Очень хорошие завтраки. И очень вкусные. Официанты очень внимательные. Сервис на высоком уровне. Очень приятные сотрудники ресепшен. Удивила её состояние номеров и их чистота. Персонал гостиницы здоровается с гостями в коридорах, что было очень приятно, давно не замечала такую доброжелательность в русских отелях. Отмечу что сам отель очень ухоженный, всё радует глаз, вечером показывают кино на первом этаже в холле, мы не успели попасть в бассейн, поэтому ничего не могу сказать про spa – зону. На заднем дворе отеле имеется приятная лужайка с зоной посадки и обслуживания гостей и размещением детей на детской площадке, территория огорожена. Мы были в восторге от проживания, всем рекомендую. 

Very cozy, hospitality, clean, stylish hotel. Breakfasts are very delicious, big choice. Dinner is just excellent! Recommended, the hotel is located in historical places, everything in step-by-step availability.

Rest in the hotel for 3 days (29 to 31 March). We had a standard room. I liked the hotel. From the pluses I can highlight the following: 1) The girls at the respiratory and spa area were very polite. Initially we were given a room without a window, we asked to change, eventually we lived in a room with a great view to the temple. Near the window stood a table and 2 chairs. And we often sat there and enjoyed the view 2). The spa area I liked too. There is sauna, hamm, pool and jacuzzi. We were told that very people were in the evening. After 8, after 8, everything was mostly in the pool. And in the sauna I sat alone 3). The hotel is generally very comfortable. There are many plants inside, on the first floor of a royal, beautiful chairs. Overall very comfortable. 4). The hotel is located in a very beautiful area. Near the river, the embankment, many beautiful houses. We combined tours and spa rest. On the first day we went to the Pogankina Chamber, then spent 2 hours in spa, then walked near the Kremlin. On the second day of the morning, they went to the spa, then on a tour of the Kremlin, had lunch, went to the spa, rested and again in the spa. On the third day they went to the spa and went to the Izborsk and Pechora. Then on the patch they left to Peter. As a result, they were rebooted as if they had gone on a long vacation. And the hotel choice played a big role in this regard

Прекрасный отель. Всё чистое, свежий ремонт. В ванной есть все для гигиены. В номере чайники ,пакетик чая и кофе., есть холодильник ,телевизор, кондиционер В стоимость проживания входит СПА. Для этого есть халаты в номере и тапочки ,можно спуститься на 1 этаж и ты уже в СПА. Очень понравилось, есть бассейн,джакузи,2 бани, струи воды, лежаки. Тоже все новое и чисто! За завтрак отдельно спасибо. Прекрасный шведский стол с огромным выбором блюд.
