The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were a bit old and basically the standard of an old American hotel. Mainly close to the hot air balloon, it is more convenient to catch the hot air balloon early the next morning.

The place was clean and they did not charge the 200 deposit just a 75 hold which was much more convenient. The breakfast was decent as they had omelets and sausages along with pancakes. Would stay here again at a reasonable price.

The room that I stade the air conditioner made aloud noise when running. The hotel was out darted it is in need of a face lift. The hotel staff will not change your linen or do anything in your room if you are booked in for a week. They if you want clean sheets or tiles you have to bring them to the office and exchange them. If you have a stain of on them they are going to change you$25.00 per item even a face or hand towel. I thought that was crazy. I left a day earlier than when I was supposed to. I did take a video of the room. I just have figure how to up load it

The staff at the counter had a good attitude. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom when I checked in. The equipment was replaced after notification. The equipment was a bit old. There were vagrant activities near the hotel. I was worried about the house, but it was still safe.

The problem I encountered was that due to the itinerary, I divided the two order dates differently, but it was three consecutive days. I sent e-amll 2 times to the hotel to inform the hotel that the hotel needed to arrange the same room number for 3 days, but did not reply to me. I checked in smoothly on the first night. It is also determined that the counter staff is staying for 3 nights. After entering the room, I also found that the double bed was small. It was different from the photo. When I was ready to comb, I found that the bathtub was not well drained, like blocked water. Finally, I used a chopstick to take out the toilet paper in the drainage hole and some hair. I think the hotel cleaning staff did not find this problem. The next day we went out, the housekeeping staff mistakenly thought that we only stayed for one day. We were scared when we entered the room at night. Our luggage was gone. My husband went to the counter to ask clearly. Fortunately, there was no missing. I feel that the hotel has not confirmed it clearly again. Because the relationship between the hot air balloon festival in New Mexico, the price has risen by $210-230 and the real room is not worth it at all. There is no shuttle bus to the hot air balloon festival. Some hotels have shuttle buses, and I booked it in early July. Останавливались на одну ночь, приятно порадовал прохладный бассейн с горячей джакузи и наличие просторного спортзала, номер на 1 этаже был огромный с очень высокими потолками и огромным диваном, простой, но вкусный завтрак и приветливый персонал.

The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. I had a terrible time with the keys. The very first time I checked in I went to my room and came right back to the counter three times because the keys would not work. Other than being a little frustrating that was no big deal. However in my first room, the TV did not work. Also, I could never get in to the side door and always had to walk around. Was this a terrible place to stay? Noooo… but don’t expect much. 

Room 224 is so noisy with constant ”compressor” noise coming from rooms on either side. One side the noise sounded like a refrigerator whining away the whole night and the other side sounded like a fan motor grinding away on and off... Noises wasn't noticeable after checking into the room and with TV on, but kept me awake half the night.

Planned on staying one night. Stayed a extra 3 days, location was great. Had access to go any direction I chose. Staff was great!
