The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were very new. Upon check-in, we received a free drink voucher, one per person. The room had a scenic balcony, which was a great experience. (Note: Only rooms on the 5th and 6th floors have the best balcony views!) All drinks in the minibar were complimentary for the first round.
The hotel has a paid underground parking garage for 10 euros a day. You can also park on the street nearby, but considering safety and the difficulty of finding a space, we opted for the hotel parking. The garage has a direct elevator to the hotel, which is very convenient. You need to ring a doorbell to contact the front desk for entry and exit, ensuring good security.
Breakfast hours are from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The breakfast selection was quite varied, and the quality was average.
The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. On asking when I had to vacate the room I was told that as I had a problem with my car I could leave everything I the room until it was resolved. This I really appreciated. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was 2 sachets of coffee and 2 of milk. Also a bottle of water. Bathroom was clean and towels were provided. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice and you could sit outside and look at a great view of the sun rising over Irepetra. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Well located comfortable hotel.
Rooms small but well fitted all was good, but the wifi let the place down.
Breakfast was a highlight. Great selection of quality food.
Staff were capable and welcoming
Hotel location is good, close to the commercial street, to the bus terminal, the port ten minutes walk. But the front desk service level is poor, the professionalism is insufficient, especially the young lady on duty in the afternoon. We booked three rooms for 7 of us. On the first day, each room was given a door card, and each person was required to have a ticket. She repeatedly negotiated many times. She opened the topic and did not respond positively. Another lady at the front desk knew our request and made a few door cards for us. We have two family rooms, arranged the wrong room (different room types), opened the luggage, and repacked the room. We stayed for three days, the refrigerator had two bottles of bottled water (two people's room), and it was not added after cleaning. Negotiating with her, saying that it was the hotel's policy to supply free bottled water for a day, and the tenants would buy it on the first floor in the future. Talking again, she simply ignored her black face! The most outrageous thing was the last day. When we had breakfast in the morning, 3 of us took our luggage to the lobby to check out after dinner and rushed to the pier to take the boat. The men on duty at the front desk did not let their suitcases in and had to be placed outside the door (out of sight at the front desk). The three suitcases after the meal are gone! We hurried to negotiate with the man on duty, who did not know that it might have been loaded to the dock. We ran into the street and a group of people was loading the car to retrieve our luggage. This was the worst service of the four hotels we stayed in during our trip to Greece and the only one we gave a bad review.

The service staff is very warm, the hotel can cook by itself, kitchenware and seasonings are all available, there is a stove and microwave oven, two hundred meters from the seagull, the room is very large and spacious
The room was comfortable and there is free parking.
Walkable distance to the center of Panormos.
A little bit noisy at night, some repetitive noise that I couldn't identify the source.
We just stayed for one night but it had everything you could need as well as a very comfortable bed. Katrina is the sweetest host and breakfast in the partner restaurant was amazing. Well worth the money and great location in the heart of town.
It is more convenient to go to Curlesburg, the bus station, and the central square. It is almost 500 meters walk. Take the 2nd road to Knossos Palace. The hotel staff is warm and friendly, the breakfast is very rich, and it is constantly improving according to our needs. The hotel can also help contact sightseeing. Because it is difficult to go to Spinalonga Island in the off-season (not open on weekdays), but Mary helped contact the taxi driver, carefully planned the route and plan for us, and constantly discussed. On the day of the trip, the driver also learned that there is a temporary group on the island, so by the way, it can be opened to us, so that the journey has no regrets!
Apart from the unfriendly reception we were very satisfied with the hotel. Food, beach, pool, room, everything was great. Equally friendly bartenders, whether in the morning (Marina, Stavros) or in the evening, as well as the whole animation team (Paula, Sebastian...). You were great, thank you.

Very Good
GGuest UserWell located comfortable hotel.
Rooms small but well fitted all was good, but the wifi let the place down.
Breakfast was a highlight. Great selection of quality food.
Staff were capable and welcoming
GGuest UserWe stayed for 12 nights in total. We asked for a room with south-facing windows but it was never given to us, even when the room was empty. It was so unfriendly.
The older cleaners were very serious, but the younger ones were very bad. They were not timely and did not put away the items. Complaints were useless.
