4-Star Hotels in Sinaloa, Mexico

The hotel was exactly what we were hoping for. The gardens were gorgeous and the pool was lovely. The staff spoke some basic English which was very helpful for us. The room was very cute. There was a free shuttle that dropped us off at the train station which was very helpful. We definitely would stay again!

Good and close to airport , rooms is big the food is delicious and good services

The location of the hotel is very good, however our room had a view of the city, in the area there are many bars that close late and our window did not close properly so the noise did not allow us to sleep until 4:00 am

All staff were very friendly, the room was quite wide and the bed offers a repair repos. Let's hope to come back soon

Excelente lugar, soper familiar a pie de playa,

The service is normal in general, with exceptions, such as excellent valet parking (they charge you extra for this service, $100 a day), but the one who prepares the omelettes is bad. The food is good, at least what I chose, the zarandeado was exquisite. The pool is generic, not the best. I think the internet is good. The worst are the rooms, mattresses in terrible condition, and rusty hotel accessories. They have sales agents to sell you hotel nights, ignore them, this is in very bad taste, they trick you into giving you 3 nights as a gift, which is a farce, they are just trying to sell you.

The service of the hotel is very considerate, the environment is new and clean, it is very convenient to have large shopping malls around, the nearby places that I don’t know, the hotel will accompany you, like it
