Renovated Rooms 10-min to Finch Subway Near Yonge St

Entry to the accommodation is self-check-in. The room is clean and comfortable. However, the common areas are less so. The bathroom isn't cleaned regularly; there's a lot of hair lying around and the grout is black. The floor is also very slippery, almost dangerous. The kitchen is large but there aren't enough utensils. A colander for draining pasta would have been nice. There are only two chairs for all the rooms. In conclusion, the room is too expensive for what it is, even though it was the cheapest option we found in the city. The room is a 15-minute walk from the metro station entrance and an hour from the city center by metro.

They don't turn on the air conditioning even when it's hot, which negatively affects guests' sleep quality.

The building is good, the room clean, and the amenities more than adequate. But the location isn't very convenient if you only use public transportation and your own two feet. If you have a car, however, it's perfect.

It's easy to get to, just a 10-minute walk from the station. I was able to watch YouTube and Netflix in the room, which was unexpected and made my stay comfortable!
