Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The service stood out as truly exceptional—every member of the staff was genuinely kind and attentive. They generously provided plenty of disposable body towels, facial towels, and even warming patches, which we found incredibly thoughtful. Our whole family was delighted by the breakfast each morning; every dish was flavorful and prepared with care. A special mention goes to the supervisor, Yanhua Huang, whose professionalism and personal touch made a real difference. She paid close attention to each guest, and even surprised us with a beautifully presented yogurt—a gesture we truly valued. Our room was cozy and inviting, allowing us to rest very soundly each night. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, just a short walk from Central Boulevard and the beautiful Saint Sophia Cathedral in Harbin. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and left with fond memories of our time there.

This hotel boasts an excellent location. Turn right out of the hotel, and a 3-minute walk brings you right to the heart of Central Street. Turn left, then left again, and after two blocks, you'll reach Exit 1 of Metro Line 2, making it super convenient to get to places like the Ice and Snow World, Sun Island, and Harbin Railway Station. There are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help guests with any issues. The breakfast offers a wide variety and is delicious. Throughout the day, there are various snacks and teas available, and in the evening, hot milk and more are provided. The hotel also has self-service washing machines and dryers on the first floor for guests' use. It's a quiet hotel, and both the air conditioning and heating work wonderfully. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Harbin and highly recommend it to my friends.

Every previous trip to Harbin felt rushed. But this time, with the year drawing to a close, my friend was busy preparing for the upcoming fashion week, which ironically left me with some rare free time. After much deliberation, the name 'Twenty-Three' on Central Street enticed me, and its prime location sealed the deal. The moment I approached the front desk, the receptionist's radiant smile warmed me right up. She even enthusiastically directed me to a dumpling restaurant just '30 steps' away (a long-legged person would say 10 steps, haha!), where I happily filled my belly. The spacious, clean, and serenely colored room, along with a complimentary welcome drink, made me regret only booking one night. After breakfast, I took a leisurely stroll to St. Sophia Cathedral, then returned to my room to pack my bags before heading to the airport shuttle stop, which was only an 8-minute walk away. The whole journey was so convenient! Twenty-Three, see you next time!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are comprehensive, quite new, and of good quality. The showerhead was a bit fancy; I didn't quite figure it out at first, but then I realized it was actually quite convenient. Hygiene: It was very clean; I didn't find any stains or anything. Environment: Conveniently located. A short walk downstairs brings you to Central Street at the intersection, close to the Flood Control Monument. The intersection is also where the Pegasus lanterns are hung. It's on a street accessible to vehicles, so it's easy to get a taxi right to the entrance. It's also close to Harbin Station, just a quick taxi ride away. Service: The service was very warm and enthusiastic. They offered to help plan itineraries, and the front desk staff had that friendly, chatty Northeastern characteristic. They were very helpful in answering all sorts of questions about morning markets, frozen pears, and more. I even got a room upgrade when my flight arrived late at night, which felt very lucky.

The location is quite convenient, and all the staff are well-trained. From the bellhop who helped with luggage at the door, to the front desk, housekeepers, and restaurant staff, everyone was very friendly and kind. The room itself felt like a palace with an exotic flair. I loved the sensor lights from the bedside to the vanity; it meant I didn't have to turn on the main lights when going to the restroom at night. Even during peak season, it was well worth the price. Harbin is so cold that outdoor activities are limited each day, so choosing a comfortable hotel is key. I hope they continue to improve and wish them great success in their business. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance.

Junyi Hotel is exceptional! Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in. Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments. Easy contact concierge via WeChat. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful. Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry. There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag. We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am. Our rooms were always well made-up. They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from. There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail. Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China. So grateful! Thank you so much!

Checked in late at night. There was no security guard, just one lady on duty. The small drawer next to the sofa in the room was wide open; I'm not sure why it wasn't closed. In the bathroom, a marble slab near the door of the tub was flipped open and not properly reset. However, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Harbin Ice and Snow World. The price was also very good during the off-peak season.

The room was spacious enough for a family of five, and the loft-style design was whimsical, though you might bump your head if you're not careful. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the price was reasonable. The portions were huge and incredibly tasty. The driver who picked us up was excellent, very friendly, and especially kind to the children. I think the prices were reasonable; we didn't feel ripped off. The pricing is typical for tourist areas, much cheaper than Disneyland.

The hotel's location is incredible, right in the center of St. Sophia Cathedral. You can step out and take photos immediately. The staff here are so gentle and soft-spoken, completely unlike the loud voices typical of Northeasterners. Did they not want to startle us? Overall, the experience was excellent, and I'll definitely book this hotel again if I have the chance! Highly recommended to everyone.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Central Street. You can turn right out of the hotel and walk about 50 meters to enter the street, which is convenient for taking pictures and checking in at various spots on Central Street when there are fewer people around. The hotel lobby is magnificent and opulent, like stepping into a European palace; any photo you take there looks beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, also exuding a sense of luxury. The staff are warm and attentive, proactively sharing the hotel's history, making you feel right at home. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. My stay here was fantastic and I highly recommend it.
