I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and gave full marks for service. Check-in was very fast. They were always smiling when I came and went, very pleasant and gentle. They even offered complimentary welcome fruit and airport drop-off service. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was good. Parking was very convenient. There are many fun places around, like shopping malls, which is very convenient. Friends visiting Kashgar should definitely consider this hotel first.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. Overall, my stay was comfortable, and the room layout was very practical. The front desk staff were warm and attentive during check-out, and the housekeeping lady kept the room spotless; she even greeted me warmly whenever we crossed paths in the hallway. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of delicious food, and the noodle station chef was genuinely friendly and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Urumqi.

Overall, the hotel experience was fantastic! đ The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable, especially the latex pillow which made for a really sound sleep. The electric curtains were a nice touch for convenience. The front desk also thoughtfully provided breakfast, which had a great variety and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the local yogurt and dried fruits, they were very unique. Compared to guesthouses, chain hotels definitely have a much higher standard when it comes to cleanliness and facilities.

This is an excellent hotel, very new and equipped with modern, smart facilities. The service is attentive, the rooms are spacious and well-lit, making for a very comfortable stay. Its central location is a huge plus, being only a 10-15 minute walk from Kashgar Old City. The hotel's breakfast is also rich and delicious. It boasts its own parking lot, and there's a gorgeous and tasty Uyghur restaurant downstairs. Most of the front desk staff and servers are young Uyghur men and women who are polite, neat, and well-trained. I was genuinely surprised to find such an international-standard five-diamond hotel in this border city. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and it was a delightful surprise. Highly recommended!
The environment is pretty good, and the transportation is convenient. They also offer airport pick-up and drop-off, which is really handy. Arriving late at night in winter and being able to go straight to the hotel from the airport without stepping outside was incredibly convenient. It saved us from having to pack an extra set of clothes (which for a family of four is a lot! đ). The other facilities were also great, meeting both the price and our expectations. A pleasant surprise was the wide variety of delivery food available, and the taste was super good! I'll definitely keep choosing this place in the future.
Here's a tip: If you've got a car parked at the hotel, don't be shy â just drive slowly towards the main gate and it will open automatically. đ
One thing to note is that the underfloor heating is incredibly warm, very warm... Even among all the places we stayed during our two-week trip with central heating, theirs was the hottest. This made the air really dry. The humidifier provided was quite mini, so I'd suggest upgrading it. For someone from the south, this kind of dry heat is really hard to get used to. đ Lacking self-help solutions for this only adds to the hassle for both guests and staff. I truly hope the tourism industry in Xinjiang continues to thrive!
The hotel's design aesthetic is truly impressive. The lobby breaks away from the conventional, rigid hotel feel, using a sophisticated color palette, fluid lines, and perfectly balanced lighting to create an upscale yet welcoming atmosphere. The subtle, pleasant scent in the air immediately helped to soothe away my travel fatigue. The guest room was an absolute highlight â the layout was well-thought-out, and attention to detail shone through everywhere. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The smart lighting control system was convenient and easy to adjust to my preferences. The overall cleanliness was impeccable; all fixtures looked brand new, reflecting a high standard of maintenance. The soundproofing was excellent, guaranteeing a peaceful interior, a rare find when balancing tranquility with a central location.
The hotel facilities are complete. Xiaoman and Xiaona at the front desk are warm, attentive, and meticulous in their work. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is a good mix of Chinese and Western options and is very generous. There is also free parking. The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the city center opposite a shopping district. Very satisfied! They gave us two Pull Tab coffee vouchers, which were quite good.

Great location. Walking distance to the modern CC Mall, plenty of food options and convenience store next door. Thereâs a spa inside the hotel for those after a long day of travel. Rooms condition is great, clean bed, decent pillows and mattresses. Minimalist but have everything you need. Only downside is the heater could be very very hot. Even if you turn into AC, itâs still warm air. Otherwise everything perfect!
This stay was absolutely fantastic! I have to give a special shout-out to L and N for their incredibly thoughtful service! They prepared free tremella soup and hot mulled wine for the skiers to warm up, and even helped us with our luggage when we checked out. The hotel's cleanliness was also superb; the sheets and bedding were spotless, and the bathroom was pristine. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserI was a little worried after reading some online reviews, but when I opened the room door, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, and the wallpaper and murals were quite unique. Despite it being the off-season, the hotel service was still excellent. Breakfast was delivered to the room, and the selection was plentiful. The location is superb; the visitor center is just around the corner.

