There are people everywhere. My room which was tidy and clean was very very cold. I had to run the fan coil at 90 F for hours to get warm. Room TV channels are limited and the TV didn't allow adding your own apps or screen sharing. Overnight parking fees are expensive even at the discounted rate. 655 Bay St parking is cheaper and easier to navigate. The self service check in worked really well allowing me to skip the huge check in queue but it made the entire hotel experience impersonal."

"Spent 8 nights there in June 2026. I would say it is a 3-Star hotel in today's standard. It does not have an in-room safe (strong box) to store personal valuables. Breakfast is somewhat worse than expected using disposal paper plates and utensils, food not great, although it says complimentary breakfast. Room is only made up upon request. There is only one public guest washer/dryer on the 2nd floor, but it wasn't working. The TV reception could be better for some channels, and with some channels the aspect ratio is a bit strange. There are some good points though: There is an iron and ironing board. Bathroom mirror is heated to avoid condensation so it remains clear after shower. The air-conditioning is very good, quite cold. Matress is good, not too soft/hard. WiFi connection super fast. Bathroom is clean and bright. There was a microwave in the room, and a coffee/tea maker."
