The front desk service was very warm. They sent mineral water and reminded us to drink more water as the weather was cold. The room was very comfortable and I liked the decoration style. Recommended.

The hotel is nicely located near the train station and clean. There are also many eateries around it. The front desk receptionist is very kind and helpful. We called at 9.30 pm to check whether there were any rooms available and she managed to accommodate our request. We checked in at 11.30 pm. The next morning, we left early to visit some places, but my child realised she had lost her mobile phone in the lobby. They managed to find it, and we returned to collect it. They also provide free use of laundry machine. The only issue is noise with doors closing at level 5 cause people are using the laundry room. Overall, it is a perfect place for its price and services.

While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views. The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter! With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

The hotel is very big, there are many of us, and we were given a free room upgrade. There are also specialties available in the lobby, which is really nice. It is a good place to rest during travel, and there are also flight attendants, who are particularly pleasing to the eye.

An R2D2 robot delivers requested food or water bottles to rooms. There is no fitness center or spa. Hotel is walkable to restarauants (10-15 min) but no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. However, the lobby has a small convenience store room that is open sometimes.

We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

The best thing about it is the location- right outside the Changchun railway station. I arrived from Jilin City via high speed train. Took the south exit and the hotel is right there across street from the south exit. The breakfast is included and offers a great variety of choices, both Chinese and Western styles. I only stayed for one night and didn’t check out the gym and other amenities but overall it was well worth it.

The hotel is good, but for foreigners without Chinese moving around, the small city is not easy. It is just so hard to grab a taxi. The last day, the hotel was unable to provide transportation back to the train station. The other night, it was also hard to get a taxi to go for dinner. We needed to wait for the bus and walk. It is not a big distance, but with elders and small kids in freezing temperatures, it is not fun. The hotel is closed to the north entrance for Changbai, but it is a bit far from downtown, where the most people are and the restaurants are. In the end, you can rely on the hotel for transportation.

There are two Home Inns near the station. This one is on the left side of the South Square. . . It is very close to the subway station and the Puppet Manchukuo Palace. The soundproofing of this room is average. Next to it is the cleaning storage room of the aunt. I was woken up in the morning. I could hear the door opening and closing and talking in the corridor opposite. I stayed for one night and didn't have much experience.

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

The hotel isn't near to any places of attraction, nothing walkable for those who want to save on transportation, however the price is really good so still worth the effort. Their service is really good, just 1 call to room service and they will come immediately. They clean the room daily yet don't vacuum the room everyday.

The decoration of the Yingbin Building was disturbing my rest, so the hotel upgraded me to the VIP Building for free. I accepted the hotel's kindness, which also gave me a chance to compare. To be honest, the rooms in the VIP Building are large, with sufficient heating, good views, direct elevator access, and convenient dining. They seem to be more upscale and luxurious, but the lighting, floor drains, and walls are not as detailed as the rooms in the Yingbin Old Building. Compared with the rooms in the Yingbin Old Building, they are not as delicate and exquisite as those there. This is just my personal feeling. Different people have different preferences. When I came back, the front desk of the Yingbin Building patiently explained the situation and concerns to me, and arranged staff to help with the luggage in time; the little sister who helped me carefully explained the situation to me and helped me carry my bag and items.
