The hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator. Otherwise, it will be impossible to communicate.

Excellent location! Walking distace to main avenues and transportation points. The staff was very friendly and helpfull at all times. the room was spacious, with individual unit (heater/AC) Some rooms have jacuzzi, you need to request it at moment of reserving a room. The hotel offers buffet breackfast(for extra charge) All and all, good value gor money I will stay there again here when visiting CDMX again .

Facilities: Generally speaking, it's pretty standard, similar to a 300 RMB hotel in China. But considering its airport location, it's acceptable. Special shout-out to the comfortable sofa – big plus! Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The hotel interior is great. However, the airport exterior is under renovation, and it was a bit hard to find. Service: Excellent and very professional.

Good hotel, easy access but not a lot of things around in walking distance. Very clean rooms, amenities as expected. Recommended to ask for upper floors to Avoid noise from restaurants nearby.

Beautiful hotel, great location, but unfortunately, the noise makes it extremely difficult to recommend staying here. The music from the rooftop bar starts getting louder around 6 PM and continues until approximately 2 AM, and it seems to get progressively louder throughout the night. It was genuinely impossible to relax or sleep in our room. We were even given earplugs, but they did very little to help. If you plan to be out until 2 AM every night, you may not notice it. But if you are looking for a relaxing hotel where you can come back, unwind, and get a good night’s sleep, this is honestly a terrible experience. We also booked a Deluxe King room but were put in a Queen room for our first night. We were not able to get into the correct room category that we booked until after 5PM the following day because the Deluxe King room was ”not yet clean.” No upgrade or compensation was given for this mistake. It’s a shame because the property is beautiful but a hotel room that you cannot reasonably sleep or relax. I would strongly recommend asking about the noise before booking.

I had a great time at ULIV hotel. the location is perfect, walkable distance from the city center, plenty of restaurants and cafes around. for such an affordable price you get a spacious room with all the necessities including kitchen appliances (convenient for a long stay) and a few words about the stuff, everyone is so kind and helpful. and i want to thank Guy for his help and fun chats we had, he made my stay hundred times better. and what a surprise it was that he can speak chinese🥰♥️ i didn’t take any photos unfortunately, so just sharing a view from my room 中国的朋友们，如果在找墨西哥市的酒店，别找了 就选ULIV，需要任何帮助，找Guy前台人员，他会说中文，一定会帮上你们

Internet is fast , Hotel is very new , centralized location close to eateries, shopping, banks, etc. metro is just 2 minutes away. Room is considerably smaller but nicely designed and well facilitated. Service is great special mention to Diego hall manager excellent job.

Whenever I arrive in Mexico City late at night, I always stay here for a night. The only downside is the price, otherwise, it's perfect. The hotel is located in Terminal 1. After you exit arrivals, turn right and take the elevator up to the 2nd floor, which is a parking lot. Once you exit the elevator, turn left and walk about 100 meters until you see a door. Go through that door and walk another 50 meters or so, and it's at the end of the long hallway on your right.

The room exceeded expectations and regretted staying for two days on the weekend. A family of three set two bedrooms and two bathrooms, Trip.com wrote 70 square meters, it feels more than, it is estimated that the area is used, the child is very satisfied with his own space. The room design is very good, the small objects are IKEA, the kitchen is fully equipped, the necessary tableware is also equipped with oil, pepper and salt, we made a few beautiful breakfasts, to achieve avocado freedom! This apartment has four rooms on each floor. The room type I live in is on the fifth floor. I can't hear the noise of the road at all (the room on the road is not clear, the road in front of the door is busy during the day). It is two blocks away from the core area of Roma. I wander around every day and have several Michelin restaurants. Unfortunately, I can't eat on weekends. Praise the building service staff, enthusiastically inform the use of the free washing machine dryer, free after 6 pm. The roof garden is great! There is a swimming pool! Small problem: The sheets should be covered with plastic waterproof pads, and they will ring when they turn over.

Later I learned that this hotel has a long history and has hosted many celebrities. The interior layout is very classic, making it quite quiet. Other services are quite efficient, and room service is prompt. The room facilities are basic, but I think they are very good for an overseas hotel, and the price-performance ratio is quite high. Its location is also excellent, close to the metro station and very close to the Rome area. There are some good restaurants and bars nearby. Overall, I think this hotel offers extremely good value for money.
