"It was a nice stayed at Sofitel! Front of house staff were lovely and informative about the area and the restaurant (good customer service). We just wanted to drop our luggage at the hotel first and check in later but luckily the reception provide the room for us immediately and let us check in early which made our trip easier. Thank you so much! The location was close to everything! Probably go back again! Thank you!"

"Out of all the hotels I stayed at across different Australian cities, Meriton Suites easily tops the list, absolute gold standard. The staff were consistently attentive and professional, always present and eager to help. The hotel apartment was spacious, clean, and brightly lit, with a great balcony to unwind after a long day. Amenities were excellent and everything felt well maintained. Honestly one of the most pleasant stays on this trip, highly recommended."

GGuest UserFantastic location, close to everything you need down on the coast. Issues with the booking going through on trip.com and a call had to verify all my information. Staffed hours were minimal (maybe due to Covid) and no milk provided in the fridge, no comp water or toothbrushes. Brilliant facilities, small make do gym and nice balcony/bbq area upstairs. Air con in rooms could have been more effective but rooms were brilliant.

MMark TWG2025Freshly renovated, just needs pictures rehung and towel rails. Great location, quiet but only short walk to action. Views from the 16 floor were worth it! We hope to visit again soon

GGuest UserVery handy location within walking distance to restaurants, beach and entertainment and secure onsite parking. Basic amenities, dated and tired. For price I had expected more. Simple things like matching crockery and newer furniture void of marks etc would really enhance the overall experience. Also, microwave had been damaged/burnt so stunk out room and we were wary to use.
