We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient—close to the airport and only about an hour’s drive to Niagara Falls. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable. We also found the on-site laundry facilities very useful during our trip. The airport shuttle service was especially helpful; pick-up was on time and made our arrival much easier. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay.
It's a bit far from the lake by car, 8 minutes away, but very close to the highway and very convenient. It's a new hotel, clean. Breakfast is free, but it's edible and very simple, simpler than the average American breakfast.
We booked a room with a view of the falls, and the scenery was absolutely stunning—definitely the highlight of our stay.
However, the room itself was quite disappointing. The furniture felt very outdated, and the hotel provided disposable plastic cups instead of proper glassware. The pillows seemed moldy, which was concerning, and the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, making it hard to relax. Even the showerhead was so worn out that it took away from what should have been a pleasant experience.
The staff were friendly and polite, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall facilities and upkeep didn’t match that level of service.
I’m not sure if it was due to the room conditions or just excitement from the falls, but I found myself waking up every two hours and didn’t get a good night’s sleep at all.
Overall, the view was incredible, but the comfort and quality of the room need significant improvement.
My hotel booking receipt included tax, but when I checked in, the staff wanted to charge me an additional 30 yuan. The next day when I checked out, I asked the staff again and they said they didn't charge me the 30 yuan, but my credit card still charged me.
Overall, the hotel is pretty good. It's clean and well-equipped, though a bit old. The room size was appropriate, and the bathroom was quite spacious. The price was reasonable, offering great value for money. The location is also very convenient for sightseeing. Parking costs CAD 20 plus tax per night.
had a really pleasant experience overall. The service was friendly, professional, and attentive—staff were always ready to help and made sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay.
The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and met my expectations. Everything was organized nicely, which made the experience smooth and stress-free.
I also enjoyed the food—it was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety of options to choose from.
Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and would definitely consider coming back again.
The environment is quiet and comfortable! Free 24-hour coffee and tea, and small bread in the morning. Free airport shuttle near the airport, super convenient! Next time I have the opportunity to travel, I will choose this hotel again!
The room was spacious, amenities where good except for the coffee maker in the room that made horrible tasting coffee although the coffee machine in the dining room is available 24 hours and has terrific coffee, I just like having a cup as I wake up.
The hotel staff, grounds and cleanliness is above quality and the location is quiet, not a lot of traffic and close the restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to people.
This hotel near the airport was a great choice for catching an early flight, offering shuttle service. All the facilities were well-equipped and very convenient.

GGuest UserDisappointed. Booked a double queen room. Received a call asking if I would like an upgrade to a suite.the suite was below grade , single queen with a 1970s Niagara Falls love hotel jacuzzi wrapped in mirrors in place of the 2 nd bed.
Was there back in December and they failed to make up the room 2 nights. This time I was there 2 days and they failed to make up the room.
The counter staff were pleasant and apologetic. The continental breakfast was good and the lady working there was very nice.
The location was good for my purpose and the cost was inline for a 2 star hotel.
XXuhaoyuThe hotel is located near College Station, which makes transportation incredibly convenient – the location is pretty good. Room cleanliness was average, but the facilities are quite old. The downside is the soundproofing is really poor; I frequently heard noise. Also, the Wi-Fi is terrible and often wouldn't connect. Breakfast options were standard and didn't change daily, but it tasted pretty good. Overall, the hotel service was quite thoughtful.
LLaisipaermeiduokexuhuangThe breakfast alone and the luggage storage service made this stay worthwhile, effectively making the accommodation and showers free. Plus, you can use the kitchen and other facilities. Overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended.
To get to Niagara Falls, you can take Flixbus. Once you reach the final stop, hop on the WEGO bus to Niagara Falls. The ride to the falls itself is free. It's about a 3km walk if you prefer. The park around the falls doesn't require an entrance fee, and if you're not doing any additional attractions, you can see everything in about 2 hours.
GGuest UserThis was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!
GGuest UserThe front desk staff are very friendly, the hotel facilities meet the requirements for tourism and leisure, and the location is excellent. There are shuttle buses at the door to various attractions in the Niagara Falls area, and it also provides direct access to the bus station connecting to downtown Toronto, making it an ideal choice for your travel itinerary.
Kkyes123nice little place pool was warm wish the slide be open more days then fri n sat had a park side view not much there but atleast nice lil balcony
GGuest UserFirst of all, thank you for the free upgrade. The views from both the bedroom and the living room were excellent, and the space was large enough for a group of friends to relax, especially with the poker and foosball tables. The location is also great, right in downtown.
However, the shower amenities could be improved, particularly the shampoo and body wash, and the toothpaste looked quite messy (fortunately I brought my own). The soundproofing is also not ideal, as I could hear the couple in the next room talking, and I felt a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom and blow‑drying my hair after coming back late from a concert.
The check‑in time is quite rigid at 4 p.m., although they do allow you to delay check‑in until 7:30 p.m. I was initially confused because I waited for over 10 minutes at the original building (before the upgrade) and wasn’t sure if the receptionist would come to pick me up. Once we met, though, the receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained the amenities and check‑out procedures.
Overall, despite the strict rules and minor issues, I really liked the room and had a happy stay.

AAlanSpivackA great hotel in a prime location. The Radisson Blu is situated right on the harbor. It is surrounded by iconic locations, great restaurants and attractions. The CN tower and Roger Center are just a few minutes walk. You can walk along the harbor boardwalk or sit in a nice cafe and watch planes take off and land at the small island airport just across the water.
BBarryWRoom cleanliness and air conditioning were good. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple but good in quality. However the breakfast queue was long and food replenishment was not done in pace with the flow, ended up in a long queue not moving as people stayed in the front of the queue stayed in the queue waiting for replenishment. The dinning space was insufficient that could not accommodate the big crowd.
We ran into issue setting up the sofa bed. Calling the front desk asking for assistance we were stunned by a reply saying they would not send staff to help but urging us to try for another attempts and kept reassuring us the sofa bed operation was simple and easy. Finally we got that sorted out with help from other hotel customers..
A major disappointment that totally ruined my experience with the hotel was the way my enquiry was handled towards an unknown charge after I checked out.
In the check out bill, it was just a charge billed to my credit card without indicating what service or item I was billed for. While my family did not order or buy anything at all from the hotel and we were in a rush, I did not check the bill upon check out until 5 days later I saw it in my credit card account. I sent an email to the hotel reservation (that was the only email channel I found from the hotel home page) to enquire about the charge and no reply was received ever towards my enquiry and that's what I was hit. Although the unknown charge was refunded after another week, I did not feel good with the way they work. I frankly accept mistakes made by the front desk or the account team for incorrect bill, but I do not accept ignorance and zero communication from the backend on my enquiry. This is something the hotel should improve.
