People's Square Shanghai|0.54km from downtown
The hotel is located near Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street in Huangpu District.
Pros:
1. **Excellent Location**
* Situated in the heart of Nanjing East Road's commercial area, it's close to attractions like The Bund, Yu Garden, and People's Square. The subway station is within walking distance, offering convenient transportation.
* There are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, making it ideal for travelers who enjoy urban convenience.
2. **Well-equipped Business Facilities**
* The hotel features meeting rooms and a business center, suitable for business travelers. Some rooms are equipped with office facilities, and the internet connection is stable.
3. **Service and Cleanliness**
* As a brand under the InterContinental Group, the service standards are high. The front desk is responsive, and room cleaning is thorough.
4. **Good Views from Some Rooms**
* High-floor rooms offer expansive views of Nanjing East Road's streetscape or the city skyline.
---
Things to Consider:
1. **Slightly Dated Facilities**
* The hotel opened a while ago, so some areas have a more traditional decor, and room facilities might seem a bit old-fashioned. It may not suit travelers looking for trendy designs.
2. **Fluctuating Prices**
* Room rates can be high during peak seasons or holidays, so value for money needs to be assessed based on the time of year.
3. **Noisy Surroundings**
* Due to its location in a bustling area, lower-floor rooms might be affected by street noise. It's recommended to choose a higher floor or a room facing away from the street.
4. **Average Dining Experience**
* Breakfast offers a good variety, but nothing particularly stands out. There are many dining options nearby, where you can try local specialties.
---
Summary:
* **Recommended for:** Business travelers and first-time visitors to Shanghai who prioritize convenience.
* **Consider carefully if:** You have high expectations for hotel design or a quiet environment.
* **Tip:** Book in advance and keep an eye on prices. Opting for a higher-floor room is recommended for a better experience.
Overall, this hotel's prime location is its strongest asset, making it suitable for travelers whose primary need is convenient transportation.FromMXN1,616

This is my second time staying here. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They try their best to accommodate us in all aspects. I bought a pair of shoes that would be delivered to the hotel on the next day, I informed the concierge and they thoroughly went through details of the expected parcel to prevent errors and miscommunication with the delivery. The next day when my parcel arrived, the concierge called and make sure the parcel delivering was the correct one for me. As for the house keeping, they noticed that we drank all 4 bottles of complimentary water everyday and from our 3rd day of staying onward they gave us 6 bottles without our request. Not to mention that I accidentally spilled milk over my bed in the rush, I informed the front desk before we headed out and they enthusiastically told me not to worry they would send the house keeper to change my bed sheet right away. In the morning of our last day, Oliver from the front desk called to confirm our check out and informed that hotel’s check out time was twelve noon. They also asked how many luggage we had and what time would we want the concierge to come collect them which I told them to come up around 11am, and at 11am sharp they rang on my door. Oliver from the front desk came along with the concierge, accompanied us down and helped us through the check out process and luggage deposit. Around 1:30 pm when we came back from lunch, our luggage was ready for us to pick up and headed out to the airport.FromMXN1,628

Convenient location to business buildings and tourist attractions. Just 2km or so to Nanjing Pedestrian Road. But, nothing much is opened before 10am near hotel. So, if you're looking for breakfast before 10am, you might need to travel a little further. There's a convenience store just underneath the hotel. However, for my room on 9th floor, every now and then, there's sewage stench coming from the vent, possibly from the toilet of the unit above? It lasted several minutes. That's the main issue with the unit. Otherwise, I had comfortable sleep and I appreciate the kitchen and washing machine in the room.FromMXN2,278

I've lost count how many times I've stayed at Agile 😊 and each time leaves an impression. This visit had a slight disappointment though: the pool 🏊♀️ was closed for a month-long renovation, and while there was a notice in the room, it was still a bit of a bummer 😞. However, the breakfast 🍳 for several consecutive days deserves high praise! We had two days of Chinese-style 🥢 and one day of Western-style breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious options that really satisfied our taste buds! Even during the New Year's Day holiday, despite the large number of diners, the restaurant staff actively guided guests and provided warm and thoughtful service! A special thanks again to Cashew (Yao Guo) for her wonderful service! Looking forward to 🥰 my next trip here!FromMXN2,501

