True to Hilton's reputation, the service was excellent as always. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, and it's right opposite the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and 72-Qilou isn't too far from the hotel. As a foreign traveler, I was very satisfied with this hotel. Thank you 😊

My first trip to Fenghuang Ancient Town, I stumbled upon Tianqingshe and stayed for two nights. The owner even provided a pick-up and drop-off service from the high-speed train station and helped with my luggage (I later found out it's hard to get a taxi or ride-sharing there). The next morning, I asked the proprietress about local bus routes and she patiently explained how to get around by bus. Although some items in the room were damaged, they promptly provided replacements. Overall, it was a great stay. (The picture shows the free breakfast provided by the guesthouse)

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was adequate but not spacious, and no lift is available due to the constraints of the building structure. But the staff would help to carry the luggages up the narrow stairs. No breakfast is served here, probably due to space constraint. Didi service is limited, but the staff can help with taxi booking.

I want to take a moment here to describe one of my best moments with the staff from this establishment. Not only this place is located neitherly next to the fall for the best view; but they were always there to provide mewith the best care I also never experienced before from giving me a private tour around from themselves willingness, give me free liquor or drinks even if I didn’t want to some time.🤗. I got dressed up from his brothers shop; for me was an honour to be like having their cultural outfit for the day, show me the best restaurants around to taste the rich flavours of the region. And off course the incredible view at night from my balcony is unbelievable. This pale can receive sigle, couple and families. The room are rusting and very warm. It’s for me a 5 stars of the personality of the place and base on luxury. You won’t regret it! 👍🏼💝🙏

1. The room was spacious with high ceilings and an open feel. Stepping out, you're greeted by the pool and mountain views. 2. Breakfast was plentiful, a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options, perfect for fueling up before heading out to the mountains. 3. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Mid Gate, which helps you avoid the crowds and tour groups typically found at the East Gate. This means no long queues, direct access to transportation, saving time, and avoiding stress – no need to wake up extra early during your vacation. 4. The owner was incredibly thoughtful and provided exceptional service. They helped us plan our itinerary even before we arrived. When the weather unexpectedly changed during our stay, they quickly adjusted our plans to make sure we made the most of the good weather. 👍

The hotel is well located with eateries nearby, easy for a solo traveller. The room is amazingly beautiful and comfortable. The front desk & other hotel staffs are approachable and helpful. Especially the laundry room for guest, the staff will help to transfer your washed laundry into the dryer. When you are not back to collect your laundry in time, they will help to put them into clean laundry bags provided by the hotel. In other words, the washers and dryers are readily available for next user. I m impressed with this additional service.

Beautiful little hotel room right on the rivers edge. The view was amazing. Room is large and the bed is very comfortable. Bathroom could do with a little freshen up or a deep clean but is no real issue. The manager was extremely helpful with everything we needed, came to meet us from the other side of the river to carry our bags and show us the way which we thought was super nice! We did book the “free” trip included in the booking which turned out not to be free, 40 yuan pp. It was also an exclusively Chinese speaking tour which is understandable being in China but we were never informed of this at any point and it does not make that clear in the description.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a super comfortable stay. What really made our trip special was the amazing front desk manager and Lily from the front desk. They were incredibly thoughtful and even prepared a little birthday surprise and some warm wishes for us. Their attention to detail was truly touching, and their service was both warm and professional. Everyone was so friendly and polite. Plus, the location is super convenient and it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay. Highly recommended!

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I'm still very satisfied. The quality of service is consistently excellent, and the facilities are well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The room layout is practical, and despite its age, the soundproofing is surprisingly good, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located near a McDonald's and Xinjiayi supermarket, with a subway station right next door, making transportation a breeze. It's truly great value for money!

Fantastic stay with unbeatable service! We had an amazing time at Valley Love Holiday Home. The location is absolutely perfect, making it super easy to get around and explore. Beyond the great spot, the hotel just has really good vibes- it felt incredibly welcoming and comfortable the moment we walked in. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff went above and beyond to help us figure out our itinerary around Zhangjiajie. Their local tips and hands-on assistance made navigating the area so much smoother and took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Highly recommend staying here.
