Mövenpick Yerevan Hotels in Yerevan

Mövenpick Yerevan

"Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan is a very good option within its segment, especially if you appreciate fresh, newly opened hotels. The hotel has only recently opened, and you can really feel it — everything is absolutely new, clean, and fresh, from the rooms to the common areas. The rooms feel modern, comfortable, and well maintained, which makes the stay especially pleasant. The location may be slightly debatable depending on what you are looking for. It is still very central and within walking distance of basically every major point in the city, but perhaps a little farther from the main walking and leisure areas compared to some other central hotels. That said, this is Yerevan — “far” here means around a 10-minute walk, so it is all very relative. What really stood out was the staff and service. Everyone was extremely welcoming, attentive, and genuinely willing to accommodate guests in every possible way. They truly try to help and make the stay comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant impression and a hotel I would definitely consider staying at again."

Carat Hotel Yerevan Hotels in Yerevan

Carat Hotel Yerevan

"This isn't my first trip to Yerevan, so I knew I'd be staying at the hotel longer than before, having seen so much. I was surprised they had a spa! And I accidentally forgot to put my swimsuit on, so I relaxed there too. I didn't even take a photo of the room – everything was just like in their photos!! The room is clean, everything is nice, and still new. If they maintain it in this condition, it will last a long time. The view from the room is beautiful! The bed is soft and comfortable, although not king-size. I always stay at Ibis specifically for their beds. I wasn't expecting that, but the Carat didn't disappoint!! It's not a long walk to the cascade! The staff is friendly! The window opens!!! The air comes in! There are hotels where you can't open the window… like the air conditioning. I'm happy as a clam! I'll come back again and again, and from now on, I'll definitely stay with you! Comment, purely for management: 1) Don't hang that ugly plastic sheeting in the bathroom... it ruins both the look and feel. 2) Breakfast really needs to be a buffet... let it be light, but English isn't for you. Ordering decent coffee in your room wouldn't be a bad idea either. 3) You need to somehow control your alarm clock; it was ringing in the middle of the night, and I turned it off by taking out the battery. It's not a big deal for me, but it might annoy some people."

"Spacious and well-equipped room with everything needed. Was very warm in December with central heating blasting (can be turned off). Healthy things at the buffet breakfast. Kind and polite stuff too. Close to the tourist center. The only downside was the air in the area due to many car repair shops and private houses with wood heating. Opening a window meant letting all the smog into the room."

Rooms Apart Hotel by RED ★★★★
"I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay."

"The room was huge and looked great. Furniture was comfortable. Internet was excellent. It is close to the circus and the Mother Armenia Monument, but not walkable to other tourist sites. One issue I had was noise isolation. The door unlocking is quite loud and there was a kind of large gap under the door, which I think let sound carry more from the hall. I also heard heavy footsteps from other guests some nights. If you're not a light sleeper and don't mind driving or taking a taxi, I'd say it is really good."