I come to Shanghai every two or three months, and I always stay here.
**Ambiance:** The red maple leaves in the garden have turned, and they're so beautiful. It truly lives up to its reputation as a Japanese-managed hotel; even the environmental details have that special touch. This is why I love this hotel. Plus, the express checkout is super convenient.
**Service:** This time, I felt the service quality had declined a bit. I called for things to my room twice and had to wait a long time, then call to follow up. Especially when the room heating wasn't enough, I was freezing while waiting. Later, the housekeeper proactively brought an extra blanket.
However, as a loyal guest, I didn't feel a special sense of belonging.
**Facilities:** The remote control by the bed is really difficult to use. The settings jump around, and it's hard to tell what you're adjusting. It's usually fine, but in winter, the room temperature just wouldn't go up. It was truly freezing.
**Breakfast:** Still delicious.FromMXN1,937

Five-star recommendation! A perfect stay at Pullman Shanghai Jing An.
Choosing Pullman Jing An for my trip to Shanghai completely exceeded my expectations – it's truly a hidden gem! The location is absolutely unbeatable, just a 1-minute walk to Exit 5 of Shanghai Railway Station Metro, making it incredibly convenient for catching high-speed trains or exploring the city. Getting to the Bund or Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street takes only about ten minutes by taxi, so transportation is a breeze.
The room was a genuine sanctuary of comfort. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning city views, and the bedding was so comfortable I never wanted to get up. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and a rain shower, which was wonderfully refreshing after a long day.
The hotel facilities were impressive. The 20-meter heated pool on the 6th floor has fantastic natural light, and the fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art machines. After a workout, a relaxing spa session melted away all my travel fatigue.
I have to commend the dining and service! The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety, with Chinese dim sum, Western pastries, hot dishes, and cold dishes all replenished promptly and fresh. The staff were consistently warm and attentive; check-in at the front desk was efficient, the concierge proactively helped with luggage, and any requests were handled super quickly. It felt as comfortable as being at home. I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and tourists. I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Shanghai!FromMXN1,515

Staying at Bund Hoshino Resorts KAI Yuyuan with my family was an experience that far exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location is superb, just a five-minute walk to the Bund and Yu Garden, which was incredibly convenient.
Ella at the front desk provided exceptionally thoughtful service. Not only did she proactively upgrade our room type, but she also prepared a special children's toiletries set for us. The room design skillfully blends new Chinese aesthetics with comfort, making for a truly pleasant stay.
The 11th-floor terrace offers expansive views of both sides of the Huangpu River, which was stunning. This stay far exceeded expectations and must give it a full review! It is very close to the Bund, with a prime location and convenient transportation. The surrounding facilities are complete, making travel, shopping, and dining very convenient, making it ideal for both business trips and vacations. The check-in procedures are efficient and fast. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, patiently answering various questions and proactively providing thoughtful service, instantly bringing a sense of warmth.
The room is clean and tidy, with a rational layout. The space is spacious and bright, and it is well-ventilated and well-lit, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever. The bedding is soft and comfortable, with a mattress of moderate hardness, ensuring a good night's sleep until dawn. The room is well-equipped and brand-new. The air conditioning provides excellent heating and cooling performance, has a full network signal, abundant TV programs, and a stable and sufficient hot water supply. Stayed for 7 days in the Family room in Dec 2025. Overall it was a comfortable stay although the hard product was old.
Room was spacious with one king bed (good for 1 adult and 2 small sized kids) and a single rollaway bed (good for 1 adult). It came with a free mini bar (1 round) and we could get bottled water from housekeeping or from the hotel lobby. There was a stench in the toilet (suspected backflow of air from the sewer) which housekeeping attempted to solve by covering the drains using tissue paper.
Hotel location was good, situated along the shopping street and subway. It is also within walking distance from the bund.
Hotel service was relatively lacking. No attempt was made to assist me with my 4 big luggage at the lobby during arrival and departure.
Would recommend the hotel for less fussy travellers who value convenience over services.FromMXN1,603

