The hotel was clean and comfortable, even had a kids' room, and the price was just right. The service was excellent. Since we were traveling with children, we had a lot of luggage, and the concierge proactively helped us carry it to our room. At check-out, they also helped us load it into the car. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and responsive, immediately addressing any requests we had. Before we left, they even gave a little gift to our child. The breakfast was quite extensive, and for a hotel in this price range, the taste was top-notch. The F&B department even specially prepared cartoon-themed yogurt for our child. We especially want to thank these staff members (we took photos of their name tags).

23rd Residence Central Street Branch (4 days, 3 nights)
1. **Booking Period:** Peak season, February 7th - February 10th.
2. **Room Types & Rates Booked:**
* 1 Holiday Family Room (includes double breakfast, window + bathtub)
* 2 City View Twin Rooms (includes double breakfast, window + bathtub)
3. **Room Facilities:** The bathroom has a wet and dry separation, with the toilet and shower on opposite sides right after entering. The shower water pressure was decent, but the bathtub's water pressure was low, making it slow to fill. There's no handrail in the tub (inconvenient for elderly guests, potential slip hazard), and it's smaller than a standard bathtub; anyone over 165cm or with a larger build would find it quite cramped. Also, the bathroom design lacks space to put clothes or towels, which seems to be a design flaw – looks good, but not practical.
4. **Hotel Location:** It's a short walk into Central Street from the main entrance, a prime location. Even with the windows closed, it wasn't noisy, which didn't affect my sleep. I'm someone who has trouble falling asleep and is prone to insomnia, and I didn't find it loud at all.
5. **Hotel Breakfast:** We ate breakfast here all three mornings. For me, someone who only needs an egg, a bit of vegetables, and a cup of coffee in the morning, it was sufficient. However, for those who prefer a richer breakfast spread, it would be lacking. Most of the dishes contained Sichuan peppercorns, which isn't suitable for southerners who don't eat spicy food and can easily cause internal heat. On the first day, there was soy milk, but for the next two days, there was neither soy milk nor milk. I heard from the front desk that the breakfast is outsourced. Personally, I feel there's a significant disparity between the room rate and the breakfast quality; they don't match.
6. **Hotel Service Attitude:** Polite and tried their best to meet guest requests.

What truly impressed me about my stay at Harbin Grand Hotel wasn't just the elegance and historical charm of this century-old building, but rather the warmth and sincerity evident in every little detail.
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member was gentle, polite, and meticulously attentive. There was no forced formality, just genuine and thoughtful service. Their proactive and considerate care, perfectly executed service, and patient and detailed responses all spoke volumes about their dedication and sincerity, truly making me feel at home.
The facilities are stylish, and the service has soul. In this building, rich with stories, it was your attentiveness that added an extra layer of warmth and peace of mind to my journey. My heartfelt thanks to all the staff for their genuine hospitality. Thoughtful service is the most touching, making this trip unforgettable and absolutely worth a special return visit.

If you're driving, I'd recommend taking the exit at Songbei (unless you want to photograph the start of G1), even though it's further, it avoids most of the city traffic, reducing the chance of getting stuck. The hotel environment is top-notch, and parking isn't an issue. You check in at the South Gate reception, and the North Gate leads directly to the south entrance/exit of the Harbin Ice and Snow World, about a 10-minute walk depending on your pace. It's very close to the Ferris wheel and the big stage, and I believe it's not far from the subway station either. Cleanliness is a given and was excellent. The room facilities are comprehensive. When ordering takeout, be aware of potential delays; in my case, there were no delivery riders available. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident or a common problem. During the Ice and Snow Festival, room prices double, but for convenience, it's an excellent choice.
Harbin Ice and Snow World Adult Ticket - Standard Price: I booked the tickets with my room, and it was significantly cheaper than buying them separately. Important: remember to select your time slot when booking!

