The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. We were offered hot fruit tea, snacks, and a warm towel while checking in. After check-in, our luggage was taken to our room and they explained all the available services – very warm and thoughtful. The room was spacious and clean, with a direct and beautiful view of the Songhua River. Breakfast was very rich; in addition to the regular buffet items, there were also local specialties. They even kindly provided homemade yogurt and soup, which tasted great. When we went out to explore, they thoughtfully gave us information on attractions. We wanted to get some stamps but didn't have time to buy a stamp book, so the front desk specially found one and gave it to us – a huge thank you!

23rd Residence Central Street Branch (4 days, 3 nights) 1. **Booking Period:** Peak season, February 7th - February 10th. 2. **Room Types & Rates Booked:** * 1 Holiday Family Room (includes double breakfast, window + bathtub) * 2 City View Twin Rooms (includes double breakfast, window + bathtub) 3. **Room Facilities:** The bathroom has a wet and dry separation, with the toilet and shower on opposite sides right after entering. The shower water pressure was decent, but the bathtub's water pressure was low, making it slow to fill. There's no handrail in the tub (inconvenient for elderly guests, potential slip hazard), and it's smaller than a standard bathtub; anyone over 165cm or with a larger build would find it quite cramped. Also, the bathroom design lacks space to put clothes or towels, which seems to be a design flaw – looks good, but not practical. 4. **Hotel Location:** It's a short walk into Central Street from the main entrance, a prime location. Even with the windows closed, it wasn't noisy, which didn't affect my sleep. I'm someone who has trouble falling asleep and is prone to insomnia, and I didn't find it loud at all. 5. **Hotel Breakfast:** We ate breakfast here all three mornings. For me, someone who only needs an egg, a bit of vegetables, and a cup of coffee in the morning, it was sufficient. However, for those who prefer a richer breakfast spread, it would be lacking. Most of the dishes contained Sichuan peppercorns, which isn't suitable for southerners who don't eat spicy food and can easily cause internal heat. On the first day, there was soy milk, but for the next two days, there was neither soy milk nor milk. I heard from the front desk that the breakfast is outsourced. Personally, I feel there's a significant disparity between the room rate and the breakfast quality; they don't match. 6. **Hotel Service Attitude:** Polite and tried their best to meet guest requests.

This hotel's service was fantastic! My check-in was scheduled for 2 PM, but they called me at 10 AM to pick up my room card. They let me store my luggage and even had it delivered to my room. They also gave me a free room upgrade to room 206, which had great natural light and a smart toilet. Besides bottled water, they provided a fruit platter, a coffee machine, and capsule coffee. They offered two tickets to the Fairy Tale Museum (worth 40 yuan each), and I could choose outfits from the first floor to take photos in the room or lobby, with no time limit or restrictions on the number of outfits. They also included four travel photoshoots (appointments needed in advance). The hundred-year-old elevator was free to use, and upon departure, they even gave me a small gift bag of chocolates. The location is superb – just two subway stops from Harbin Station and a 10-minute walk. It's right next to Central Street, a 5-minute walk to St. Sophia Church, Red Brick Morning Market, and Zhaolin Park. The Baroque street, Flood Control Monument, and Stalin Park are all less than 2 km away. Taxis can pick you up and drop you off right at the entrance. I'll definitely be back!

If you're driving, I'd recommend taking the exit at Songbei (unless you want to photograph the start of G1), even though it's further, it avoids most of the city traffic, reducing the chance of getting stuck. The hotel environment is top-notch, and parking isn't an issue. You check in at the South Gate reception, and the North Gate leads directly to the south entrance/exit of the Harbin Ice and Snow World, about a 10-minute walk depending on your pace. It's very close to the Ferris wheel and the big stage, and I believe it's not far from the subway station either. Cleanliness is a given and was excellent. The room facilities are comprehensive. When ordering takeout, be aware of potential delays; in my case, there were no delivery riders available. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident or a common problem. During the Ice and Snow Festival, room prices double, but for convenience, it's an excellent choice. Harbin Ice and Snow World Adult Ticket - Standard Price: I booked the tickets with my room, and it was significantly cheaper than buying them separately. Important: remember to select your time slot when booking!

