The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a mini-fridge and a projector. The best part about this guesthouse is its environment. Waking up in the morning, with mist shrouding the trees, you can really feel that picturesque 'purple smoke rising from the forest' vibe, and some rooms even offer mountain views right from the window. The owner's service was exceptional; they kindly dropped us off at the central gate in the morning and picked us up within minutes of calling in the evening. The guesthouse is very close to Zhangjiajie's central gate, which is super convenient for exploring Zhangjiajie without backtracking. If you have good stamina, you can even visit Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie, and Tianzi Mountain all in one day. Although the guesthouse breakfast didn't have a huge variety, it was satisfying. The stir-fries had a home-cooked taste, light and delicious, and all the vegetables were home-grown. When we left, the lovely owner even personally picked some cucumbers for me to snack on during my journey – so thoughtful! Oh, I almost forgot, the guesthouse also offers farm-style picking activities. I'd love to come back during the off-season next time and stay for a few days, slowly enjoying some tea and relaxing!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and the organization and service were simply unbeatable. From the very beginning, everything was taken care of perfectly. We were picked up from the train station by a private driver, and the hotel supported us extensively with planning our route through Zhangjiajie National Park. They arranged all the tickets and transfers for us, which made the whole experience incredibly easy and stress-free. When we wanted to visit Tianmen Mountain National Park for a day, the hotel once again recommended the best route for us and took care of booking the tickets. All of the reception staff spoke really good English, which made communication very easy throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and there were always new little places to discover around the property. It is a particularly peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Our room was very spacious and had everything we could have wished for. The only small downside was that the mountain view was somewhat limited by the bamboo privacy screen. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options to suit every taste, ranging from classic Chinese dishes to Western breakfast favorites. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😊😊😊 The two night views are actually from my room window. I didn't take pictures of all the breakfast options, just my own 🤭🤭🤭

The hotel name is directly indicated at Xiangjiang Middle Road Metro Station. It boasts an unbeatable river view overlooking Orange Isle. High-floor views of the river and bridge are stunning. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a strong artistic design vibe. This time, I stayed in a tatami room; it was spacious and well-equipped. They even provided children's hangers and toothbrushes. The bathtub was ergonomically designed. I enjoyed sitting on the sofa, admiring the river view, and sipping tea. The overall humidity and temperature in the hotel were just right, and the screens allowed the river breeze to lull me to sleep. The location is excellent, right by the river in front and directly leading to the bustling city center behind. It's an easy walk to Huangxing Middle Road for shopping and dining. The value for money is exceptional. Definitely the top choice for visiting Orange Isle.

Great location, amazing people, clean rooms, but no pool to swim in. The staff is really good. They are very friendly and helpful. The room is truly beautiful. For breakfast lunch for dinner, they drive you down the mountain for two minutes to another hotel, their restaurant Terrace and garden there is really beautiful and the people are very friendly. However, we expected that there would be a pool but this was not the case, this is very misleading given that there are pictures of pools on the listing… all by all we had a great time at this hotel and they have been very helpful arranging cars for us. No pool was very disappointing.

We selected this hotel because of the good reviews and the roof terrace and it did not disappoint. Fantastic 3-night stay, friendly staff, excellent location and quiet. Room was great - comfortable with all amenities. We would particularly like to thank John (Wong) and all his team/staff for the brilliant attention and service, arranging for park tickets, logistics and picking us up from the railway station. We were able to chat with them via WeChat at all times and they responded very quickly with advice and information. After each long day of park visits, we spent the evenings up in the rooftop terrace accompanied by the beautiful cats and wonderful night-time views of the surrounding mountains. If we ever return to Zhangjiajie, we will definitely book a room at this hotel again.

Staying at Four Seasons Creek Side was the best decision we made for our Zhangjiajie trip! The hotel is located right next to Baofeng Lake. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were both very efficient. They even provided free high-speed rail station pickup and transfers to the East Gate of the Forest Park, accommodating all our needs. The location is also super convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean and the service is great; they respond promptly to any requests. It's located in a small park in the city, making it very quiet and offering excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family visiting Zhangjiajie. They can also help you purchase discounted tickets, just remember to contact the hotel in advance to arrange it.

The best hotel we had on a 30 days trip through China starting in Chongquing to Shenzhen. This was THE ONLY staff speaking English fluently. Especially the super friendly girl doing the reception. She is the soul of this hotel. She managed everything people needed and was always smiling and really cute. The room are huge, the bathroom as well. It’s excellent clean and super cozy. They offer 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers and laundry detergent for free 👏👏 great. Best breakfast we ever had in China for both Chinese and foreign guest. Definitely world class premises- the only one in 30 days roadtrip. Free parking spaces and a very well equipped supermarket right in from the reception 👌 only negative thing is the woman sitting right in front of the hotel, screaming 10 times „hello“ at the guest and trying to sell her raw pumpkins. Not once, not twice- but everytime a guest shows up. I mean-what should a hotel guest do with a raw pumpkin??? I won’t start a barbecue in my room 🤦🏼♀️ she is extremely stupid and extremely annoying. If the hotel could manage to remove her from that place, that would be nothing negative to mention. Thank you guys for making our stay really remarkable. 🙏🏻❤️

I always choose this hotel when I'm in Changsha. It offers great value for money, and the facilities, maintenance, and service are all top-notch. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water supply is stable and plentiful. It's quiet at night, so you can get a good rest. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of dishes, making for a very satisfying meal. They also offer laundry and drying services, which is super convenient so you don't have to carry around dirty clothes while traveling. Server #11 was particularly attentive and genuinely helpful. Definitely a five-star experience!
