This trip was incredibly enjoyable, and a huge part of that pleasure came from the outstanding service provided by Xiao Qiao and the other staff members at the hotel. Xiao Qiao proactively upgraded our room. Later, a family member accidentally broke a glass in the room. We felt very apologetic and uneasy at the time. Xiao Qiao reported it to her superior, and not only did they not ask for any compensation, but they also offered us warm comfort and genuine care, which deeply touched us. Furthermore, during our stay, whenever we ordered takeout or needed anything related to our room, Xiao Qiao was always able to resolve our issues promptly and efficiently. As we were leaving, the staff even presented us with local specialties as a kind gesture. This series of thoughtful and meticulous arrangements filled our entire trip with warmth and wonderful memories. You truly put the customer first, making us feel completely at home, and that's what made this trip so unforgettable. My sincere thanks again to Xiao Qiao and every staff member who helped us.

The hotel service was good, and they arranged a suitable room based on our needs. Although the room facilities were a bit old, they were well-maintained with no obvious scratches, wear, or tear. The dim lighting was acceptable and didn't affect our stay. The pool was small but the water temperature was great and it wasn't crowded, making it perfect for kids. The hotel is right next to Line 2, so transportation was convenient, and it was easy to get a taxi. There's a shopping mall diagonally opposite the hotel, which was very convenient for dining and shopping. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is conveniently located next to the Shaanxi Provincial Government, making it easy to get around. The large parking lot ensures you'll always find a spot, no matter when you return. It's super close to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter. The rooms are comfortable and have a luxurious feel. Even though the hotel has been around for a while, the facilities still feel high quality. The swimming pool is heated and there's also a hot tub with an irregular shape and stone pillars for relaxing in the water. The kids absolutely loved it, though it's not ideal for serious lap swimming due to its shape. Breakfast was also delicious. This was definitely the best hotel I stayed at in Xi'an this trip. I'll certainly be back next time I visit Xi'an, and maybe I'll try the 'Legend' rooms to see if they're even better.

The most fundamental service a hotel can offer is making guests feel 'at home.' The Grand Park Hotel in Xi'an achieved this the moment I arrived at the front desk. A supervisor was there, smiling and greeting guests immediately, asking if I needed anything. This seemingly small gesture makes returning guests feel appreciated and new guests instantly trust the establishment. I stayed at this hotel over 20 years ago, and it's clear they've maintained their excellent standards. This made me not hesitate to extend my stay by another six nights. My entire eight-day stay was excellent. The breakfast restaurant is spacious and chic, and the variety of breakfast options is just as good as any five-star chain hotel – enjoying breakfast there was very comfortable. Upon check-out, I was again met with the sincere smile of Ms. Zhao from the front office, and I promised to definitely stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an.

My wife and I had a lively stay at the Eastern House Boutique Hotel in X'ian. The location is within walking distance to the Muslin Quarters, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, City Walls and the Morning market! The room is spacious, clean and the staffs were very accommodating. The decor was up to date. One of my two recommendations for the hotel is to notify AMap that their English name is not listed in their application, only in Chinese or have their front desk personnel point out their Chinese hotel name so it will be more convenient for their guests to get around. The second recommendation is the hall-way area needed to be better ventilated.

The location is superior, the transportation is convenient, the location is very prosperous, and travel is convenient. The hall is simple, grand, with a reasonable layout and light music, which is very pleasant to listen to. The front desk is beautiful and generous, the service is enthusiastic, proactive, efficient, thoughtful, and professional. The room has good lighting, bright, comfortable, and clean hygiene. The mattress is comfortable, the water flows out quickly, the water temperature is good, and bathing is comfortable. The internet speed is fast, and the office is convenient. The room is tidy, clean and hygienic, with friendly room attendants, good service, quick and thoughtful movements. There is free laundry on the second floor, which is very convenient for cleaning clothes. The breakfast in the hotel is delicious, and the sour plum soup is also delicious. Xi'an is very beautiful, and the women here are all wearing their own traditional costumes.Very good, highly recommended!

It was a fantastic one night stay at this beautiful hotel. It is in the middle of the city so it is conveniently located around restaurants and shops. Most importantly, very near to drum and bell towers. The hotel room is spacious and it provides all the basic necessities. If we didn’t have a trip the next day , we would have gladly extended our stay in this hotel.

Hotel located at the best strategic location. Walking distance to Bell Tower, tourist and non touristy eating place. We supposed to leave after 2 nights but we decided to stay for 6 nights for our entire holiday in Xi'An. Room is spacious, quiet, and warm. Warm as outside temperature is 12C, but we didn't feel the cold in our room. Staffs are friendly, there are staff that will assist in any tour package, include transportation to airport. Another lovely feature is the quarter with biscuits, tea whole day, and a porridge for night.

