Jiangmen Wanda Realm Hotel! This rave review comes from a Black Diamond partner, and I dare say this is truly the best hotel in Jiangmen, including its service!! Everything is absolutely superb, and every single staff member is incredibly kind and patient. The rooms, lobby, restaurant, gym, and pool are all clean and tidy. I'm still just as impressed returning after more than a year. Can't wait to come back again, and I hope it's just as wonderful next time!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-sized room, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable—not too soft, not too firm. The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

The front desk is on the 21st floor, which is easy to find. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in, carefully explaining how to use the water heater and even proactively giving me the elevator code for food deliveries. The room's cleanliness exceeded my expectations; the bathroom was well-separated (wet/dry zones) and had no strange odors. All facilities and amenities were complete and available. The only minor drawback was the lack of disposable slippers, but this didn't affect my overall stay. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The apartment is a duplex, but quite small. It works fine for two people, though the kitchen setup is very limited—there’s only a single-burner stove and no cookware at all, not even basic utensils like forks. Housekeeping was a positive aspect, as cleaners came daily to tidy up and provide bottled water. The location is excellent, with Metro Line 11/25 right next to the community gate, making it very convenient for getting around. However, the apartment may not be suitable for older travelers or anyone with heavy luggage. You need to carry your bags upstairs yourself, and no assistance is provided. Another important point is connectivity. While the apartment has Wi-Fi, it did not work properly with international phones. Even with VPN attempts, we couldn’t get reliable access. If you’re traveling from outside China, it’s best to plan ahead by getting an eSIM or local SIM card. Keep in mind that many international apps may still not function due to regional restrictions, so you may need to rely on local apps instead. Overall, the stay was decent. Just be prepared for these limitations and plan accordingly when visiting China.

Highly recommend this apartment hotel for your travels! The room was spotless and came with a balcony. The best part is the complete range of facilities, with all the household appliances you could need. The washing machine and fridge were especially handy, really solving the hassle of laundry. The environment was also lovely and quiet. Definitely recommend for anyone traveling!

While this is a decent hotel, the high price point doesn’t fully align with the experience. The location is excellent, sitting right next to the shopping mall entrance, and the concierge service is top-notch. Rooms are clean and feature a minimalist, Muji-style design; however, the extreme simplicity feels a bit underwhelming upon arrival. On the downside, the bathroom is small and the bed is uncomfortably firm. Breakfast was a major disappointment, offering limited variety and subpar taste. Additionally, the adjacent two-story Muji shop feels cramped and has a surprisingly limited product selection.

Once we arrived the T3 airport, we have to call to inform the hotel reception to arrange for their bus to pick us up. Waited for about 10 minutes for the bus to arrive. The bus also drive over to T2 for pick up before dropping us at the hotel. Hotel is not very new hence it is not as expected. The room allocated was also quite smoky although we requested for non-smoking rooms. Other than that, the others were pleasant experience.

The room size was pretty good, and it's super close to Gongbei Port – you can even see it from the room! The cleaning lady was lovely; she folded our clothes and left them on the bed every day. 😂👍 We also loved the smart robot, Xiaobai 🤖. The only downside is that despite how heavy the door is, it's not very soundproof. You can hear everything quite clearly if people in the next room are talking a bit loudly 🤦‍♀️. Luckily, the front desk provided earplugs 🤷‍♀️.

This place has everything you could possibly need, making it incredibly convenient to stay. The cleaning service was impeccable, with every corner spotless. The staff were wonderfully attentive and even escorted me to my room. The rooftop garden has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere, making the overall experience very pleasant. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a window, balcony, fridge, hairdryer, and even a washing machine. There were also plenty of hangers, which was a huge plus for me since I travel with a lot of luggage and need to wash clothes daily. The air conditioning was very effective; my clothes dried in just a few hours on the balcony with the AC on. Plus, having a smart speaker like Xiao Du to play music made staying alone feel much less daunting, haha!
