Warmwood Stay

Warmwood Stay

📍 3423 Sheppard Ave E, C1-101, Scarborough, Toronto
★★★ 8.5 (5 reviews)

"The guesthouse is in a great location in Scarborough's Chinatown. There are three gas stations and a large Chinese supermarket within 100 meters, so cooking and grocery shopping are no problem at all. There are also two Chinese car rental shops within 1 kilometer, which is very inconvenient in Canada without a car, and renting and returning a car is also very convenient. The guesthouse owner is Chinese, so communication was not a problem, and the service was very warm and attentive."

"Great location and pool! Housekeeping was poor- didn’t take out garbage, replace soap, sheets were too small, bedspread too thin, beds poorly made and way too small for two sleepers."

Chelsea Hotel Toronto Hotels in Toronto

"While the hotel is perfectly situated, is clean and has all the amenities, it's as busy as an airport check in. It opens to the street from 3 sides making navigating the lobby quite intense. There are people everywhere. My room which was tidy and clean was very very cold. I had to run the fan coil at 90 F for hours to get warm. Room TV channels are limited and the TV didn't allow adding your own apps or screen sharing. Overnight parking fees are expensive even at the discounted rate. 655 Bay St parking is cheaper and easier to navigate. The self service check in worked really well allowing me to skip the huge check in queue but it made the entire hotel experience impersonal."

"The hotel staff were excellent. Incredibly friendly and really tried hard to break our shy little guy's shell. Our TV wouldn't work, which was an issue, but the biggest problem was at check in. When we reserved the room and prepaid online, it said that no credit card was required to stay here. This is not the case at all. The management was very kind and able to help us, but we witnessed others who were experiencing the same issue. THEY REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD"

Best Western Plus Executive Inn Hotels in Toronto

Best Western Plus Executive Inn

"Spent 8 nights there in June 2026. I would say it is a 3-Star hotel in today's standard. It does not have an in-room safe (strong box) to store personal valuables. Breakfast is somewhat worse than expected using disposal paper plates and utensils, food not great, although it says complimentary breakfast. Room is only made up upon request. There is only one public guest washer/dryer on the 2nd floor, but it wasn't working. The TV reception could be better for some channels, and with some channels the aspect ratio is a bit strange. There are some good points though: There is an iron and ironing board. Bathroom mirror is heated to avoid condensation so it remains clear after shower. The air-conditioning is very good, quite cold. Matress is good, not too soft/hard. WiFi connection super fast. Bathroom is clean and bright. There was a microwave in the room, and a coffee/tea maker."

"The room is spacious. Location is good, within walking distance to Eaton Centre, only 8 mins walk. You can also walk to the attractions at downtown like CN tower, City Hall, Rogers Centre….There are a lot of restaurants around, Japanese, Korean, western …. You can even find bubble tea shop within 3 mins walk. The hotel service is good, the waiters remember the drink I preferred on my second & the following days of breakfast already. They are caring."