Friendly and ever warm welcoming of staff whenever we get back to the hotel after exhausted from our days’ trip. We were given a free upgrade of a higher floor room when we reached. Room service attendants are the best and I was really impressed how detailed and sweet the lady was in knowing we usually prefer our rooms to be cleaned after lunch as we do sleep in quite abit for most mornings. The cutest robot ever delivering our food deliveries every evening.🥰 If only there were more varieties and food options for breakfast.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Xi’an. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a clean, well-maintained swimming pool. This is my second stay at the Wyndham Grand Xian South, （西安豪享来温德姆至尊酒店）and every experience here has been full of delightful surprises. This time, upon arrival, the front desk staff, Zoe and Kiko, warmly assisted me with the check-in process. It was not only incredibly efficient but also genuinely thoughtful, making me feel truly welcomed. Their smiles and professional service instantly lifted my spirits, turning a tiring day into a pleasant one. The hotel offers unbeatable value for money. The rooms are not only comfortable but also well-equipped with everything you might need. The gym is well-furnished, and the buffet is rich with a variety of options, showcasing the hotel’s meticulous attention to detail. At night, the view from the room, with its magical lights, creates a dreamy and romantic atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. In addition, the hotel’s prime location is another highlight. Huaqing Palace resort service staff quality is excellent. The front desk staff provided excellent service as she provided her personal WeChat number to us as we do not have a domestic China mobile number in case we need any help during our stay. She also help us to book the appointment for the free photo shoot experience as we are unable to book due to the domestic mobile number issue. The resort also provided a free birthday cake for us as my wife’s birthday falls on the same day as the resort stay. The janitor staff, transport, restaurant, and other service staff are also courteous and provided excellent service and advice. We truly enjoy our magical stay there. Additional point just for further improvement is to explain the procedures for the guests to use the public hot spring bath as some guests are first time users.

A comfortable older hotel on a human scale with a very pleasant ambience. It is my favourite hotel to stay in Xi'an. Pluses are the excellent breakfast choice, the professionalism of the staff, a refined choice of art on the walls, good beds and a fairly serene atmosphere with a lake with golden carp and buildings covered in ivy. The only real negative I could think of is that its not in the centre of Xi'an or by a major mall but there is a metro station directly outside with fast links to most places you would want to go. Also taxis are easy to get either at the hotel or at the main entrance. Considering the price Xi'an Jianguo is a really excellent choice for all types of travellers.

This Atour hotel turned out to be a great find. In truth it was booked accidentally due to a user error during location selection. It is conveniently located near to the Xi’an South Gate and good access to food. The room was clean with crisp linens and comfortable beds and pillows. Shower and bathroom facilities were great with ample hot water and powerful shower heads. The room was smoke free though we had to swap the first offering because the room had a lingering cigarette smoke smell. Typical for China, a non-smoking room is a just a suggestion to some clientele. There were occasional whiffs of smoke near the elevators. Breakfast had variety of tasty offerings that changed daily. Coffee was good. Tea service could be improved with hotter water the implementation of tea pots with tea strainers. Laundry room was excellent. Lots of space and the staff helps to keep the flow of laundry moving. The dryers are a bit slow. They usually require about 1:45 to completely dry a full load. The general layout of the hotel is quite nice with some modern touches. Couple transportation items to note. Location of hotel may be noisy because of night time entertainment in front of the hotel. The hotel is between subway stops but closer to a bus stop.

The guy who checked me in was really enthusiastic. I arrived just as a tour group was checking in, but the front desk staff member proactively helped me first. He also gave me two coffee vouchers. The room was quite spacious and very quiet. I had a great stay. The only downside was that breakfast was too crowded, and I couldn't get a seat.

This hotel is said to be the only one of its kind in Xi'an, and one of only two in Asia. I decided to give it a try for one night, and overall, I had a good experience. First, the environment: it's located in the former People's Mansion, within its own large courtyard, providing a quiet retreat from the bustling city. There's even a fountain downstairs. The hotel's designer is Chinese, but it boasts a French style. It was originally built during the Soviet aid era to host Soviet experts, so it likely incorporates elements from Chinese, French, and Russian cultures. About 90% of the guests are foreigners, possibly French, though I couldn't really tell. The room decor is quite elegant, not modern. The facilities and amenities are good, but some furniture and the floor show obvious signs of wear. The staff are all young and provide excellent, smiling service. Breakfast was just so-so; it seems more geared towards foreigners. For Chinese guests, the variety is quite limited, and it pales in comparison to the breakfasts at InterContinental, Four Seasons, and especially the Ritz-Carlton. But then again, each hotel has its own unique characteristics. All in all, it's a hotel worth staying at!

Cleanliness: Really good. Even though there are many corners in the room, I didn't see a speck of dust. Environment: Super, super great. The gym, swimming pool, breakfast restaurant, Italian restaurant, afternoon tea, and lounge are all so beautiful. Anywhere you take a picture looks very well-designed. To find a hotel like this for around 1000 is really worth it. Service: The butler's attitude was the best I've ever encountered! Thanks to Vivian for letting us check out late so we could comfortably go for a swim, haha. There are also many staff members everywhere you look.

I have to give this hotel a perfect score! The location is incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options. She also arranged for a room with an excellent view and even provided an air purifier because our child has rhinitis – truly thoughtful! On the day of check-in, we felt right at home. Right across from the Drum Tower, the location is excellent. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The staff cleaned punctually every day. When checking out, the front desk lady even asked if I needed two bottles of warm mineral water, which was very thoughtful. The only minor drawback is that the room isn't soundproof. However, I still love staying at Ji Hotel; I like its layout, the small tea table, and the black tea is good too.

Service: Every lady at the front desk was kind and extremely attentive. We checked out a bit late, and they extended our checkout time to 3 PM, which was really thoughtful. The staff even helped us with our luggage to the car and offered us drinks. Cleanliness: The room was tidy and comfortable, and the bedding and bath amenities were very clean. However, the pillows had a slight odor of hair oil. Environment: The surrounding area has convenient transportation. The Xigong University subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, including a pedestrian overpass. There are also street food vendors just a few steps away. My only complaint is that Xi'an surprisingly doesn't have shared e-bikes, only shared bicycles. Riding a bicycle to tourist attractions will make you question your life choices. I recommend taking a taxi or, if you're looking for a more affordable option, combining it with subway transfers.