We stayed at HarbinXi Er Man Hotel (Harbin Central Street Pedestrian Street Store) and had a good experience. The rooms were clean, and the location is excellent, right along Zhongyang Street, making it very convenient for walking around the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, which was great. A minor point: we were a bit confused at first because we received a message stating that “Harbin Sherman Hotel has now been fully upgraded to Harbin Central Street Keston Hotel (Sophia Church Branch),” so we weren’t sure if the location had changed. We contacted the staff, requested a recent photo of the hotel front, and confirmed that the Trip.com details were correct before proceeding. The staff were helpful and responsive, which made everything smooth.

Completely won over by the Ritz Hotel's warm and attentive service! From the hot towel upon entering the lobby to the welcome fruit in the room, every detail showed genuine care. A special thank you to the front desk staff, who were smiling throughout and not only upgraded us to a room with a view but also thoughtfully prepared toiletries for our children. The room was spotlessly clean, the wet/dry separated bathroom design was practical, and the smart devices were easy to operate. The breakfast offered a wide variety, combining Russian Western cuisine with Chinese breakfast options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. A hotel with such a heart, definitely a five-star recommendation!

Harbin Qiantong Hotel was an absolute highlight of my trip! 📍 Nestled in the Zhonghua Baroque Historic District, its retro Republican-era decor exudes historical charm. Every corner is thoughtfully designed, making it a fantastic spot for photos. The location is superb, within walking distance to the heart of the district and Central Street, surrounded by countless dining options. The room facilities are smart and exquisite, with soft bedding and excellent soundproofing. The 24-hour butler service is attentive and professional, ensuring a worry-free stay from check-in to check-out. The cleanliness is meticulous, and the value for money is outstanding, making it perfect for both sightseeing and business. The experience far exceeded my expectations, highly recommend! My review: Absolutely smashed it!!!!!!

Junyi Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! I arrived late in the evening, and as soon as I reached the hotel entrance, a friendly lady immediately came out to help me with my luggage. The upgraded room was quite spacious, and the hotel is super conveniently located, just 200 meters from the subway station and 100 meters from Central Street. The best part was breakfast – besides the buffet, they also offered a daily set menu. My friend, who was with me, was so impressed that she seriously declared she'd stay at Junyi again next time she visits Harbin. It's a pity I didn't get a chance to try the afternoon tea.

Having visited Harbin twice, I finally had the chance to stay at this exquisite and romantic hotel. I was truly satisfied, able to watch the sunrise/sunset over St. Sophia Cathedral with my beloved family from our hotel room. Upon entering the hotel, we were warmly greeted. While waiting to check in, we were treated to afternoon tea while enjoying the view of St. Sophia Cathedral. One of the male receptionists (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) was particularly helpful, as he could communicate with us in English. He meticulously explained everything to us and thoughtfully prepared toiletries for our children. The breakfast was also nice, The hotel's color scheme was soothing, and the room's mini-fridge contained complimentary bottled water and drinks. The staff even brought fruit to our room, and we received a complimentary gift upon check-out. I would definitely recommend that family and friends stay at least one night at the Manxin Hotel when visiting Harbin to experience this romantic hotel.

It was a comfortable stay. Harbin is quite dry, so it was great that the room had a humidifier. The front desk staff were patient and always happy to help. The afternoon tea was alright; I didn't try it this time, but last time I did, and only the yogurt was good. I haven't had breakfast here. The extra perks were definitely the bathrobes, the coffee machine, and the smart toilet with a bidet function.