This hotel is just beautiful and welcoming. People standing at the front will rush to help opening the door and unload your luggage from the car. The receptionist was really lovely and helpful and provide all the details in English. Then you will be brought to your room.
The room was really lovely. The beds were a bit small for an adult and kids but this is based on foreigners size. The bathroom was not clean properly with stains on the wall, doors and bathtub ( picture attached) but this may be due of the fact that the room was old.
There was a mini bar in the room but no price available.
The hotel have a heated pool and multiple restaurant on site. The kids love the pool.
The hotel is in the middle of all the places that need to be visited. If you go out from the hotel and turn right. You are 10 min walk from Nanjing Road. If you turn left, you are 10 min walk from YuYan Garden. And if you walk in direction of the back of the hotel, you are at the Bund. If you go straight you ll be most likely at people’s square.
We had an amazing stay there and we were joined by our daughter’s friend who booked there aswell to make it convenient for the kids to see each other.
I highly recommend this hotel for families and friends catch up. Really convenient location, really lovely and helpful staff.FromMXN2,509

Although the room was small, it was very well-appointed. From the window, I could see iconic landmarks like Shanghai Tower and the Oriental Pearl, and Jing'an Temple was right in front of me. The service was standard and reliable, always responsive to requests. Breakfast had limited options but was exquisite. The in-room dining service was very convenient. The wonton noodles I ordered the first time were exceptionally delicious, so I ordered them again today for lunch, but the taste and texture were significantly different, and I'm not sure why. Check-in process: Even during the New Year's Day peak season, the service was well-organized, very thoughtful, and attentive. They helped us with our luggage beforehand, check-in was smooth, and they paid attention to our special requests – overall, a seamless experience.
Room facilities: Although it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained, and the hygiene was incredibly reassuring. After my family used the bathtub, I requested a second disinfection and sterilization, which they kindly arranged with patience.
Beautiful view: We booked the room specifically for the view from the Pujiang building. My son absolutely loved it; he was incredibly happy to see the river view and the Oriental Pearl Tower.

I came to Shanghai for a book signing event this weekend. There are so many hotels in Shanghai that it's overwhelming! I saw that The Langham had a good location and high ratings, and remembering my excellent stay at The Langham in Hong Kong last time, I decisively booked here~
The service was truly exceptional. The day before my arrival, they even called to ask about my check-in time and any other requests~
Upon arrival, I discovered it's near Xintiandi, and there's a Harry Winston right downstairs~ The location is just perfect~
The manager, Sicily, added me on WeChat for easy contact~ I didn't expect it to be such a huge help! I encountered a small, unexpected situation and decided to ask her for assistance. Even though she had already gone home for the day, she quickly helped resolve it remotely~
Additionally, I specifically came for a book signing event, and before attending, I learned that phones weren't allowed, only photos. So I asked Sicily if the hotel had a printer~ Later, when I returned to my room, the color-printed photos were perfectly laid out on my table. If it weren't for Sicily, I might have missed this opportunity – it was truly amazing~

The healthy snacks on the first day were great; they provided food tailored to each person's constitution.
The 2 adults and 1 child 'Hengyue Hot Spring Spa & Heat Therapy' experience was perfect for kids, and the relaxation area was very therapeutic.
There are also many other experience classes, making me feel that two days and one night weren't enough. I'll definitely come again next time. The room is genuinely perfect for resting and sleeping, and it even has a private hot spring.FromMXN3,399

Folks, I simply *have* to rave about this hidden gem I stumbled upon! Just finished my stay, and I absolutely *have* to share this immersive experience! ✨
The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was utterly captivated by the tranquil courtyard views. Winding paths lead to secluded spots, a small pond shimmers, and lush greenery abounds 🌳. Wearing a Qipao here, every casual shot turns into a stunning photo 🎬. The architecture and nature blend seamlessly, truly like stepping into a Jiangnan garden-style paradise~
Inside, the delightful surprises continued 🎉. From the floral arrangements to the calligraphy and displays, an elegant ambiance permeates every corner 🍵. You can even experience scripture copying, calming your mind with ink and brush – a truly unique cultural charm that, if you know, you know! The garden view outside the window is breathtakingly beautiful, making your heart flutter. Sipping tea and enjoying the scenery, it's truly the epitome of slow living 🍃. The room features an extra-large bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak, and they even provide two different kinds of bath products. A floating breakfast is also available for those picture-perfect moments. Plus, the room is fully equipped with an air purifier and a humidifier.
The service was incredibly attentive 💗. The staff were warm and considerate, as friendly as old friends~ From check-in to the various activities, everything was seamlessly smooth, and the comfort level was absolutely top-notch ✨. After adding the front desk on WeChat, they were always responsive and delivered on every request.

