This location is excellent, situated in the center of shopping and dining areas, including street food options, which enhances comfort. However, the staff's inability to communicate in English is a drawback. Select a spacious suite; however, please note that the bathroom lacks a bathtub , and the toilet and bathing area feature a transparent glass. . The toilet is automatic, but it doesn't work well. It can be used only sometimes, it makes you frustrated. Breakfast is varied, but not delicious. Finally, this suite is on the 28th floor. Under the dining room and meeting room, the sound of chairs dragging can be heard at 7:00 a.m. It was until 10.00 a.m., making it impossible to sleep and congestion throughout the day, so I couldn't rest in my room.

A little hard to find the checkin office. But really just enter the large building from any entrance and go to the 6th floor Terrance and go to the A building office. This is a service hotel and not a typical hotel; but the house keeper does clean your room every day. 24/7 WeChat and fast response. Great location; surrounded by shopping centers. Clean room but a little dated; had to turn on dehumidify on AC because there was wet spots on the floor. Washer is small but works well. You have to hang dry your clothes so the small size is perfect. Only negative is that the shower was too small. You have to angle the shower head towards the wall or the water will leak out. Also, the elevators are a little tricky as they stop on random floors sometimes.

The hotel is very clean and all the staff are very polite and helpful. My husband had a stomachache and went to the clinic in the hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffet not much variety but with affordable price. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The room is very clean, the bed is quite comfortable. We all had a good sleep in this hotel. The location is very good. It’s just 30 seconds walk to the shopping cluster. Will recommend to friends definitely.

Breakfast table staff (a lady who’s always there) is very friendly and helpful :) the hotel robot is so smart and always busy sending “grab food” to room guests- always bump into him haha. Room is good; free laundry and a small gym is available too. Breakfast is fine with very nice soy milk! Thank you for the good service Miss Xiao Chen and also a complement to the staff lady at the breakfast table :) (too bad I didn’t ask for her name)

Excellent service especially by the restaurant Miss 张菊娇 who took great care of me and my friends. Appreciation also to the kitchen chef who specially prepared a bowl of porridge for me which was not on the menu. In summary this is a very well managed hotel with modern amenities. We stayed at this hotel for our two day flight transfer in Shenzhen. All staff here were very friendly, nice, polite and helpful. We can't read Chinese but can speak basic Mandarin and conversational Cantonese. On the day of our check-out, the front desk receptionist, Xie Zhiju helped us to hail a taxi from the main street and direct it for pick up at the hotel's entrance as we were travelling with a few big luggages. Her service deserves a 5 star. Other front desk receptionists were very helpful too but unfortunately, we do not know their names. This hotel's location is central and the room we stayed in was very spacious. The hotel also provides various small/lights snacks and drinks at their reception/lobby. There are a few restaurants nearby which is convenient for meals anytime of the day. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel as a family. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions. Great location, 10mins walking distance from LuoHu (罗湖) immigration check point, near to many eateries and also DongMen pedestrian street (东门步行街). Echo (小熊) friendly and helpful receptionist, help us to check in with ease, serve us a great coffee too, clean and spacious room, highly recommended to stay here.

Pros: great location. Right next to the electronic markets and a few minutes walk to two different tube stations, so easy access to the city. The staff were also very friendly and they changed my room for me as my first room was very dirty. There’s a free washing machine on the rooftop but there’s no dryer though. Cons: the first room I had was very dirty, it stank of cigarette smoke. The hotel staff let me change room the next night which I appreciated. The next room was a lot better. The whole hotel in general was very dated. There is a rooftop which is a lovely addition, however the the decking flooring is falling apart and there was holes in the floor. It felt a bit dangerous. Overall it was an alright hotel for the price. I was expecting a little better though as I have stayed in other hotels in China around the same price which were a lot cleaner and modern. However I did appreciate the staff letting me change room. Also great location.

The hotel was conveniently located near the tourist attraction area with a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance to buy food and necessities. Hotel was clean and easy to be found. Staffs were nice and friendly while the room is clean and comfortable. All hygienic necessities provided with 2 bottles of complimentary water. Definitely worth the money and will comeback again!

It’s an old fashioned hotel but it’s very clean and very functional design that compares to the new boutique hotel. I can’t stand the new  boutique style hotel, which looks good but it’s not very functional, such as there is no hook in the glass shower room to hang your towel. The Velaye is much better hotel even its old!

