Overall, I was pretty satisfied. The location was convenient, with plenty of dining options on the popular food street. I forgot to use the pick-up service, and after arriving at Changbaishan Station, I had to wait 40 minutes for a ride, which was incredibly frustrating! The driver who took me to the station later explained that many drivers don't like going there because it's easy to get charged for exceeding parking time limits, or there are common issues like cars arriving before guests are ready, or guests struggling to find their car. The room was very spacious, but it felt consistently damp. The bathroom floor was still wet even after a whole night, and my clothes didn't dry. The hot spring bath on the fifth floor was good, though brighter lighting would improve it. I'd suggest having guests shower before entering the hot spring to ensure hygiene, especially since many children use it. Breakfast was okay, but I personally wasn't a fan of the noodle flavor, mainly due to the sauce, which, as a person from Jiangnan, I found quite peculiar.

The rooms are spacious, each with a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom. The lobby and breakfast area are on B1, while the first floor offers direct access to the town. Upon check-in, we received complimentary perks such as cable car tickets and hot spring access. We didn't have time for the hot springs, but we took the cable car to the mountain top. The views were spectacular, with a distant panorama of Changbai Mountain, perfect for photos. On our first evening, we even caught a lively event with fireworks, which was quite enjoyable. Shared electric scooters are available right outside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient to explore the town. The hotel staff were all wonderfully helpful, and the welcome fruit was delicious. It's an ideal choice for families traveling with children.

My trip to Changbai Mountain was very satisfying; I got to see the South Slope, and the scenery was truly beautiful. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, and the room was very clean, convenient, and comfortable. Also, the front desk staff, Qiu Yunpeng, showed great attention to detail and provided warm service from check-in to check-out. I'm very pleased! Clean, convenient, and comfortable! While not particularly large, the hotel is well-equipped with everything one might need. Parking is available behind the hotel, but as it's a public lot, spaces can occasionally be tight. Its location is fantastic, offering convenient access to numerous dining and shopping options, and West Market is just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and tidy. A charming feature is the availability of traditional costumes in the lobby for guests to try on and take photos by the flower-adorned hotel entrance. All the staff, from the front desk to service personnel, were exceedingly polite and warm.

From the ambiance to the breakfast, everything hit just right! 🫶 The environment was simply divine! The moment I opened the door, I felt instantly soothed! The wooden decor gave it a high-end feel, there wasn't a single strange smell in the room, and the bedding was so soft it felt like being wrapped in clouds ☁️! The bathroom was super clean with a separate wet and dry area, even the corners sparkled! Plus, the soundproofing is perfect for all types of sleepers; you don't have to worry about snorers at all. Even if you binge-watch shows until midnight, you won't disturb anyone – I was ecstatic! 🥳 I'm already looking forward to my next trip! Trust me, folks! Go for it with your eyes closed, you won't regret it!

Clean room, great custom service, delicious breakfast, safe neighborhood, and very convenient location. There are 3 different big malls around and many small stores near there. Will recommend it to my family and friends for sure and come back here next visit.

The hotel is located on one end of Yanhe West Street, with the seafood street and bustling commercial area just a few minutes' drive away, which is very convenient. 7. The lobby and floor staff were very friendly. Suggestion: 1. The room's scent diffuser had an ordinary smell, which I personally disliked. If the aroma doesn't meet expectations, it might be better not to use it.

The room is very big. Our room is on the sixth floor. The balcony faces the outdoor hot spring yard, which is still very beautiful. However, the air conditioner seems to be controlled uniformly. No matter how you blow, it is always cold. The power of the whole house will be cut off at a fixed time, which is really weird. Our whole family was watching TV and suddenly the power went out, and then it came back on. It happened three times in total. I have never stayed in such a hotel. You have to pay for more mineral water. You can order food in the restaurant on the first day, but it is all self-service on the second day. It is very expensive, more than 100 per person. There is no other choice. I am really dissatisfied with the frequent changes in the hotel's policies; the indoor hot spring and the outdoor hot spring are separated by a long distance, and the corridor in the middle is very cold and windy, which is really unreasonable. In short, it is a very ordinary hot spring hotel. There are not many people left, and they are all on vacation.

The hotel's location is very convenient for accessing the West Slope (Changbai Mountain), with a free shuttle service available. The drivers were attentive and patient. Furthermore, the area around the hotel boasts plenty of dining options, including KFC, McDonald's, Starbucks, and many local restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient this resort is for all aspects of a vacation – dining, accommodation, and transport. The resort itself is quite large. For those who rise early, it's possible to take the cable car up to catch the sunrise. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip, and I would definitely return.