MM314585****Let's start with the positives: The hotel's decor is very unique, and the rooms are spacious. There's a hotel cable car that goes directly across the river, making it very close to Central Street, and the cable car views are fantastic. The hotel is right by the river, with a small sandy beach where you can play in the water. The hotel is located within Sun Island Scenic Area, so it's very close to the Panda House. Now for the negatives: The heating is very poor; there's no underfloor heating, and the air conditioning doesn't produce heat. The front desk provided a space heater, but the room is quite large, so it couldn't warm it up at all. Hot water also takes a long time to come through; you have to run the water for several minutes before it gets hot, which essentially makes showering impossible. The breakfast is very basic, and the dining area is even colder than the rooms. I'd recommend not having breakfast at the hotel. The hotel requires entry through a mall entrance, and the mall closes at 9 PM. So, if you want to go out or return after 9 PM, you need to call the front desk to open the door. Since the hotel is inside the Sun Island Scenic Area, when taking a taxi into the area, you have to shout to the park security, ”I'm a guest at [hotel name]” to be allowed in. Also, when ordering a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the hotel, you need to register the Didi car's license plate number at the front desk for the car to be able to drive from the park entrance to the hotel. The above is for your reference. The front desk service was very attentive, and even though there were some issues with the facilities, the front desk staff were helpful in resolving them. I believe the experience would be better during peak tourist season.

PPHANG ENG HUEIThe overall experience at Deluxe Hotel was elegant and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the bedding soft and clean, and the service professional and attentive, making for a very pleasant stay. The dining options were varied and delicious, and the environment was quiet and convenient, suitable for both business and leisure. The only downsides were the high price and the need to book some facilities in advance. Overall, I recommend it; it's worth experiencing.

GGuest UserThe service here is excellent, from booking to the front desk and restaurant staff, everything was impeccable. The Chinese restaurant waitress, Miss Xu, was especially warm and professional. This is much better than the Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, where I noticed foreign guests were prioritized with excessive deference – that wasn't the case here in Harbin. The Ritz-Carlton Harbin's service was truly attentive and responsive to every request, hats off to them! 👍 There were a few minor downsides. The smart toilet seat, if you sit on it for too long, the lid taps your back. 🤭 The first room they assigned me was quite far from the elevator, which I had requested since I'm a light sleeper. However, after the staff showed me to the room, I got lost trying to find the elevator again after turning a few corners, haha! So I went back to my room and called the front desk. They then upgraded me to a river-view room closer to the elevator. But as soon as I entered, there was a slight lingering smell of renovation near the entrance. For someone as sensitive to smells as I am, it was quite impactful, but I really didn't want to bother them again. Sure enough, I woke up with a headache in the middle of the night, quickly took some medicine, and felt better after an early morning walk. Breakfast runs until 10:30 AM, but by 9:40 AM, the hot milk was already gone. A kind female manager went to the coffee machine to get me a cup, as it would take 7 minutes to provide more hot milk. My suggestion is that if breakfast is until 10:30 AM, they shouldn't stop replenishing items early just because there are fewer people. This will only lead to even fewer guests over time. I even bought 14 more breakfast vouchers, by the way. The quality of the breakfast ingredients is excellent, which is why I bought 10 breakfast vouchers. The gym equipment is great, and the service there is also very enthusiastic. The lighting in the swimming pool area at night was a bit dim. Since it's a water environment, dim lighting can be dangerous and make it difficult to spot issues. My friend suddenly got leg cramps, luckily a coach came over and pulled her out. The downside is that there are two lifeguard observation chairs, but no lifeguards. There's a duty coach who occasionally comes in to check, and sometimes goes to the gym to teach. Even though the water depth is 1.35 meters, a swimming pool, by regulation, must have lifeguards on the chairs. Accidents can happen in water, so safety is paramount. Overall, my stay at the Ritz-Carlton Harbin was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely recommend it to any friends visiting.

GGuest UserPros: 1. The room was very spacious, luxuriously decorated, and the ambiance was elegant, making for a comfortable stay. 2. The facilities were excellent. The toilet was a smart toilet, and the room had both a humidifier and an air purifier. 3. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The front desk staff handled issues efficiently and promptly, and their attitude was very good. Cons: 1. The hotel's hot spring is open to the public, and during the Chinese New Year, it was quite crowded. Guests didn't have a dedicated entrance and had to queue at the door to get a wristband before entering, which was inconvenient. 2. There was only one outdoor hot spring pool; all the others were indoors. This wasn't quite what I expected. I wish there were more outdoor pools, especially since the hotel's main selling point is its hot spring. 3. The gym had a limited number of machines, which wasn't quite enough. Also, there was a lack of equipment maintenance; the handles on some machines were too slippery. The gym's access control seemed to have an issue, as sometimes the card swipe wouldn't work.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!