Shanghai Disney Resort Shanghai|21.83km from downtown
Because I was going to Disneyland for two days over the New Year, after considering various factors, I chose this hot spring hotel that I had been eyeing for a while. Let me start by mentioning the regrettable aspects for us:
1. Since we left early for Disneyland and didn't get back from extreme interactions until after 10 PM, breakfast was already over, so we didn't get to experience it. It would be great if they could extend the service hours or offer light meals.
2. The hot spring can only be experienced once during the stay. Although most people probably wouldn't use it multiple times, deciding how to best utilize that single session can be a bit perplexing.
3. The shuttle bus schedule is very clear, but I ultimately decided not to use it. Mainly because there's only one bus per hour in the afternoon, and during peak evening hours, reservations are required for the limited six seats. It's actually better to take International Resort Line 1, which costs 1 yuan, is only two stops, and has buses every 10 minutes or so.
Of course, the good outweighs the bad. Having mentioned the downsides, there were also many things I was satisfied with:
1. Bicester Village is right across the street, offering plenty of shopping and dining options with numerous brands.
2. Each room is a standalone unit with its own access control, ensuring safety and privacy.
3. The rooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating, as well as complimentary beverages and a capsule coffee machine.
4. After adding the butler, any issues were promptly addressed and resolved efficiently.
5. The lobby offers a wide selection of self-service teas, and there's a farewell gift when checking out.
6. Although there are two indoor hot spring pools with original Taicang water and two outdoor pools with specially filtered soft water (with some occasional sales pitches), overall it's comfortable and not crowded. You can also enjoy a complimentary first milk or beverage with your wristband. The bath and skincare products are Moroccanoil, Half Acre Field, Gatsby, and Dyson hairdryers.
Overall, the value for money is quite good. I would definitely consider coming back here next time to make up for the services I missed out on.FromMXN2,529

The hotel room facilities are good, with everything that should be there. The smoking area outside is also very beautiful. The breakfast in the morning is very good, it is self-service, and there are freshly made noodles to eat. If you are thirsty, you can go downstairs at any time to have some drinks and fruits, which are all included in the hotel package. Why the deduction? Like many reviews wrote, the water in the pool here is really too hot. It is the hottest of all the hot springs in Shanghai that I have been to. It feels too hot. I saw that several children could hardly soak in the water for a while. I don’t know why so many people complained. I saw that the management was still saying in the comments that it met the hot spring temperature requirements. What they said is that your water is too hot, and they are giving you suggestions. Everyone in the hot spring said that the water was hot, not that you violated any regulations... It takes talent to reply like thisFromMXN963

I chose the Grand Hyatt Jin Mao for my 26th birthday trip to Shanghai, based on a friend's recommendation. I mentioned it was my birthday, and the hotel was very thoughtful, upgrading my room and even preparing flowers and a cake.
The breakfast was quite good, though I went down a bit late, just before 10:30 AM. They cleared up pretty quickly, so I didn't get to try everything. Next time, I'll make sure to enjoy the breakfast service properly.
Any service requests I had were promptly and efficiently met. I was initially planning to switch hotels for another night, but I decided to extend my stay here instead.
When I returned to the room, I found a lovely, thoughtful note from the housekeeping staff. They had accidentally dropped an orange and left me a whole plate of small mandarins as an apology – I really appreciated that!
On check-out day, I had a meeting in the morning and also needed to finish some work, which caused a slight delay. I contacted the front desk, and they were very kind to extend my check-out time.

