My stay at the Habsburg Hotel exceeded all expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to Central Avenue. It's right across from Saint Sophia Cathedral, and there's a subway station directly opposite, making getting around super convenient. The room was elegantly European in style, clean, and spacious, and the river view from my room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the Songhua River. The bedding was soft and comfortable, with thoughtful touches. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the concierge proactively helped with our luggage. Breakfast was generous and served until noon, including local specialties. Overall, it was a comfortable and heartwarming experience.

Bringing my family to Harbin, staying at the Ocean Ritz was such a great choice! The hotel has a beautiful European retro style, and the lobby is grand yet inviting, perfect for photos. Our room was spacious and bright, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering city views. The bed firmness was just right, and they even offered a pillow menu – so thoughtful! The staff were all very polite, always greeting us with a smile. The concierge was super efficient with luggage and calling taxis. The location is absolutely excellent; we could walk to Central Street and St. Sophia Church, which was so convenient for resting at the hotel after exploring. The breakfast was fresh and delicious; my kids especially loved the desserts and fruit. Overall, a perfect experience – clean, comfortable, and great service. Highly recommend!

This hotel's service was fantastic! My check-in was scheduled for 2 PM, but they called me at 10 AM to pick up my room card. They let me store my luggage and even had it delivered to my room. They also gave me a free room upgrade to room 206, which had great natural light and a smart toilet. Besides bottled water, they provided a fruit platter, a coffee machine, and capsule coffee. They offered two tickets to the Fairy Tale Museum (worth 40 yuan each), and I could choose outfits from the first floor to take photos in the room or lobby, with no time limit or restrictions on the number of outfits. They also included four travel photoshoots (appointments needed in advance). The hundred-year-old elevator was free to use, and upon departure, they even gave me a small gift bag of chocolates. The location is superb – just two subway stops from Harbin Station and a 10-minute walk. It's right next to Central Street, a 5-minute walk to St. Sophia Church, Red Brick Morning Market, and Zhaolin Park. The Baroque street, Flood Control Monument, and Stalin Park are all less than 2 km away. Taxis can pick you up and drop you off right at the entrance. I'll definitely be back!

Love the hotel. Perfect location, good cleanliness, good front counter. At first got a room with smoke smell but they immediately change another room for me. Laundry room available at 8am-8pm. It will be great if it’s available 24 hours as we can get our laundry done after hanging out all day. Room size is perfect size

The location is fantastic, very convenient for taxis, and just a two-minute walk to Central Avenue. The room facilities are pretty standard, but the breakfast ingredients are good, and the afternoon tea service is a thoughtful touch. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money.

The hotel boasts a great location, situated at the northernmost end of Central Street. A right turn outside leads directly to Central Street and the Flood Control Monument, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city center. It also features its own parking lot, a rarity for hotels on Central Street. However, be aware that the rooms are relatively small. The standard double room is practically just enough space for the bed, with no desk. The suites have a separate small room with a TV and coffee table, but are also quite cramped. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money this season, especially convenient for those with a car. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, making it a highly recommended hotel.

Facilities: The amenities are complete and well-equipped. The underfloor heating is very warm, and they provide a humidifier so it doesn't feel dry at all – very comfortable. Cleanliness: Housekeeping is prompt and thorough. After every cleaning, I couldn't find a single hair, which was really nice! Environment: The floor level was my favorite. For someone who likes high floors, it's perfect. The soundproofing is also good; I couldn't hear any outside noise from my room. Service: The hotel staff have an excellent attitude. They greet you proactively and remind you not to forget anything before you leave. Afternoon Tea for Two: Unfortunately, I was out and about early every day, so I missed out on this, but the breakfast was superb. I was very satisfied with breakfast all three days, especially the freshly made wontons and noodles, and the fresh squeezed juice – truly thoughtful! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Harbin!

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The bath towels and hand towels were all placed in a small sterilizing cabinet for disinfection, and there was also laundry service, which was very thoughtful. All the staff at the hotel were very enthusiastic, provided excellent service, and were always ready to help. Thumbs up!

What's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night? The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view. The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please. This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret. It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place? Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.
