"hotel is overall clean and able to request various type of pillows as well as garment steamer. however, staff is unfriendly and did not offer help during check out. one of the guests' park his car right outside the hotel lobby while he was still drinking coffee slowly inside the reception, testing out the hand creams etc. as a result, due to the limited space, it was impossible for our car to enter the lobby to load our luggages. after politely asking the staff to assist, he turned a blind eye and stayed idle. note that no one is supposed to park right outside the hotel except for pick-up and drop-off. distasteful experience!"
