GGuest UserI stayed for two nights and had a very comfortable overall experience; this is a hotel I'd recommend to friends. The location is excellent, easy to find, and you won't have any trouble finding food or taxis nearby. The lobby is bright and clean, making a great first impression. The room was more spacious than I expected, with a sensible layout that never felt cramped. The bedding and pillows were just the right firmness, allowing even me, someone who struggles to sleep in unfamiliar beds, to sleep soundly. The bathroom was clean and bright, with plenty of hot water and strong shower pressure, perfect for washing away fatigue. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly. Check-in was swift, and they responded promptly to any issues, which felt very thoughtful. The breakfast selection looked quite varied, though I didn't eat in the hotel. They even offered small bottled water when I checked out, a nice touch that added to the positive experience. For this price, to enjoy such an accommodation experience, it offers great value for money. If I come back to this area, I'll very likely choose this place again. It's a place that makes you feel at ease, confident, and comfortable.

DDANIEL PATRIKIbis offers a comfortable and very convenient stay within walking distance of 2 metro stations, Qifeng Park, and many restaurants. While the room could have been cleaned better, the comfort, facilities and service by the friendly receptionists more than made up for it. I particularly appreciated being able to do laundry onsite and getting directions and advice from the staff.

MM258249****I celebrated my birthday at the Rosewood, and the hotel arranged a cake and a birthday card, which I really appreciated. The location and service are both excellent. No matter what floor you're on or what time of day, whenever you encounter staff, they'll greet you with, ”Hello, is there anything I can help you with?” It's very attentive, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely bring my family back again.

GGuest UserI was a little ambivalent after I booked after reading some of the lower scores and yes the building is old, with dark corridors and emptied out pool. Our toilet had some mould which I noticed when showering. Room otherwise was clean and bright. The good thing about this place is the team. They are very responsive and popped in to take a look when I sent them a message and the next day, the walls had been given a scrub through. Kudos to the team who make things work within what is possible. They also gave me a quick run through of the general area which was very helpful.

BbigboeyIt's alright. Here on a short overnight overlay, with my next flight early at 8AM from Baiyun Airport, so I couldn't make use of the airport shuttle service. Breakfast wasn't served by the time I departed (5.45am) too, so I can't speak for that. Took a short walk to the gym and pool facilities, they look fine but I didn't make use of them. Otherwise, it's a really comfy hotel. Room 2007 is right next to the elevator, so I didn't experience the long walk that other guests mentioned. There's pretty much everything you could need provided in the room, including bathrobes. Didn't make use of the kitchen, but I understand it could come in handy for certain travellers. But yeah, not bad. Not bad at all. Location wise, it's 15 minutes to the airport, but it's a solid 50 minutes to the city centre by car. You could alternatively walk to the nearby Renhe Subway Station and make use of the public transport (very convenient!), but it could get crowded at times.
