hotel's location is right in the center of the resort town, making it easy to find food and go shopping. The facilities inside are comprehensive, and the service attitude was excellent 👍

This newly opened Ibis in the town has very striking decor and facilities. It's incredibly clean, and the style really caters to a younger crowd (even though we're not young anymore!). The rooms are exceptionally spacious, and the family room was very comfortable, with all facilities being clean and tidy 👍. However, a downside is that there's no refrigerator in the room. This is the first time I've encountered a foreign-brand hotel without a fridge in the room. Another drawback is the unstable water temperature in the shower. On our first night, the hot water only lasted about 10 seconds before turning cold, then back to hot a moment later, which made for a very unpleasant shower ☹️. It was a bit better on the second day, but still not particularly stable. The hotel's breakfast was quite good, though. Overall, I think there's a lot of room for improvement.

**Amenities:** The shower water constantly fluctuated between hot and cold, which was a major deal-breaker and made me abandon my original plan to extend my stay by two days. There was no luggage rack in the room, so I had to open my suitcase on the sofa. On the positive side, the smart toilet was a nice touch. **Cleanliness:** Excellent. **Environment:** The Iqun River is right outside, making it very convenient for walks. **Service:** Excellent, with staff always present at the elevator entrance to guide guests. However, the sales staff were quite annoying; they would approach you for contact information during breakfast or afternoon tea, and when asked for a price quote, they were evasive and unhelpful.

The room decor was lovely. We stayed in an executive twin room with two 1.35m beds, which was perfect for our family of four, not at all cramped. It was also very clean. The service was excellent; the front desk and restaurant staff were all very welcoming. The hotel has a laundry room, and I saw staff cleaning the dryers when I went to do laundry in the morning. The washing machines and dryers are cleaned three times a day. Changchun is also a wonderful city! Next time I visit Changchun, I'll definitely stay here again. (Didn't take any photos of the hotel, too tired from sightseeing every day, so here are a few photos of Changchun instead.)

A truly heartwarming stay, thanks to the hotel staff for taking such good care of everything! I booked this room for my mom and aunt, and since I wasn't there myself, I was initially worried they might have trouble getting settled. But to my surprise, everyone, from the front desk to the room service, was incredibly attentive. They not only patiently guided them but also answered all their questions, which was a huge help. I've stayed at this hotel before, and their service is consistently excellent. Thanks to the hotel's warm hospitality, my elders had a comfortable stay, and it put my mind at ease. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely choose this place again! My mom and aunt had a wonderful time!