The breakfast was very good. Although the variety was the same every day, it was rich and very Cretan.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location to the town and the staff were very friendly.
I would not recommend the standard room as it was extremely small and felt claustrophobic, we did try to upgrade the day we got there but they were unfortunately fully booked, as a couple with two suitcases there was no room whatsoever and very limited hanging space so had to leave the suitcases open on the floor and climb over them to get around.
The air con had mould growing out of it and left the room smelling awful.
We were also only given two towels which are only changed once every three days, it would have been nice to get a hand towel so you aren't using the one towel for everything. This is also the case for pool towels they are only changed once every three days.
I think the hotel would benefit from an overall refresh, painting etc and the pool to be cleaned more often, although the water was clear there was green mould build up around the sides as well as the white pool loungers.
I would not say that our room was 4 stars but that may have been based on the bigger rooms that are available.
CCourtneyOur stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day. Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here.
Everything was spotless every single day, it’s honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special.
Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth.
I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.
LLeoGoWe spent 5 days in this beautiful hotel. In this hotel we met the most kind, friendly and responsive people of Greece - the hostess of the hotel and her family. We were met very hospitality with a wide smile and it was a great start to a good rest in Crete. Given that we have just left Santorini, the next strike of ferrymen began and we were very excited by the whole situation and confusion.
Great thanks to the hotel owner for her daily joy, good mood and positive.
The hotel is very good, located on one of the noisy streets of the city, but a little bit away from the noise itself, i.e. sleep was comfortable.
Breakfast and dinner are quite good, for them separate thanks.
There are parking spaces nearby (behind the building opposite the hotel exit).
The rooms are comfortable, there is everything necessary. The beds are comfortable.
The sea is near, 15 minutes walk.
No regrets have chosen this hotel for a holiday in Crete.
JJimmibobAbsolutely stunning place in a perfect location just a short stroll along the sea front to the historic old town of Chania and the Venetian Harbour. In the other direction an even shorter stroll to the harbour and Nea Chora beach - which has a ton of bars shops and restaurants. Property is directly on the seafront in a real tranquil location - with a beautiful pool and incredible sea views everywhere you stood. The staff were fantastic and even contacted me on WhatsApp prior to my stay to arrange my check in. Had my room ready early - which was fabulous. I was incredibly lucky to have a suite with a hot tub right on the sea front - beautifully decorated, fresh, clean and the views from the balcony were incredible. I believe breakfast is included for all guests, which was lovely with a wide variety of hot and cold food drinks and pastries. The only criticism is of myself that I didn’t stay longer. I would come back in a heartbeat!
GGuest UserReally enjoyed my stay at Porta suits. I have Booked it last minute in front of the airport at my arrival haha! Special thanks to the receptionist, what a friendly woman! Had lots of conversations and she was the best. The room was superb!! Really stylish, modern and warm. The jacuzzi top notch👌🏻. The bed is super comfortable and wow what a big kitchen with washingmachine, dishwasher and oven. Everything you need is here. The city center Minas cathedral spot is very near, less than 10 minute walk.if you don’t like walking, you can also take a bus. The bus stop is nearby and only costs 1,20 euros. It takes you to the big busstation at the port or you go out earlier. Again, perfect stay! Will definitely come back with my family! Thank you again for the great service!
GGuest UserWe booked the Hotel for 3 nights.Hotel was overbooked. In the 3 days we could not actually move into our booked room. We had to move 3 times!! Customer service is non existant and the staff does not care about the customer`s desires. Manager Yiannys refused to talk to customers and acted like a real, i mean real ***** At the end we accepted a free night in the apartment building from Anna s house in town without a pool. The pictures in the internet do not reflect the true appearence of Annas house, which was only 1 out of 4 hotels that they use. Every day people complained and were moved from hotel to hotel with golfcarts. It was impossible to miss all this happening. Never had a worse situation than this in my whole life.
GGuest UserThe hotel service staff is kind and enthusiastic in introducing recommended attractions and restaurants nearby.
There is convenient parking on the roadside around the hotel, and there are also supermarkets, restaurants, etc. nearby, making life functions very convenient.
The room is huge.
