While the breakfast buffet wasn't overly extensive, everything was delicious, especially the made-to-order beef noodles, oil-splashed noodles, and roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) – they were all fantastic. Service: On the first night, there was a small issue with the air conditioning that was temporarily fixed, and then fully resolved the next day. You can really feel the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Thumbs up! Cleanliness: Very clean, and the cleaning staff were very polite. Food: This is my second time in Xi'an, and this hotel has the best breakfast I've had. The bread is delicious, and the Chinese dishes are authentic. Overall, the hotel is excellent. I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday while traveling in Xi'an. I asked the hotel if they could arrange a birthday cake, and they readily agreed! Not only was the cake large, but it was also delicious – even better than ones you buy outside. I'm so grateful to the hotel for that. The breakfast was also very substantial. From the front desk to room service to the breakfast staff, everyone provided wonderfully comfortable and thoughtful service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. The only minor drawback was that the swimming pool had some floating lint when I checked in back in April, but it cleared up by the third day of my stay.

The rooms are spotless and dry, and even though it's on a busy street, the soundproofing is excellent, so we slept soundly. The front desk staff were efficient, and the breakfast included a good variety of local snacks. Plus, they offer free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for guests to try on, which is a nice touch. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an.

This was my first time staying at a Marriott W hotel. I'd always been a bit hesitant about the 'trendy luxury, nightclub vibe, industrial style' concept, until I stayed at the W Xi'an, the Asian flagship. My family and I fell in love with it on the very first night. My daughter adored the 'golden peach' throw pillow in the room, even if she did call it 'onion' 😅, and couldn't put it down. She also noticed that the expressions on the people in the paintings on the room's walls 'moved' as she walked by. And then she spotted a book in the room, *The Golden Peaches of Samarkand*. She immediately recognized the book's front and back covers as images from the 'Emissaries' and 'Polo Match' murals from the Tomb of Prince Zhanghuai, currently on exhibit at the Shaanxi History Museum's Tang Dynasty Mural Exhibition. The 'Emissaries' mural particularly struck her; at the museum, my family and I had been debating where the three foreign envoys in the painting were from. My wife loved W Xi'an for its attention to service details. We've stayed at most five-star hotel brands, and this is the only one so far that has provided two extra single duvets for a king-size bed, and plastic slippers for two adults plus one child to use for showering. As a hotel enthusiast myself, I loved the W Xi'an's lake-view balcony, which offered views of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the 'Cold Cave' where Wang Baochuan waited for 18 years, and Qujiang Pool, where Tang Dynasty emperors and poets would drink and compose poetry. I was fortunate enough to be chosen as a lucky guest for the weekend 'Into the Night' ritual. It was full of ceremony, and I even got to mix a cocktail with the bartender 🍸, haha! 😃 'Everything I saw was beautiful.' The power of culture is infinite. Thank you, W Xi'an, and thank you for this civilized era. We spent over a week in Xi'an, and my family and I were constantly searching for authentic local cuisine. Then we checked into W Xi'an, and their breakfast included almost all of Xi'an's delicacies. What was most commendable was that the quality of this food was on par with what we'd tasted at various 'intangible cultural heritage' and 'time-honored brand' eateries across Xi'an. I also want to thank Hotel Butler Manager Yang Yurong for her enthusiastic service. Apprehension – Acceptance – Enjoyment. My biggest takeaway from W Xi'an is that I found myself enjoying 'trendy luxury.' Does this mean I'm not old yet? Haha! 😄

The customer service was excellent, always responsive, and actively helped resolve any issues. I primarily came for the hot springs and was very satisfied with them. However, I wasn't happy with the room facilities. The family rooms are on the top floor, and the entire floor has poor ventilation. As soon as you step onto the floor, there's an unpleasant smell, and it's the same in the room. It smelled like furniture and carpet, so we opened the windows as soon as we arrived. Being street-facing, there was a lot of dust. The air conditioning was also very noisy. The facilities are old and not smart, making them quite inconvenient to use. The decor feels like it's from over a decade ago. I hope they upgrade the facilities, otherwise, I honestly wouldn't recommend staying here just for the hotel itself.

I have to commend the staff at Jinjiang Metropolo Hotel, especially the front desk and the parking attendant. They were so patient and attentive. I drove past the parking entrance, and an employee actually jogged over to help me park – I'm really grateful for that. The front desk staff were also excellent, very efficient, and gave me great recommendations for local Xi'an food and sightseeing routes, even pointing out some fantastic 'hole-in-the-wall' eateries. They were incredibly enthusiastic! As for the hotel's amenities, the lobby has transport guides for all of Xi'an's attractions, with little cards you can just pick up. All in all, everything was great. Lastly, parking is conveniently located downstairs, and you can take the elevator directly to your room. The hotel is also right next to a subway station, which makes it incredibly convenient.

This hotel is said to be the only one of its kind in Xi'an, and one of only two in Asia. I decided to give it a try for one night, and overall, I had a good experience. First, the environment: it's located in the former People's Mansion, within its own large courtyard, providing a quiet retreat from the bustling city. There's even a fountain downstairs. The hotel's designer is Chinese, but it boasts a French style. It was originally built during the Soviet aid era to host Soviet experts, so it likely incorporates elements from Chinese, French, and Russian cultures. About 90% of the guests are foreigners, possibly French, though I couldn't really tell. The room decor is quite elegant, not modern. The facilities and amenities are good, but some furniture and the floor show obvious signs of wear. The staff are all young and provide excellent, smiling service. Breakfast was just so-so; it seems more geared towards foreigners. For Chinese guests, the variety is quite limited, and it pales in comparison to the breakfasts at InterContinental, Four Seasons, and especially the Ritz-Carlton. But then again, each hotel has its own unique characteristics. All in all, it's a hotel worth staying at!

Location is excellent, right Xiaozhai metro station in lively part of Xi'an. But back form the street, so quiet. The rooms were great, staff very friendly, breakfast small but fine, self-serve laundry which only took 20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again. 谢谢你们！

Right across from the Drum Tower, the location is excellent. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The staff cleaned punctually every day. When checking out, the front desk lady even asked if I needed two bottles of warm mineral water, which was very thoughtful. The only minor drawback is that the room isn't soundproof. However, I still love staying at Ji Hotel; I like its layout, the small tea table, and the black tea is good too.

This hotel, located right by the city walls, has a wonderful atmosphere and is both elegant and comfortable. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, being right in the city center. The rooms are cozy and clean, and come fully equipped, including a gym and laundry room. The service was excellent and very welcoming.

Service: Every lady at the front desk was kind and extremely attentive. We checked out a bit late, and they extended our checkout time to 3 PM, which was really thoughtful. The staff even helped us with our luggage to the car and offered us drinks. Cleanliness: The room was tidy and comfortable, and the bedding and bath amenities were very clean. However, the pillows had a slight odor of hair oil. Environment: The surrounding area has convenient transportation. The Xigong University subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, including a pedestrian overpass. There are also street food vendors just a few steps away. My only complaint is that Xi'an surprisingly doesn't have shared e-bikes, only shared bicycles. Riding a bicycle to tourist attractions will make you question your life choices. I recommend taking a taxi or, if you're looking for a more affordable option, combining it with subway transfers.
