GGuest UserThe hotel was exactly what we were hoping for. The gardens were gorgeous and the pool was lovely. The staff spoke some basic English which was very helpful for us. The room was very cute.
There was a free shuttle that dropped us off at the train station which was very helpful.
We definitely would stay again!

GGuest UserI went in the somewhat low season in October and everything was wonderful, at reception and when they gave me the room super fast, everything was very clean and very attentive, the rooms are not the biggest but they are good🤝🏼

GGuest UserThe service is normal in general, with exceptions, such as excellent valet parking (they charge you extra for this service, $100 a day), but the one who prepares the omelettes is bad. The food is good, at least what I chose, the zarandeado was exquisite. The pool is generic, not the best. I think the internet is good.
The worst are the rooms, mattresses in terrible condition, and rusty hotel accessories.
They have sales agents to sell you hotel nights, ignore them, this is in very bad taste, they trick you into giving you 3 nights as a gift, which is a farce, they are just trying to sell you.
