This hotel offers excellent value for money and a superb location. It's right outside the Bell Tower subway exit, and just a five-minute walk to the Bell and Drum Towers. There's a snack street conveniently located downstairs.
The hotel facilities are all new and very clean.
One of the front desk staff members was incredibly kind; she helped us upgrade to a room with fantastic sunlight and even sent up some Babaozhou (eight-treasure porridge) in the evening.
The breakfast was a delightful surprise, featuring many Shaanxi specialties. Liangpi, Saozi Noodles, Youpo Noodles, Beef Noodles, Roujiamo, and Zenggao were all available and tasted excellent. Most dishes seemed to be freshly made in-house, with very few pre-made items, showing great care and effort.
All the staff throughout the hotel were wonderfully friendly. I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance.FromMXN935

Extremely satisfied with my three-day stay.
1. **Location & Transportation**: Super convenient! The hotel is right outside Exit B of Longshouyuan Station on Metro Line 2 (which runs north to south). It offers direct access to Xi'an North Station (high-speed rail station).
2. **Environment & Hygiene**: The hotel lobby, hallways, elevators, and other common areas were clean and well-maintained.
3. **Room Facilities**: Personally, I was very pleased. It reminded me of a Shangri-La hotel in Chengdu. What I found particularly cozy was that the key card always stayed in, keeping the room temperature constant. I forgot to bring pajamas for this trip, so I slept in the hotel's bathrobe, which was clean, soft, and comfortable.
4. **Service Attitude**: When booking online, there were thoughtful options, such as being able to choose a quiet room further from the elevator. Check-in at the hotel was quick, and when I asked where the elevator was, someone immediately responded. At breakfast, staff members were very proactive in helping guests find seats.
5. **Bedding & Sleep**: Clean, tidy, and comfortable.
6. **Dining & Breakfast**: We opted for the double breakfast, which was quite extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, as well as local specialties like beef Shui Pen and beef Pao Mo (I had this every single day! 😋). The location is incredibly convenient; I could walk to all the niche attractions and photo spots, like Xiangzi Temple, Yongning Gate, and Defu Alley, without any trouble. Directly opposite the hotel, there's a shop that rents out Hanfu, which is great for evening photos. The breakfast was good too, and the service was excellent. Hotel is nicely located near Huiminjie @ Muslim Quater.
Everything about the stay was pleasant except for the wifi. The connection was extremely slow. I needed to get some work done, and in the end my hotspot worked much better.
Another issue was the centralised aircon system. During winter, it kept blowing warm air and the room felt quite suffocating. When I asked for help, the reception staff simply advised me to switch it off. Even with the aircon turned off, the room still felt stuffy.
For those arriving by Didi, use the hotel’s main address from drop-off. If you use the “allocated” address shown in the app, the driver may drop you far from the actual hotel entrance and you’ll have to navigate the rest on your own.

Xi'an Hesu Hotel is absolutely divine! A hidden gem with incredible attention to detail for an amazing stay.
The location is truly superb, just a 10-minute walk to the Bell and Drum Towers, and super close to Muslim Street and Yongning Gate City Wall. You won't have to go out of your way at all to visit attractions or enjoy delicious food. Downstairs, there are lively snack stalls everywhere, making getting around incredibly convenient.
But I especially want to rave about the room experience! The King Koil mattress paired with a zero-pressure pillow was just the right firmness.
And the service? Absolutely impeccable! After booking, I received a call from the staff who proactively helped me reserve a parking spot. This is an excellent hotel. The location is good, but since the city is large, you still need to travel by taxi. The main attractions in the city are close to the hotel. We booked a standard room, but received an upgraded option – a two-room suite on the 5th floor, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The room had a comfortable bed and high-quality bedding. A major drawback was the terrible view from the window. The view was of a dilapidated inner courtyard and a neighboring building, so it was impossible to open the curtains. The service was excellent. Despite the staff having some difficulties with English, it didn't hinder communication. Honestly, we had a very pleasant stay at Xi'an. As a muslim traveller, staying at Campanile is the best choice we did. So easy to go to muslim street, and the road to hotel are safe even you are going back midnite(but for us, because out trip during winter, 11 o'clock consider midnite).
At the centre of Xi'an, easy to get didi, taxi or metro. Usually we just walking around to see the Xi'an daily life.
Hotel are very cozy, even though it's not a very big hotel but the environment are safe and peace. The staff also very helpful, especially front desk staff. Very good english, so we can discuss the things we need and asking about centre attraction nearby.
If you want a hotel with a grat view, maybe Campanile not the 1st choice, but we think we go travel because we want to explore the place, so Campanile are very good enough to make sure you had a very good bed to sleep.
For me, with the price, for sure it's worth every penny.

It's been years since I last enjoyed the hot springs at this hotel, and the environment is still exceptional. Located right next to the Huaqing Palace, it boasts authentic sulfur hot springs. We booked a room with a private hot spring, which was incredibly convenient. We could soak anytime after returning from our evening activities, offering great privacy.
**Hotel Facilities:** While some of the wooden furniture in the room showed signs of age and slight decay, it wasn't a major issue. The outdoor greenery and the hotel's hardscape are excellent, making it a great spot for photos.
**Dining:** The complimentary buffet breakfast was incredibly rich! As expected from a city known for its carbs, there were so many steamed dim sum and noodle dishes that I wanted to try them all. I specifically had a bowl of Youcha (oil tea) with Mahua (fried dough twists), something I hadn't eaten in nearly 20 years – it brought back so many memories.
**Hot Springs:** Compared to my visit in 2018, there are now more hot spring pools, including new carbonated springs. They offer an abundant selection of complimentary sweets and fruits, and there's also a bar in the middle of the pools, so you can enjoy fruit while soaking – a nice touch. For the private hot springs in the rooms, staff come to fill the tub every evening at 7 PM, so you can just come back from your day out and hop right in. So convenient!
We also received a complimentary solo travel photography session. The photographer from Jinghong Travel Photography and the makeup artist were very professional. We were lucky to be wearing newly arrived outfits, which were absolutely stunning. The photos taken on location at Huaqing Palace turned out fantastic, and we were very satisfied.
If you plan to see 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance, the hotel provides dedicated staff to guide and transport you in the evening, which is very thoughtful.