True to its name, this hotel boasts a rich history. My stay was an incredibly worthwhile experience from every perspective. The booking process was a breeze, with Trip.com providing its usual convenient, fast, and supportive deals. The hotel service was excellent. I arrived before 8 AM due to an early flight to Shanghai, even though check-in isn't until 3 PM. The front desk patiently helped arrange a room for me to check in as early as possible. What’s more, they thoughtfully escorted us to the hotel's spa to change and freshen up. Five stars, no hesitation! This stay was absolutely perfect, from the ambiance to the service, everything was flawless. It truly is an architectural marvel that you *must* visit at least once in your life. I'm completely captivated after staying here.
The hotel's environment is simply breathtaking! The world's only 88-meter-deep 'pit' hotel lives up to its reputation. Its unique design, built into the cliff face, exudes sophistication. The dynamic water curtain in the lobby is elegant and lively, and a glance out the window reveals stunning cliffside waterfalls. By day, you see the lush green mountains and rocky cliffs in perfect harmony; as evening falls, the lights illuminate, creating a serene and romantic atmosphere. Every corner showcases thoughtful design, incorporating a mining-inspired aesthetic. Every photo you take is magazine-worthy, offering an immersive experience of nature and architecture blending seamlessly. A special highlight was the 8:30 PM cliffside light and water show featuring themes from 'Shan Hai Jing' (Classic of Mountains and Seas) and a drone performance. Light and water intertwined, drones intricately depicted mythical imagery in the sky, and the cliff face transformed with dynamic light and shadow. The visual and auditory impact was incredible, creating an amazing atmosphere. It's an immersive dive into the collision of technology and culture, an experience definitely not to be missed.
The room experience was a delightful surprise! The room design is simple yet grand, with meticulous attention to detail. The sapphire-themed interior felt luxurious. Thoughtful amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and high-end toiletries were provided, and the facilities were comprehensive and modern. The entire room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the independent bathtub and scenic balcony were definite bonuses. Waking up to the natural scenery in the morning was incredibly blissful, making for a perfectly comfortable stay.
The dining experience was a culinary feast! The Chinese restaurant, Cai Feng Lou, lived up to its Black Pearl Restaurant rating. The beef was tender and juicy, and the soup was rich and flavorful. Every dish used high-quality ingredients and had authentic flavors, truly showcasing the essence of Chinese cuisine. The Western restaurant, Fish Eye, had an incredible ambiance, surrounded by an aquarium underwater. The seafood was fresh and sweet, and the Western dishes were exquisite and delicious, both visually appealing and tasty. Whether it was a main meal or a casual snack, everything was incredibly satisfying.
And the service was impeccable! A special shout-out to our exclusive butler, Alice. From communicating our needs before check-in and providing detailed explanations of the facilities upon arrival, to offering thoughtful reminders and responding to requests throughout our trip, she was patient, attentive, and incredibly thorough. She anticipated every need, making the entire journey feel so warm and cared for. All the hotel staff were also enthusiastic and professional. The bellhops proactively helped with luggage, and the restaurant staff were attentive and meticulous. You could feel their genuine service attitude everywhere you went. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic.
This stay was comprehensively satisfying. The environment, rooms, dining, and service all exceeded expectations. It's definitely a top choice for a vacation or getaway. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone! 🌟FromMXN4,305

Just a few quick points: Firstly, the hotel's location is truly excellent, right on the Bund, directly facing the Oriental Pearl Tower. The views are superb! Secondly, before check-in, a hotel staff member, Ms. Anna, contacted us by phone. She patiently discussed our preferred room type, making the entire check-in process smooth, quick, and satisfactory. We ended up being upgraded to a Bund and Pearl Tower dual-view room, directly facing the Bund and with a side view of the Pearl Tower – visually stunning! However, unfortunately, foggy weather spoiled such a beautiful view! (A tip: If the weather is this bad, there's really no need to pay extra for an upgraded room like this; you can get better photos simply by going to the Bund itself.) Thirdly, during the upgrade, the front desk informed us that breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were included, and we just needed to provide our room number to enter. However, there was no need to provide it; we could just walk straight in. This was strange 🤔. Does every room booking include these? Because from start to finish, we never had to give our room number to enter! Fourthly, regarding the hardware, it's well-maintained, and the environment is very clean and comfortable, but it is old. Fifthly, for the software, the white room curtains completely reflected in the floor-to-ceiling windows, affecting photo quality. Sixthly, the bathroom: no shower cap, no amenity kit, no disposable toilet seat covers, and there was a bathtub but no bathtub liner 😣😩! Finally, the air conditioning – surprisingly, there was no cool air mode, only fan-only. The air circulation in the hotel room was really poor; I hope this can be improved! Overall, the value for money was quite good, and the restaurant food was delicious! Lastly, a big thank you to the thoughtful and lovely Ms. Anna, who even gave us a little bear 😊.FromMXN2,602

