"Все понравилось. Сытрые завтраки, обеды и ужины (шведский стол). Не все блюда вкусные, но всегда есть из чего выбрать. Чистые номера. С отличной шумоизоляцией. В соседних номерах жили довольно капризные дети, но мы их слышали только проходя мимо номера по коридору, а так же в душе. В самом номере ни разу нас не побеспокоил шум. Что очень важно для нас. Был небольшой казус с подушками. Мы привыкли к ортопедическим и подушки в отеле показались нам слишком большими и твёрдыми. Первую ночь спали плохо. Проблему решили попросив принести нам детские подушки (они меньше и помягче), и следующие ночи высыпались отлично. Так что, если столкнетесь с такой же проблемой, решение я вам подсказал - детские подушки. До пляжа минут 20 пешком, что даже хорошо, при столь обильном питании. Если не хотите идти пешком, могут подвезти на гольф-каре. Когда пошли первый раз, спросили как пройти у швейцара Ильи, а он в ответ предложил довезти нас на гольф-каре. Потом с удовольствием ходили пешком. Хорошие бассейны. Крытый бассейн и сауны работают круглосуточно. Так что после ужина кайфовал в SPA. Есть спортзал. Он не большой, но тренажеров и гантелей вполне достаточно для поддержания формы. С учётом небольшой популярности среди жильцов отеля, скорее всего будете заниматься в одиночестве. Резюме: Все понравилось."

At the entrance to the hotel you are met by the reception staff, and that's where it all begins. The level of service and attentiveness to guests immediately tells you what awaits you. From the first minutes of your stay you feel like a special guest, they try to fulfill all your wishes. I was very pleasantly surprised by such competent staff in a 4-star hotel, be it the restaurant staff, the spa area or the cleaning service. In a room with a beautiful view of the mountains, perfectly white bed linen, a comfortable mattress, pillows and a duvet, you can sleep well. Soundproofing is good. We did not hear our neighbors throughout the entire stay. The hotel offers the possibility of renting an umbrella. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. In the evening, after the cable car closes, there is a shuttle to the hotel. Of course, the hotel has some flaws that require repair, but all this pales in comparison to all the advantages that I saw. For me, this vacation was a delight. I thank the hotel administration and especially its staff. On my next trip, I will definitely stay here again.

Очень хороший отель в чудесной локации! Мой номер был на 2 этаже с видом на лес. Также на 2 этаже прекрасно оборудованный спортзал. Кровать Мега удобная, есть сейф, холодильник, стол, Тв.  Очень тепло в номере, я открывала окно в ноябре для чистого воздуха.  Канатка расположена в 100 метрах от отеля, билеты лучше брать при отеле, выходит чуть дешевле на 250 рублей В отеле стоят массажные кресла Ямогучи , за 600 рублей можно расслабиться 20 минут.  Не понравилось, что завтраки в другом отеле через мост. Но сами завтраки очень вкусные: творог, орехи, хумус, блинчики , штрудель, чизкейки, сыры и много всего разнообразного!

Not bad, requires repair of the room, but again it is a standard room. There is no yusb routine, but the warm and chic view on the balcony, the bed is not bad. In general for its price a good room, but would like to be better)

It was necessary to stop at one, the requirement was convenience and price-quality ratio. Everything is very good. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the sea, park, church. There was a room with a balcony, a huge balcony overlooking the Armenian temple! The room has everything you need, all hygiene products, kettle, dishes, iron and ironing board. The breakfast has plenty of everything, tasty, varied choice. There is a full set, lunch and dinner. We didn’t have time to go to our own swimming pool and hammam. If you come on vacation, this is a very decent hotel option with everything you need, I recommend it!

Отличный отель, проживание было комфортным, номер чистым. В номере все есть, халаты, тапочки, гигиенические наборы. Но случилось небольшое но, при выселении из отеля, когда я с дочкой зашла в лифт, он застрял. Хорошо, что работала связь и мы дозвонились на ресепшен, они перезагрузили лифт и он поехал. Я так поняла, что эта проблема у них случается переодически, так что имейте это ввиду.