Choosing the right hotel for a trip to Xi'an is crucial, and the Renaissance Xi'an truly doubled my happiness! The location is absolutely perfect; it's a 10-minute walk to MixC World, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Getting to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda or the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City only takes about ten minutes by taxi, so commuting for sightseeing is a breeze.
What truly impressed me was the hotel's design, which perfectly blends the charm of ancient Xi'an with modern style. The 3D tile wall in the lobby, inspired by Mount Hua, is visually striking. The industrial-style walls paired with artistic screens, along with custom furniture inspired by tangram puzzles, create a simple yet elegant look with thoughtful details. Every photo taken here looks like a high-quality magazine shot.
And the service was impeccable! The Front Office Manager was exceptionally warm and professional. During check-in, they patiently introduced the hotel facilities and offered tips for exploring Xi'an, answering all my questions and even proactively upgrading my room. Pluses are the excellent breakfast choice, the professionalism of the staff, a refined choice of art on the walls, good beds and a fairly serene atmosphere with a lake with golden carp and buildings covered in ivy. The only real negative I could think of is that its not in the centre of Xi'an or by a major mall but there is a metro station directly outside with fast links to most places you would want to go. This Atour hotel turned out to be a great find. In truth it was booked accidentally due to a user error during location selection. It is conveniently located near to the Xi’an South Gate and good access to food.
The room was clean with crisp linens and comfortable beds and pillows.
Shower and bathroom facilities were great with ample hot water and powerful shower heads.
The room was smoke free though we had to swap the first offering because the room had a lingering cigarette smoke smell. Typical for China, a non-smoking room is a just a suggestion to some clientele. There were occasional whiffs of smoke near the elevators.
Breakfast had variety of tasty offerings that changed daily. Coffee was good. Tea service could be improved with hotter water the implementation of tea pots with tea strainers.
Laundry room was excellent. Lots of space and the staff helps to keep the flow of laundry moving. The dryers are a bit slow. They usually require about 1:45 to completely dry a full load.
The general layout of the hotel is quite nice with some modern touches.
Couple transportation items to note. Location of hotel may be noisy because of night time entertainment in front of the hotel. The hotel is between subway stops but closer to a bus stop.FromMXN857

The hotel offers ground-level parking. The concierge and front desk staff are highly professional. I really liked the room. Before arriving, I tried to ask the front desk on Trip.com if I could get an upgrade, but they refused. When I got there, I saw that Trip.com still had twin rooms available and asked if I could upgrade, but they told me I'd have to pay the difference to upgrade to a king room, which were all sold out anyway. As the saying goes, 'misfortune may be a blessing in disguise,' and this twin room on the 26th floor, 2612, was a bit tucked away but overall very good. The consistent design and symmetrical beds reflected traditional Chinese aesthetics. Although the sofa area wasn't large, the location was great, and it had a definite wet/dry separation.
The next morning, I went for breakfast. The hostess quickly found a seat for me, and plates were cleared promptly during the meal. The service was excellent, though I was too busy to catch her name; she just looked plump and cheerful. Around 11 AM, I went to the swimming pool and met Cheng Xue'er from the gym. She was incredibly polite and courteous, and after my swim, she gave me a bag for my swimsuit. At first, I thought she was an intern, but she's actually a fitness coach – don't be 'charmed' by her beautiful, petite, and cute appearance like I was! Afterward, I had lunch at the Chinese restaurant. I had made a reservation, and they held the table for me. I'd seen reviews on other apps praising their service, and it truly lived up to expectations. From the manager to the front desk and service staff, everyone exuded professionalism. I especially want to thank Ms. Zhang Jing and Mr. Liu Anjun (Jun) for their meticulous and thoughtful service and impeccable etiquette. I rarely give full marks or good reviews, but this is my first time doing so. We didn't book a hotel in advance for this trip, and there were no rooms available anywhere near Wanzhong. My boyfriend and I booked a double room, and later, Cindy, a lovely lady, thoughtfully upgraded our room type to a suite, which made us very happy! She even sent some fruit, but I didn't take a picture of it. Cindy's service was truly excellent; she's beautiful and kind-hearted, and I really appreciate her. The concierge helped open the car doors when we arrived and departed. I also had two suitcases, and they responsibly brought them to my room. Every staff member was very polite and had a great attitude. This is the first time I've felt a hotel genuinely putting effort into their service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an.FromMXN2,146

Everything is good.
They only have one washing machine and heater. So we need to wait for some time to wash our cloths as we stay over there for one weeks.
Remarkable service from Soon Xiao Ni and the crew provide daily breakfast.

The room was great, fully equipped, and especially quiet. It's very close to Xi'an North Railway Station, and they offer a shuttle service, which is perfect for guests catching trains from there. Dining and shopping nearby are very convenient. Plus, it's away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room service was good, affordable, and the staff had a great attitude.