The coffee and tea used in the room and lounge are also imported. As for the hotel's breakfast, its quality hasn't declined over the years; in fact, it's gone up a level! The variety is richer, and the taste is superb! The hotel also has many other facilities, including a Shanghai cuisine restaurant, a Western restaurant, and a Cantonese Chinese restaurant. There's also a gym. The hotel also has a very comfortable terrace, perfect for chatting and relaxing~ I highly recommend everyone come and experience it; you definitely won't be disappointed!FromMXN1,809

An unforgettable trip to Shanghai.
The hotel is located in the Shanghai Tower, the tallest building in Shanghai (the tallest of the 'Three Sisters' skyscrapers). The guest rooms are situated between the 86th and 98th floors, with the lobby on the 101st floor (the views from here are already fantastic!). It also boasts the world's highest restaurant in a building, according to the Guinness World Records.
Facilities: A well-equipped gym, spa, swimming pool, and various restaurants are all available. (However, some elevators had issues with doors not closing due to strong drafts.) Staff promptly reported the issue, but I'm not sure if it was resolved.
Cleanliness: I found no flaws in the cleanliness; it was impeccably maintained.
Environment: The views from the tallest building are absolutely unique. The sunrise and river views from the room were also beautiful. The overall decor of the hotel is modern and stylish, and it felt like a significant proportion of the guests were foreigners.
Service: The overall service was good. The day before check-in, they called to ask about my room preferences and needs, though there wasn't a dedicated butler to add on WeChat (which isn't a must-have, so it was acceptable). However, there were a few minor issues I'd like to point out:
1. We arrived at the hotel at 2 PM on the 1st and wanted to check in. However, the room wasn't ready, even though the hotel had explicitly stated that the official check-in time was 3 PM. We had also requested a specially decorated room in advance when booking. So, after confirming our room number, the staff guided us to enjoy afternoon tea first (at this point, it was confirmed we'd have a room on the 92nd floor). We happily accepted and went to the 'Yi Lounge' on the 84th floor (the afternoon tea was excellent, I'll mention it separately later). Around 3:10 PM, the front desk called to say the room was ready. When we went to the 101st floor to get the key cards, we found the room had been changed to the 89th floor. The front desk explained that the 92nd-floor room simply couldn't be prepared in time. Honestly, at such high altitudes, there's no difference in the view between the 89th and 92nd floors, so we accepted and went to the 89th floor. BUT (forgive my long preamble) the 89th-floor room was... not decorated as requested... and our luggage hadn't been delivered. (We had given our luggage to the staff at 2 PM when checking in, and over an hour had passed). We had to call the front desk to have our luggage sent up. Later, while resting in the room, the hotel successively delivered welcome fruits, a red velvet cake, and a welcome card. This meant that within two hours of us checking into the room, the hotel staff knocked on our door three times to deliver things, which did interrupt our rest a bit. But the cake was delicious! The fruits were delicious!
2. The hotel's breakfast was fantastic. Eating breakfast with such a view felt wonderful, and all the food options were of high quality and taste. (One notable point: many hotel buffets in China have desserts that clearly taste mass-produced and bland, but here, whether it was dessert or other food, everything tasted freshly made and excellent.) HOWEVER! We went for breakfast at 9:30 AM on the 2nd and were told to wait in the lobby... the breakfast restaurant was completely packed. We waited in the lobby bar for nearly half an hour before being seated. This is the first time I've ever had to wait so long for breakfast at a hotel. Waiting while hungry wasn't a great feeling... Additionally, breakfast was a combination of à la carte and buffet. The à la carte dishes were very slow to arrive, and there were instances of wrong orders being delivered... the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed.
3. After going out on the 2nd and returning in the afternoon, we found our room key cards no longer worked. There was an error when the staff processed our stay; they had only activated the key cards for one day, but we had booked for two days.
4. On the second night, we ordered takeout. The hotel doesn't allow delivery drivers to come up, so the hotel delivers it on our behalf (which is a good and safe service). However, the wait was incredibly long. We had to call three times to催促 the delivery before it finally arrived... the experience was a bit subpar...
Everything else was great though ~ worth a stay. However, despite having enough staff, the hotel still struggled with service when there were many guests. I hope they can continue to improve this.FromMXN7,193