Ji Hotel was conveniently located just across Guangzhou East railway station. Basic hotel with basic amenities. They also provide free washing machine and dryer which you can check their availability through room tv. They also provide free drinking water in the room and around hotel lobby. If you’re luggage free and active moveable then you may exit through exit F as it’s one of the nearest exit to the hotel however it’s all fully staircase.

First of all the hotel did't offer pick up service even if we called (One of the reason to book this hotel was because of pick up service). We had to walk and get a taxi to go there. Kinda long check-in but that's ok. Room was spacious and clean. Just like on the photo. So many restaurants near.

Perfectly located for exploring Guangzhou! We're just a 10-minute walk to Beijing Pedestrian Street, and the metro is conveniently right across the road. You'll love the easy access to popular shopping spots like Dongshankou, Tianhe CBD, APM clothing mall, Shisanhang Wholesale Market, Yide Lu, Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, and Yongqingfang, etc. Our room was newly renovated with a stunning city view. The stay was clean and cozy. A highlight was the buffet on the 39th floor, offering breathtaking views of the Pearl River. While the food was decent, the options were a bit limited, with the same selection available during our 4-day stay. Great news for gym enthusiasts! You can access the public gym located on the 7th floor, perfect for staying active during your stay!

The room facilities are good, the front desk sunny is enthusiastic and considerate, there is also a washing machine and dryer very convenient, there are also snacks in the lobby, it is still good!

Stayed here for New Year’s Eve and the check in lobby is up on some floor of a building. The room was quite large and a nice shower. They gave me a room with a huge projector instead of a normal tv. The bed was comfortable too. The room is big enough to keep all your skiing equipment inside. Will stay again in the future.

I had an incredible stay at Chimelong Hotel, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. This resort has everything you could possibly need for a memorable and stress-free vacation. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the welcoming and friendly staff who made check-in a breeze and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The lobby area is warm and inviting, creating a great first impression. The hotel itself is perfectly designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right. One of the standout features was the free shuttle bus service from the nearby Subway station to the hotel. It made getting around incredibly easy and saved a lot of time. The resort also offers plenty of entertainment, including a fun kids' play area and the amazing Animal Island right outside the hotel. It’s perfect for families with children or anyone who enjoys getting close to nature. I can’t recommend the Chimelong International Circus enough, it’s a must see! The show was absolutely spectacular, with thrilling performances and a vibrant atmosphere that had everyone on the edge of their seats. Overall, Chimelong Hotel is the perfect place for both relaxation and adventure. The blend of excellent service, great amenities, and exciting attractions made for an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family friendly getaway!

I stayed at Full Seasons Hotel (Guangzhou Rainbow Bridge Subway Station) for 6 nights during the Canton Fair. As always, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, living up to the high standards of the Full Seasons brand. Its location is excellent—just steps away from Metro Line 8, which offers a direct route to the Canton Fair complex. The hotel is also near Xihua Road in Guangzhou’s old town, where there are plenty of delicious local food options. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Guangzhou.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. The front desk officer, Kitty’s sincere and prompt assistance with check-in and handling my enquiries made my experience truly enjoyable. The check-in-process is very smooth and staff is very professional. The room is quite spacious, we have a queen bed and a small bed for my son. Our bed matress is comfortable but the kid bed is quite hard, is not really recommended unless you place the comforter on the mattress, then is comfortable enough to sleep in. The cleaniless is OK. We did not use the internet as we connect to the foreign website so we use our own mobile and act as a modem. We only ate at the Penguin restaurant. We ate breakfast and dinner at the Penguin restaurant. One of the meal - we paid ourselves, the food that hotel charge is not exactly cheap, BUT they have so much choices and taste pretty delicious. There are so many diners that it is amazing how the staff keep it running efficiently. The hotel is very near to the Ocean world, like walking distance 3 minutes and to go to the spaceship you need to take shuttle, but all is arranged conveniently for the customers. I am very happy with my choice of the trip and highly recommend this hotel.

Location is so convenient, just 2 minutes walk from Gongbei port. Many eateries nearby. Rooms are big and spacious with good view. Many amenities provided. Excellent service by reception Ms Chen Xinyi for being so patience and kind to explain interesting tourist spot. This has save us a lot of time and effort to look for it. The house keeper too was very quick to respond to our call.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, modern, comfort and clean. All the facilities maintained very well, such as lobby, room, gym, pool and etc. It was an extremely memorable experience. On a positive note, I appreciated the breakfast buffet—it was well-prepared and offered a good selection. However, the complimentary dining cocktail experience felt underwhelming and could be improved to provide a more polished and welcoming atmosphere.
