This is the first time I write a negative review after staying in so many hotels.
The service and attitude of the service staff are very good, but the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel really need to be improved. As soon as the elevator door opened after going upstairs, the carpet was extremely dirty... After entering the room, the room was very small. There were dust and ditches on the hot water bottle. The overall feeling was that it was dirty and old... The air conditioner was not turned on at 22 degrees in winter. It was cold, and the water pressure in the bathroom was too low, and the water output was so small that it was impossible to use it. I tried to use the faucet on the sink, but found a lot of black flakes coming out (picture attached). After informing the customer at the counter, the service staff assisted in changing the room. However, since I had already taken a shower in the original room, after changing the room, I tested the water pressure and the faucet and found that there were no debris, and then let it go.
After participating in a road run in the early morning, I returned to the hotel and wanted to take a shower, only to find that there was no hot water. However, I had one hour left to check out, so I didn't ask the service staff to deal with it. But this accommodation experience is really bad. Apart from the pet friendliness and the good attitude of the service staff, I really don’t want to give any stars... If you don’t bring pets, you can stay in a better place for this price.
