No kettle, tea, coffee packs in room. But can try asking. Assisi is a worthwhile place to explore - take bus by buying from shop ( tobacconist?) 1.30 euro to go up to the top. Then explore various places as you go downhill.
Seeing the view I took from the window of the room is just so beautiful
Breakfast is too warm, I like it very much.
Someone also helps with luggage
Parking is free in the public parking lot nearby, it takes a little seven or eight minutes to walk
The hotel is ideally located for visiting Perugia. Located directly across from the bus station, which connects you to the city's airport, the hotel is close to the escalators leading to Piazza Italia, where you can explore the historic center and its main monuments.
Large, clean rooms, and a generous and varied international buffet breakfast.
Great place to relax and explore nearby towns. Views of Assisi and the country side.
Local inspired dishes elevated to bring a more dinner experience.
An awesome breakfast with eggs made fresh.
Awesome hotel! Now it is still aftertaste ~ Invisible in the Umbria Valley, next to the downtown square and the snowy mountains! The hotel is a historical building and the design is very clever. The cleanest kettle in history, and the richest minibar! Every small detail is great! The breakfast is delicious and the environment is great! Don't forget there are things you can order on the table! I regret not staying for a few more days! Worthy of being relais chateaux
The apartment in block 5 was clean and functional. Large bed in the bedroom, lounge area with small fridge; air conditioned. Perfectly adequate for one night but a little remote from the main hotel facilities (0.6km). It did have a restaurant nearby with superb panoramic views of Assisi and that had a fantastic buffet with wine tasting on the day we were there. I would recommend this place.
The hotel is a beautiful, well-treated, well-tightly decorated, clean rooms, well furnished and pleasantly profumed.
Breakfast is varied and rich in craft products.
Fabio and his staff were kind and careful to any kind of request.
I would certainly recommend you ☺️
I highly recommend the hotel which is located in the center of Assisi town. The breakfast is awesome.

GGuest UserDon't miss out on this charming hotel! Unlike so many 21st C. posh places ( and their corresponding high rates), this romantic guesthouse - the former palace of the local marques- is authentic in atmosphere, style and service with incredibly reasonable prices for their beautiful rooms.
You won't find many foreigners in Piegaro, which means that you'll become part of the local scene in no time. It is close enough to Tuscany to visit Sienna for instance, but also Perugia or Assisi and Spello.
Piegaro was a delightful surprise for us and we can't wait to go back.
I can't comment on the pool (it was October) or the breakfast (we had an apartment), but the staff was so wonderful and kind that we felt like family coming home.
Piegaro is famous for its glas production (only surpassed by Venice)and you'll see it's art everywhere.
AAlexandraA decent hotel but personally not worth the price. The bar was constantly closed and we had to ask the front desk just to make a coffee, even over the weekend when you think they would want to make money. Location is no man’s land with some groceries and a highway next to you VERY far from center. WiFi was ok, some issues going out and in.
The pool was the highlight as we had it to ourselves for both days. Room cleaning was nice and prompt, what we would expect.
Personally both days we woke up with horrible allergies likely from their poor ventilation system. Could not open windows due to a sign from hotel suggesting Beatles would get in seasonally. Not justified for the price, just ok.
HHobbyjalan2The hotel is located a stone throw away from the city center, in a short, beautiful residential street.
It must have been a mansion before it is converted into a hotel. It sure feels homey. It is tastefully and beautifully decorated. The 24-hour receptionists are warm and helpful.
We were pleasantly surprised as we were not expecting much. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here should we visit Umbria again.
CCalix79During my family trip, I stayed for about a week for a big kid soccer camp. It's about 15 minutes drive from downtown Peru, and the facilities and staff are really good. Safe underground parking and electric car charging are available for free. There is a large shopping center nearby. There is a coffee, pasta and sushi restaurant right next door. If you go by car a little bit, there are a variety of restaurants.
The tourist attractions are also close to the highway, which is a good location hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel's accommodation and the front desk are two places. More than two kilometers apart. The road is dilapidated. The staff is not good at English and there is a problem with communication. Fortunately, the people are very welcoming and the facilities are clean and tidy.
CClaudiaNice structure. nice staff. There are adequate services. However, full outdoor parking Saturday night due to the restaurant's customers so much that they can't park. In addition, when we arrived the room was cold: I think if guests arrive, the environment must be prepared to be comfortable (and this also takes into account the hotel level and the costs). The spa with heated swimming pool, sauna and very nice Turkish bathroom (pay).
JJUNKONot too far from the mini metro station, the next building? There were supermarkets, beauty salons, cafes, wine shops, etc., and it was very convenient. Since the main thing was not sightseeing, there were many styles of buying side dishes at the supermarket and eating in the hotel room, but there were many delicious things lined up, and the clerk was kind. The hotel is also very friendly. The room is clean and has a toilet seat. The shower was good, the hotel was really satisfying, and the breakfast was delicious. A lot of fruits, 100% juice and delicious, there are many kinds of favorite cheese, salami, prosciutto, dessert buffet? There were about 7 types of cakes from the morning, and I ate them from the morning. There is definitely a salad in the image of a Japanese buffet, but it wasn't here, but it was delicious. I still wanted to stay here when I went to Perugia. Thank you very much.
BBeSt ChaiPerfect location! It's a 10-minute walk to the Basilica di San Francesco. The Basilica di Santa Chiara and the
Santa Maria Maggiore are also within the vicinity. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Nice daily breakfast. The host made our stay in Assisi memorable!

Very Good
GGuest UserVery nice hotel at this price point. As with all EU big hotels, there was no ac control the first of May. But we used our own fan and opened the balcony door…no issue. Nice hotel would definitely stay again.