The hotel's location is very close to Central Street, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The only downside is that the family room we booked was a bit small, and there was no door between the bathroom/shower entrance and the bedroom, which lacked a sense of privacy. Since the family room accommodates three people, I suggest providing three sets of water glasses and tooth-brushing cups, as there were only two in the room. Overall, the hotel is good, and I recommend improving some of these small details to enhance the guest experience!

The service was warm and the environment was clean. As soon as we checked in, they brought us two glasses of water, and promptly delivered fruit and pastries to our room. The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options. The drink selection was quite special, with a whole row of choices including fruit tea, hot and cold milk, soy milk, and something else I've forgotten. The pomegranate juice was delicious! When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir. The hotel seems to have a British style, and the ground floor decor is very unique, perfect for taking photos with kids.
Staying at Qian Tong Hotel was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel's design is exceptional, with vintage red brick walls and exquisite interior decor that imbues every corner with an artistic flair. The attention to detail in the rooms is evident everywhere, making the stay both comfortable and stylish. The service was also impeccable; from check-in to check-out, the staff were warm and professional, and any request was promptly addressed, which was incredibly reassuring. The breakfast offered a wide and delicious selection, starting the day off right. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. This trip was made even more perfect by Qian Tong Hotel. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The Junyi Hotel's location is super convenient, right on Central Street. You can walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral, making it really easy to explore and find food. The Red Brick Street morning market is just around the corner! The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The service attitude was excellent—warm and thoughtful. Both breakfast and the late-night snack were delicious with a good variety. It's really great value for money. This hotel is perfect for a trip to Harbin!

Having visited Harbin twice, I finally had the chance to stay at this exquisite and romantic hotel. I was truly satisfied, able to watch the sunrise/sunset over St. Sophia Cathedral with my beloved family from our hotel room.
Upon entering the hotel, we were warmly greeted. While waiting to check in, we were treated to afternoon tea while enjoying the view of St. Sophia Cathedral. One of the male receptionists (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) was particularly helpful, as he could communicate with us in English. He meticulously explained everything to us and thoughtfully prepared toiletries for our children.
The breakfast was also nice, The hotel's color scheme was soothing, and the room's mini-fridge contained complimentary bottled water and drinks. The staff even brought fruit to our room, and we received a complimentary gift upon check-out.
I would definitely recommend that family and friends stay at least one night at the Manxin Hotel when visiting Harbin to experience this romantic hotel.

Excellent! Because spring has arrived, Harbin is gradually reducing its heating supply, but the hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful. From the moment I walked in, they offered portable heaters and other equipment. During check-in at the front desk, I was lucky enough to be told I'd received a room upgrade. Later, I found my room was on the shaded side with not-so-ideal natural light. The guest services team came to speak with me and upgraded my room again. I feel incredibly lucky!

__WeChat460420****What's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night?
The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view.
The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please.
This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret.
It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place?
Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.

PPHANG ENG HUEIThe overall experience at Deluxe Hotel was elegant and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the bedding soft and clean, and the service professional and attentive, making for a very pleasant stay. The dining options were varied and delicious, and the environment was quiet and convenient, suitable for both business and leisure. The only downsides were the high price and the need to book some facilities in advance. Overall, I recommend it; it's worth experiencing.

GGuest UserI brought my girlfriend to The Ritz-Carlton Harbin for her birthday. I had only booked a standard room, but Yuki ensured we experienced exceptional service even before check-in. I feel incredibly lucky to have met Yuki, who is around my age. From our very first conversation, she patiently listened to all our trivial stories about what kind of birthday we wanted to celebrate. She never seemed bothered; instead, she genuinely paid attention. Her understanding and empathy made us feel less like guests and more like friends whose voices truly mattered.
Knowing it was for my girlfriend's birthday, she quietly upgraded us to an Executive room, making the entire experience much more spacious and comfortable. When we opened the door and saw the two exquisite swans, I suddenly understood what 'thoughtfulness' truly means. The handwritten card, the printed photo together – every detail wasn't part of a standard procedure; it was her genuine effort to help us turn this trip into an unforgettable memory. She also thoughtfully arranged a late check-out for us, allowing us to stay a little longer, making us feel truly at home and well taken care of.
I used to think luxury hotels were all about top-notch facilities and stunning views. This time, I realized that what truly makes a hotel memorable is having someone who is willing to listen, understand, and treat you like family returning home. Thank you, Yuki, for being such an understanding and empathetic contemporary, and for going above and beyond to give us the warmest birthday experience. I wish Yuki all the best in her work and hope she always keeps that warmth.