The hotel service is general thoughtful. We asked for medicated oil as my mum was not feeling well, but there wasn't one available. Instead of just saying no, the customer service offered to send us oil essence that would help to improve headaches and stress. And this really helped my mum to feel and sleep better.
F&B service staff at Elements and Chinese restaurant were attentive and competent. Generally, we did enjoy our stay in this hotel. Pillows are comfortable and housekeeping always did a thorough job everyday. Views from our rooms are nice and we could see the light up at 6pm everyday.
Check-in service could be improved. We had never been kept waiting to check-in before as every hotel we went to made sure the guests don't wait for too long. After waiting in the line for 30mins, I observed that the front desk needs to input alot of information for each guest. Maybe more efficient system and better process flow would help the staff and have less customers complaining. Everyone around was were dismayed by the waiting time. Note that whenever travellers arrive to check in, most are tired and burdened with baggage and want to settle down as soon as possible. Last thing we want is to queue for a long time to check in.
Having mentioned that, I would like to give credit to the front desk staff. Despite the pressure from the sounds of grumpy guests waiting in the line, they still handled each guest professionally and attending to all the enquiries patiently. This is not easy.
Also, your porter service could be improved also. There are more people standing at the concierge counter indoors, and usually only 1 outside. Which is something I don't understand. During our 4-day stay here, no one helped us at all. Even when we checked out, it was our driver who helped us with our bags. The bell boy chose to help another car who was checking in. Usually we tip bell boy but we had no chance to tip at all here.
The corridor to the rooms are mostly carpeted so it is really difficult to drag our luggage. The lifts are spread out along two long rows and I have seen a lady dragging her luggage from one lift to the next lift, and then to the next one cursing because she could not reach each lift in time before the door closed. We felt tired too through our stay here, turning 360 degrees to look out for lift doors opening.
We do recommend the hotel for a guaranteed comfortable stay here as it is near to many major shopping malls and attractions and restaurants.FromMXN2,110

Huge shout-out to this staff member! The delivery guy put my food in the wrong locker and entered the wrong phone number, so I couldn't get my delivery. This hotel staff member was incredibly patient and kept calling customer service for me. After five calls, we finally managed to get the delivery. This is the first review I've ever written since becoming a Trip.com Black Diamond member – highly recommend! 👍FromMXN5,218

[”The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 6-7 minute walk to the subway station! The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was incredibly soft, truly like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk staff were so thoughtful, even providing a guide to local eateries. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!”,”The room was even more spacious than the photos indicated. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation and was impeccably clean. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, and the freshly prepared noodles were especially fragrant and tasty. We had an exceptionally comfortable stay!”]FromMXN1,244

This hotel is perfectly suited to my taste. The lobby is predominantly decorated in black and red, with even the glass panels featuring a red tint. The lobby area is incredibly spacious, boasting many distinct seating zones, which made me feel like I could spend an entire day just lounging there.
The hotel is conveniently located right next to a large shopping mall, MixC City, offering a wide array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Plus, it's just a few subway stops from either the train station or the airport. Getting to the hotel from Ziteng Road Metro Station: exit and enter the shopping mall through its main illuminated entrance. For the most straightforward path, *before* you reach the pedestrian street of the metro commercial area, follow the signs to take the elevator up to the second floor. From there, walk through the parking lot between Buildings A and B, and you'll arrive directly at the hotel, with no stairs to navigate.
Overall, I feel the hotel's marketing efforts are insufficient. This hidden gem truly deserves to be discovered by more people.FromMXN607

This is our re-visit of the hotel. I don’t know why, but it just felt homey instantly (usually it will take me a night to get used to the room), it’s just comfortable with peaceful ambiance and soft lighting. The breakfast was amazing and it really helped to start our day in a pleasant way! We also had a pleasant interaction with the room-service robot who delivered bottle water to our room twice 😄 You just had to try it!!! too bad I couldn’t hug the robot 😄 I also like the Hotel’s good and combined use of technology and human service. I called from the room to ask for bottle water, and it was answered by a lady who said they will send a Robot to deliver. (In another hotel, I also made a call from the room with a small request, but it was an auto answer where you had to talk to a machine and dial the numbers when prompted, which often ended in frustration). Other than that, just one suggestion, I thought the quality of the toiletries and slippers provided could be better compared to the peer hotels, yea, especially for the slippers, they felt too synthetic compared to the slippers from the other two hotels I stayed at during this travel. Overall, great stay, pleasant experience and will revisit!FromMXN1,422