AAnonymous UserOverall, my experience was fantastic, but I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff â they were incredibly warm and welcoming!
From the moment I walked in to check-in, the lady at the front desk greeted me with a big smile and a very friendly tone. She even helped me out with a few small requests, which really made me feel right at home.
Apart from that, the hotel's facilities and environment were excellent too. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit and will happily recommend it to my friends!
SSimagangzaguangguangguangThe hotel is quite large, and at first glance, it gives off a five-star vibe.
The room is spacious, and the decor is clearly well-thought-out. The style is very modern and trendy, and the materials used are all of good quality. The hairdryer is similar to a Laifen (and works great!). They even provide latex pillows by default (which is a huge plus!).
However, the cleanliness isn't up to par (a common issue in Xinjiang hotels). You can clearly see stains.
They have two robots that deliver food, and when they arrive at your door, there's an automatic voice reminder in the room. The breakfast spread is also good, with a wide variety of options.
â ïž The only thing that really drags it down is that the rooms aren't smoke-free. One day, when I left my room, the hallway reeked of smoke. I'm not sure which room it was coming from, but it immediately dropped my perception of the hotel down to a 3-star level. đ€Šââïž
BBlade.around.the.worldAfter a pleasant stay at the Green Tree Eastern in Kashgar, I decided to try the Green Tree Eastern in Urumqi. First impressions were mixed: while the exterior and lobby are fairly underwhelming, the rooms themselves are noticeably better presented.
Check-in was quick and efficient, and both the receptionist and security staff were friendly and welcoming. My Ctrip booking included a complimentary upgrade from a standard room to a superior room; however, this upgrade was neither provided nor acknowledged at check-in.
The hotelâs location is one of its stronger points. It is situated next to a Chinese shopping district and close to a metro station with direct airport access. That said, the hotel name is misleadingâdespite implying proximity to the Urumqi Grand Bazaar, the bazaar is actually one metro stop away or about a 30-minute walk.
The room itself was acceptable at first glance, but closer inspection revealed significant mold and holes near the bathroom wall. The room temperature remained uncomfortably cold at around 16°C, and the heating system did not appear to be functioning properly. The most serious issue occurred after taking a shower, when all of the drainage water leaked through the wall and completely flooded the room.
I immediately informed the front desk about the flooding and also mentioned the missing complimentary upgrade. Unfortunately, there was a translation misunderstanding, and the receptionist believed I was requesting an upgrade to a suite. Together with the security agent, we inspected the room, and they acknowledged both the flooding and the lack of heating. I was then upgraded to a suite, for which I am gratefulâthough I want to be clear that I never intended to demand a suite upgrade.
What truly surprised me was discovering that the same defective room was cleaned and reassigned to another guest that very evening, apparently without any repairs. It is difficult to understand how a hotel would reissue a room with such serious issues.
On a positive note, housekeeping staff were extremely kind and friendly. However, during our five-night stay, the bedsheets were never changed.
Overall, the Green Tree Eastern Urumqi is not a terrible hotel, but the experience was far from smooth and did not meet the standard set by the Green Tree Eastern property in Kashgar. With better maintenance, clearer communication, and improved housekeeping practices, this hotel could be much better.
GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! It's about a 15-minute walk to Tian'er Street. Right outside the hotel, there are a few restaurants that stay open late, so no worries about finding food even if you arrive on a late-night flight. The environment is very quiet, the bedding feels brand new, and everything is clean. The security guards at the entrance were very friendly and helped with my luggage. They even offered complimentary foot soaks and coffee in the evening. Plus, the room came with free snacks and drinks. The hot water was plentiful, and the heating was excellent. I'm very happy with my stay.
GGuest UserWe stayed two nights in Altay City while skiing at the nearby resort, and the hotel was a great base for our trip. The rooms were clean with good heating â perfect after a cold day on the slopes. Parking was free and conveniently right in front of the hotel, which made everything easy. A comfortable and practical choice for anyone visiting the area.
CChaokeaidexiaofeiziThe room is very spacious, fully equipped, clean and tidy, and has an oxygen concentrator and humidifier. The front desk staff had a very good attitude and enthusiastically introduced the route and inquired about weather changes and other information. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommended. The parking lot is large and free. Next door is the famous Yipin Yak hotpot restaurant, which tastes very good.
GGuest UserFirst time in Kashgar and I chose the Fushiliya Hotel. As soon as I entered the room, I felt a warm ambiance. The front desk even offered me a thoughtful cup of tea; the ladies at the front desk were all very attentive. The space is well-arranged and the facilities are complete, especially the digital controls which are convenient and quick. The room's AC for both cooling and heating is very versatile and easy to use. This hotel is definitely worth trying!