CCandou_This time in Harbin, I chose this hotel primarily for its location and reputation. My two-night stay was quite a 'rollercoaster' – some pleasant surprises, but also some frustrating moments.
There were many highlights that deserve praise:
1. **Thoughtful Room Design**: The decor was warm and stylish, a refreshing change from the usual cookie-cutter business hotels. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent, and the Laifen hairdryer along with the wall-mounted handheld showerhead were definite plusses. It really showcased the hotel's taste and attention to detail.
2. **Breakfast was a pleasant surprise!**: The variety was abundant, and the coffee was superb. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every morning. The restaurant service was also fantastic; staff were quick to clear plates, and the whole environment was very clean.
3. **Excellent Service in Public Areas**: The lobby offered complimentary hot water, tea, and coffee, plus shared washer/dryer machines, which was incredibly convenient for families with children.
However, the first day was quite a 'headache':
Upon arrival, we were immediately informed that the elevator was out of order. First, we were directed to find an elevator in a nearby mall, which we couldn't locate. Then, we were told to use a staircase. That staircase was dark and dilapidated. Carrying elderly family members, a child, and a pile of luggage, I grew increasingly anxious, especially since my phone had no signal and I couldn't reach the hotel by phone. Finally, after reaching the first floor, I managed to contact the hotel. Although the front desk promptly sent someone to assist and offered a gift as an apology, the whole process was incredibly stressful. Later that evening, we discovered the elevator was broken again...
In summary:
The hotel has excellent hardware; the breakfast and room details were impeccable. However, encountering continuous elevator malfunctions and misguidance on the first day significantly dampened our initial experience. I hope the hotel can prioritize equipment maintenance and optimize its emergency response procedures. If these issues can be addressed, it would undoubtedly be a five-star hotel that I'd wholeheartedly recommend.

GGuest UserPros:
1. The room was very spacious, luxuriously decorated, and the ambiance was elegant, making for a comfortable stay.
2. The facilities were excellent. The toilet was a smart toilet, and the room had both a humidifier and an air purifier.
3. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The front desk staff handled issues efficiently and promptly, and their attitude was very good.
Cons:
1. The hotel's hot spring is open to the public, and during the Chinese New Year, it was quite crowded. Guests didn't have a dedicated entrance and had to queue at the door to get a wristband before entering, which was inconvenient.
2. There was only one outdoor hot spring pool; all the others were indoors. This wasn't quite what I expected. I wish there were more outdoor pools, especially since the hotel's main selling point is its hot spring.
3. The gym had a limited number of machines, which wasn't quite enough. Also, there was a lack of equipment maintenance; the handles on some machines were too slippery. The gym's access control seemed to have an issue, as sometimes the card swipe wouldn't work.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this amazing guesthouse to everyone! You can book it with your eyes closed. The service is incredibly attentive, and the butler team in the group chat is always responsive to every request. They offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off to nearby attractions and restaurants. While we were making tea at the tea table, the butler immediately brought over freshly cut fruit. This is the first time I've encountered such observant and proactive butler service. The kids had a fantastic experience, and we ended up staying a second time within a short period. The breakfast was also very exquisite. Both villas have unique charm, especially the common areas, which are all distinct. We'll definitely be back!
