My stay at Mehow Lichi was much better than expected, no disappointments at all. I originally just booked it because it was nearby, but I didn't expect such a comfortable experience. Elena at the front desk was very quick with check-in and had a gentle demeanor, responding promptly to any requests. The room was very clean, with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft, so I slept soundly at night. The facilities were well-maintained, with stable water pressure and effective air conditioning. The hotel also offered thoughtful services like free tea and snacks, which added to the overall experience. The location is convenient for getting around, with many dining options nearby. Overall, it's great value for money, suitable for both business trips and short stays. I stayed twice, and they arranged a fantastic room for me both times. I left my luggage at the front desk, and they even brought it up to my room. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in the area.

Located just a 5 mins walk from Beijing road, this hotel offers a convenient high rise stay inside a commercial office building, with guest rooms occupying the 39th to 41st floors. The main highlight is the 41st floor lobby and dining area, which boasts impressive city skyline views alongside complimentary perks like afternoon tea and late night supper. Families, who understands?! 😭 I'm so incredibly satisfied with my stay at the Langqi Zhanyun Hotel this business trip, I want to recommend it to the whole world on the spot! 🏨💥 As soon as I entered the lobby, I was amazed ✨! The decor is that minimalist yet luxurious style, with warm lighting and wooden tones creating an amazing ambiance. No need for filters when taking photos 📸~ The room was super spacious! The bedding was so soft and fluffy, like sleeping on a cloud ☁️. I fell into a deep sleep in 3 seconds 💤, and woke up the next day with no backaches or sore muscles – a dream come true for a working professional! 🙌 As someone who pays attention to details, I absolutely loved it! 👏 The bathroom had a super clean wet and dry separation, and the toiletries had a citrus scent 🍊. After washing my hair, it was so smooth I could film a commercial! Plus, there were smart curtains and Xiaodu voice control – just say ”turn on the lights” and the whole room brightens up. Full of tech! 💡 What touched me the most was the service!! The front desk lady was as gentle as a best friend 👭, proactively asking if I needed a specific pillow type and even sending welcome fruits 🍇! I left my charger when checking out, and they immediately helped me retrieve it after I called. Such a sense of security! ❤️ The price was also incredibly reasonable! 💰 Downtown location + these amenities, the value for money is just unbeatable!! My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. Besides having a wonderful birthday trip, we also gained a rich experience in human connection. Thank you to everyone at Futian MO. We'll definitely be staying here again! ^.^

This All Seasons Hotel branch has the most thoughtfully designed rooms compared to others nationwide. Despite its proximity to the train station and mediocre soundproofing between rooms, it's generally quiet. Laundry service is available. My only two complaints are: first, the breakfast was the exact same every day during my four-day stay, with about a 90% repetition rate. Second, the two elevators are ten meters apart, forcing guests to choose one or the other. What a bizarre design choice.

The rooms were fine, but I have to give a negative review for the concierge service. I was with my child and in a hurry to register my car plate number before heading out. However, the concierge, a man with glasses, was engaging in a lengthy and polite conversation with a foreigner and completely ignored us. Even though I was standing there with my child for several minutes, no one bothered to approach us. I finally had to interrupt their enthusiastic chat to ask if someone else or the check-in desk could register my car plate. I received a cold and quick 'no' – a stark contrast to the warm interaction he had with the foreign guest. After waiting for a long time and seeing no end to their conversation, and with my one-year-old getting restless, I went to the check-in counter to ask if they could help with the car plate. It was then that a nearby check-in staff member took us back to the concierge desk, where someone there *did* register my car plate. I was utterly confused! Turns out, it *was* possible. So, is concierge service only reserved for foreign guests, and we don't even deserve a smile? He knew I had a baby and had been waiting for almost ten minutes, yet he was completely indifferent. This is hard to assess... The hotel facilities and cleanliness were fine. The doorman when we left was very enthusiastic. The breakfast, to be honest, was really just mediocre! The French toast was alright, but the rest was truly unremarkable... especially the waffles, which were hard and unappetizing, and the eggs were very average. Three days, two nights – next time I visit friends in Guangzhou, I definitely won't choose this place again! Though I was happy they upgraded my room type when they saw I had a small baby.

This hotel is right in the heart of the shopping district 🛍️ The hotel is huge, and as soon as you step into the lobby, even the hallways smell fragrant~ 🌿 The main thing is that the location is incredibly convenient! You can walk to 6 shopping malls, and even Guangzhou's largest, Grandview Mall, is nearby ✨ Plus, there's a Chaoshan beef hotpot restaurant right downstairs called Chaofa Beef Hotpot, which is absolutely amazing! 🥹🥩 You can head straight back to the hotel after eating, no need to go far at all~

The front desk service was very attentive, and their attention to detail was a nice touch. The location is excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. They offer free parking, and the facilities are comprehensive, with a laundry room and gym available for use. The breakfast was also quite good.

The room is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the location is very convenient. I particularly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, with options like milk and steamed buns. It's only a 5-6 minute walk across the crosswalk to the subway station, which I really liked. The room facilities at this hotel are quite smart, featuring a smart toilet and a smart 'Xiao Du' (AI assistant).

Close to the subway, so transportation is convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
