The room is clean & spacious, aircon is cold enough & water pressure for shower is good too. Breakfast varieties though not extensive but good enough (similar to the airport lounge) & breakfast ambience is good. Staffs were helpful & friendly especially the breakfast staffs & the conceirge staffs. We have 5 guests joining us for breakfast & the staff helped to see to the arrangement. Thanks. Hotel location is very convenient, within walking distance to mall & famous dim sum places but will highly recommend taking grabcar as it only cost 5RM as the cars don't stop at the crossing for pedestrian to cross at all & when it's raining!

Great homestay ❤️ If you're visiting Lost World of Tambun, you can choose this place. It's within walking distance to the park, making the location super convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, and you can even see the amusement park from the window. The ambiance is very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this homestay again next time 🏡

Convenient and ease as already included morning tickets and night hot spring tickets and also breakfast so everything is seamless. Room floor should be spc wooden as tiles too cold and tiles flooring looks cheap for hotel, not a personal fans for carpet floor and luckily they did not install that. This is 3rd time staying here, good place for our son to experience lost world tambun as he loved the animals here roam freely and feeding freely. Room has a strong smell as we guess they use strong air freshener male strong musky smell to mask the smoking smell before us. Water given to us also past expiry date 😅

The room door was incredibly difficult to open. If I hadn't been with my husband, I would have had to call the front desk every time to get into the room. The room itself was spacious enough. For a twin room, there was only one bedside table and a single power outlet on one side. The bathroom amenities were just average. Overall, the in-room facilities and supplies were decent, not inconvenient. I was a bit disappointed that the pool entrance door wouldn't open, and looking in, the pool bottom appeared green, as if it were unclean. The breakfast offerings seemed to be all Malaysian food, but there are plenty of options near the hotel, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly.

Had a pleasant stay at M Roof Hotel & Residence. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern design and good facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is convenient with many eateries nearby and easy parking available. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus. Breakfast could have more variety, but overall it was a good value stay and I would consider coming back again. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide more clearly designated disabled parking spaces closer to the entrance to improve accessibility and convenience for guests with mobility needs.

Great service! The location is excellent and it's very clean. This time, I stayed with my grandfather, father, and uncle in their quadruple room. The space is quite large, and there's an additional small area with a sofa and such. Overall, it's pretty good and very suitable for elderly people and family-style living. The first room the hotel gave me wasn't great and had a few issues (I'd recommend checking it when you check in). After I switched rooms, the overall experience was good. The gym and pool are both well-equipped. The hotel location is excellent, right above a mall, and it's super convenient to walk to Taiping Lake and the hawker center (around 5 minutes).

My staycation at this apartment was truly an amazing experience. The unit itself was very nice—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel both comfortable and luxurious at the same time. Everything was well-maintained, and you could tell the place was still quite new. The ambience was absolutely the best. It was peaceful, cozy, and perfect for unwinding away from the usual busy routine. The atmosphere really made the stay feel special and memorable. Overall, I had a wonderful staycation and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We booked a suite, and it was incredibly spacious! Having that extra room to move around is a lifesaver when traveling with children. It also features a small kitchenette, which made our trip incredibly convenient. Being able to easily prepare quick snacks or prep things for the kids right in the room was a huge plus. Another major highlight for us was the indoor swimming pool. My daughter absolutely loved it! It’s a great setup because you don't have to worry about the midday sun or sudden rain ruining pool time. Before booking, I searched everywhere online but could barely find any information or photos regarding the breakfast. The only review I managed to track down mentioned that the selection was ”limited.” Now that I've stayed here, I wanted to share these photos so future guests know exactly what to expect. Yes, the selection is on the smaller side, but the quality is great. Even with fewer options, every single food item provided happened to be a personal favorite of mine! So while it might not be a massive buffet spread, it definitely hit the spot for us.

Good and strategically located 5-star hotel in the heart of Ipoh. Granted that it is a bit old but room and hotel were clean and staffs were nice and helpful. Very near to many nice dimsum restaurants (photos below).
