This was my third stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right across from Changchun Station, making transportation incredibly convenient with bus stops, a subway station, and the airport shuttle all nearby. The rooms offer expansive views and great natural light, are well-equipped, and feature comfortable and quiet bedding. The hotel restaurant serves a wide variety of delicious breakfast options. The staff are also very warm and welcoming.

Consistently excellent! We received a warm welcome as always. As soon as we arrived, Zhang Bing and Manager Teng Da arranged for the staff to bring us fruit and a humidifier. The doorman helped with our luggage, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was still very diverse. The swimming pool water quality was also great. Five stars all around!

My experience at Shangri-La Changchun was absolutely perfect. The hotel is located in the city center, making transportation convenient and getting around a breeze. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep even in a roadside room. The service details were impeccable; the front desk staff, especially a young lady, was warm and attentive, even offering complimentary breakfast for my child. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Check-in was efficient and swift, with a professional and friendly attitude, and they were always ready to assist. The gym and heated pool facilities are well-equipped, and I'd love to try them out next time. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Changchun again.

This hotel is really close to the Changbaishan Tourist Distribution Center, which was super convenient for getting around. You can drive, walk, or even take the No. 3 bus. The breakfast was quite good too. I actually forgot something in my room when I checked out, but customer service called me right away to let me know and kept it safe for me. I picked it up at the front desk on my way down the mountain. Thanks a lot!

After all, it's a four-star hotel, so overall it's pretty good! The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and very good!

Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station pick-up and drop-off service once each (please be sure to book one day in advance): To be honest, after I booked, I kept waiting for a pre-arrival call. I've stayed at many hotels, but no one from this one contacted me. I understand that it might be due to staff shortages during the off-season, but if you don't contact me, how am I supposed to know your hotel's information? The experience was already disappointing before I even arrived. I only remembered there was a car service to pick me up when I got to the high-speed rail station, so I quickly called the hotel. They sent a car with no license plate to pick me up, like an unlicensed taxi. Travel butler service: Completely non-existent. Hilton DoubleTree welcome cookies: No one offered them. From check-in to check-out, there were only two cold apples in the room (one of which was bruised, fine, we didn't eat or touch them). Very disappointing. I didn't book your hotel just for a small cookie, but since it was clearly stated as included and wasn't provided, I didn't dare to ask for anything else. Facilities: They were okay, no major issues during my two-day stay. Oh! The shower in my room drained slowly, and the hot water temperature was unstable. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Service: In the morning, I passed by a housekeeping auntie cleaning while on my way to breakfast. She just stared at me directly, which was a bit intimidating. I was the one who initiated by saying, ”Hello,” and only then did this 'gazing' auntie greet me. If this is the kind of service, there's no need to force employees to enthusiastically greet guests (I could clearly feel that the auntie didn't want to and wasn't willing to say anything, which I completely understand).

It’s a good hotel and also foreign friendly. Checking in was smooth and easy . They upgraded our room for free . I booked a double bed room but they upgraded to family room. It was spacious and my daughter was happy to have her own room ☺️. Location is also good . It’s just close to the mall , so you won’t struggle to find a place to eat .

My stay at Lavande Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortably laid out, and the soundproofing was excellent – I couldn't hear any outside noise at all, which made for a very restful sleep. The hotel's location is superb, offering great access to transportation and dining options. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'd definitely come back again.

This trip to Yanji, I chose to stay at the Orange Crystal Hotel near Yanbian University's famous 'influencer wall', and it was a great experience. The hotel's location is excellent, just over a kilometer from the Yanbian University influencer wall, easily reachable by foot or public transport. Across the street is People's Park, which is especially beautiful at night. There are many Yanji delicacies around the hotel; the original Heba BBQ restaurant is only 200 meters away. The hotel facilities are very new and clean, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. The staff service was also impeccable; they not only gave us a Yanji travel guide but also upgraded our room. We even received a souvenir upon check-out. All in all, I'm very satisfied with choosing to stay at the Orange Crystal Hotel for this trip.
