I booked this hotel for one night between flights. They offer a free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, which was very convenient. The room was clean, and the shower had an interesting design, haha! I'd happily stay here again next time.

Good hotel, not far from the city center. There is a shuttle service to the mall, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is excellent. What I did not like was the unfriendly receptionist. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, and the bed sheets were not very comfortable. It would be great if bathrobes and slippers were provided as well.

This was our second time staying at this hotel because it’s so conveniently located, and we had another wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our stay. The beds were especially cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. One of the highlights is still the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, which runs every 15 minutes and is very punctual. It made our travel to the airport hassle-free. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and attentive staff.

The hotel is excellent, with a designer interior. There is a guarded parking lot for the car. The hotel has a spa, a pond and a swimming pool and much more. You can use the infrastructure. If you take a room with breakfast and dinner, then be careful, dinner for the room is 800 ZAR, breakfast for the room is 450 ZAR. If you take more than this cost, then you will have to pay extra! Wi-Fi works well, no problems. The only thing we missed in the room was slippers.

On the first day, there was a leak in the ceiling, but it was fixed the next day, so I guess it's okay. Other than that, the hygiene and environment were good, and breakfast was decent, although there weren't many options.

I had the best time just relaxing at the hotel . The staff were very friendly and because it was my birthday they upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast . I had an amazing time and I can’t wait to go back . Room services was also really great and the views were amazing .

A good place if you have a transit or even if you stay in Joburg for few days. It’s little far from the city centre but the location is safe and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. Still many scammers around, be careful. Hotel room is little small but worth for money. Has breakfast, restaurant, bar, swimming pool. Airport shuttle van leaving every hour from morning to night.

The New Hotel Parktonian is located in the Bramfontein district in the center of Johannesburg. Although this area is considered safe in the travel advice on the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs website, the direct surroundings of the hotel leave something to be desired. I do not recommend taking the Gautrain to Park and then walking. It is better to call an Uber or an inDriver (cheaper) from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is very large and safe, a security guard opens the gates when a car arrives, not just anyone enters this hotel. The room is very spacious, it is a suite with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a sofa, a flat screen TV and a kettle with tea and coffee available. The bathroom is adequate although the shower head did not work very well. There are free toiletries, clean towels and a hairdryer. I enjoyed my stay.
