The room was very clean and well-equipped. The staff were super friendly and even brought us a foot bath. It's super close to the cable car, which was really convenient. The breakfast was plentiful too! I'd definitely come back here again.

This hotel offers a perfect room for a family of three. The hygiene is excellent, and they provide disposable towels. The breakfast is also very delicate and thoughtfully prepared. The location is fantastic, right next to the Maglev station. When we checked out, the owner even drove us to the high-speed rail station, which was incredibly convenient. From the window, you can enjoy a quiet night view, as it's far from the noisy bar street. It's very peaceful. There are a few great restaurants if you walk towards the ancient town, though getting in and out of the ancient town itself is a bit of a walk.

Wish we stayed at this hotel for longer. View from the room was amazing day and night. Location was convenient. Our 2 bedroom booking was very spacious for our family of 4. Breakfast is not included but there are breakfast places open next door and convenient stores. There are no lift in this hotel but the staff are very helpful to assist with lugggage. Staff was very helpful with showing how the washing machine worked and there is a heated drying room. Fantastic communication with WeChat.

I want to take a moment here to describe one of my best moments with the staff from this establishment. Not only this place is located neitherly next to the fall for the best view; but they were always there to provide mewith the best care I also never experienced before from giving me a private tour around from themselves willingness, give me free liquor or drinks even if I didn’t want to some time.🤗. I got dressed up from his brothers shop; for me was an honour to be like having their cultural outfit for the day, show me the best restaurants around to taste the rich flavours of the region. And off course the incredible view at night from my balcony is unbelievable. This pale can receive sigle, couple and families. The room are rusting and very warm. It’s for me a 5 stars of the personality of the place and base on luxury. You won’t regret it! 👍🏼💝🙏

1. The room was spacious with high ceilings and an open feel. Stepping out, you're greeted by the pool and mountain views. 2. Breakfast was plentiful, a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options, perfect for fueling up before heading out to the mountains. 3. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Mid Gate, which helps you avoid the crowds and tour groups typically found at the East Gate. This means no long queues, direct access to transportation, saving time, and avoiding stress – no need to wake up extra early during your vacation. 4. The owner was incredibly thoughtful and provided exceptional service. They helped us plan our itinerary even before we arrived. When the weather unexpectedly changed during our stay, they quickly adjusted our plans to make sure we made the most of the good weather. 👍

The hotel is well located with eateries nearby, easy for a solo traveller. The room is amazingly beautiful and comfortable. The front desk & other hotel staffs are approachable and helpful. Especially the laundry room for guest, the staff will help to transfer your washed laundry into the dryer. When you are not back to collect your laundry in time, they will help to put them into clean laundry bags provided by the hotel. In other words, the washers and dryers are readily available for next user. I m impressed with this additional service.

Beautiful little hotel room right on the rivers edge. The view was amazing. Room is large and the bed is very comfortable. Bathroom could do with a little freshen up or a deep clean but is no real issue. The manager was extremely helpful with everything we needed, came to meet us from the other side of the river to carry our bags and show us the way which we thought was super nice! We did book the “free” trip included in the booking which turned out not to be free, 40 yuan pp. It was also an exclusively Chinese speaking tour which is understandable being in China but we were never informed of this at any point and it does not make that clear in the description.

The breakfast at this hotel is really too good. There are many varieties of dishes, hot dishes, noodles, desserts, drinks, and the taste is particularly online. It is very intimate to bring the baby to stay. It is specially prepared for the baby chair and the small bowl for the children. It is very convenient for the children to eat. The ingredients are fresh and clean. Adults and children can eat very satisfied.

This was my mom's first trip to Changsha, and I spent a long time on Trip.com picking a hotel. My mom needs a quiet room to sleep, and I'm quite particular about beds and pillows. After much searching, I finally settled on the Pujiang Hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Gaoshui North Station on Metro Line 5, about 50 meters away by my estimate. This made it super convenient to get to any attraction by subway, which was our preferred mode of transport. The room itself was very spacious and clean, easily accommodating a family of 3-4. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and they even had the latex pillows I love, which meant a great night's sleep and plenty of energy for sightseeing. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and both my mom and I found it delicious. Since my mom can't handle spicy food, we were thrilled to discover a Henan restaurant near the hotel. For our last two nights, we specifically came back to eat their braised noodles, sesame pancakes, and spicy soup – it made her so happy! Overall, this trip was fantastic, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Changsha.

This was an absolutely fantastic stay I booked at a hotel near the central gate of Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area. I was extremely satisfied with everything. This review is for the two additional nights I stayed. My room wasn't changed, it was spacious, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard. The shower in the bathroom was excellent, fully smart tech! Dining at the restaurant was also very satisfying. The decor and facilities are superb, and the service was exceptional. The housekeeper even created a WeChat service group in advance, and I could book Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area tickets and cable car passes at a discounted price. Even though the hotel is only about 1km from the central gate, the front desk proactively offered shuttle service. They even turned on the heating for us before we returned to our room (it was unseasonably cold with a sudden drop in temperature and rainy days recently) 👍. Later, on the morning we were supposed to check out, the weather cleared up. Looking out from the hotel, the clouds and mist swirled around (pictures 1 and 3), like a fairyland. So, we decided to extend our stay for another night (we changed rooms). The hotel is over 800 meters above sea level, so I imagine it wouldn't be hot in the summer, and it should be quite cool in the mornings and evenings. This is my fourth time visiting Zhangjiajie, and my first time staying near the central gate – in fact, the central gate didn't even exist before! The central gate is the most convenient entrance/exit for exploring Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area, and many European and American independent travelers also stay in the central gate area 😊. This hotel is truly top-notch! 😍👍
