This hotel is really well located and its spanking clean. Food is excellent and breakfast is fantastic! Staff are ultra friendly. ALL our requests were fulfilled, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was big and with plenty of space to store everything! We even met a famous Bollywood singer one evening! There’s a well equipped gym and a swimming pool, hairdresser, and great spa! 😍
The property is in a great location and very convenient to travel around. The service from the staff was polite and up to standard. The room and facilities were clean and appropriate for the price. The food was decent and enjoyable. Overall, it was a worthwhile stay for the price paid.”
Great hotel with good service, outdoor areas would have been a better add on as there was nothing or nowhere to go on our lull times specially when pool and spa are already closed.
But overall service is great and all the rest are very good especially if you are in business trip.
Way below expectations.. very tiny beds.. am fat and if I move, will fall down.. poor lighting in room. Small room. Guess they were sold out and hence they gave me one of the extra rooms which all 5 star hotels have (much smaller in size)
My stay at Hyatt Bharuch truly changed the way I feel, think, and understand India. It was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.
The hotel itself is excellent—beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally well run. What made it even more special was the people. I made some great friends during my stay, and the warmth and hospitality I experienced exceeded all expectations.
This was more than just a hotel stay; it was a memorable and meaningful experience. I would highly recommend Hyatt Bharuch to anyone visiting the area.
Nice hotel, well positioned for the Girnar mountain rope way & Junagadh fort.
Cavernous dining hall with good buffet. Public areas cleaning could be a bit better
Amazing, amazing stay — and the food was simply outstanding. You’ve built something truly special here.
But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention:
1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition.
2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt.
You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.
Very spacious and good ambience. Clean and neat rooms for comfort.

VVinay BothraThe hotel is under renovation and the entire property (including rooms) smells of toxic paint. There was no information about this renovation on the website while making the booking. The heavy solvent smell gave me a headache and the stay was very unplesant.

GGuest UserThis hotel is less than year old and the physical infrastructure is nice which is within vicinity of the Surat railways station.
However, I have had experiences which are not so nice :
A) observed small cockroaches in bathroom.
B) Housekeeping staff are meant to clean & sanitize the room - however I encountered disgusting experience of the cleaners upon entering g rooms with a foul & pungent BO left behind which is so unhygienic & spoils the mood - and doesn’t seem like the room has any freshness. This should surely been improved.
C) the breakfast for the 8 mornings that I stayed had the same menu - not much changes each day. And the coconut chutney seems to be spoilt & taste spurt couple of times during morning BF.
D) the Indian masal tea (Chai) was so strong that it tasted utterly bitter - which I tried only once.
E) seems like too many staff in the hotel lobby & in restaurant - as they group around chit-chatting rather than attending to guest’s needs.
GGuest Userit is a relatively new property with modern decor and spacious lounge and dining hall. rooms and bathrooms are fine with very good mattresses which ensures good sleep quality. the staff at reception is very efficient and cooperative.we celebrated our 50th marriage anniversary and were upgraded to a club room with complimentary lounge facility and a lovely cake was offered to us as a loving gesture. we had booked a half board package and the breakfast and dinner both had lots of varieties and many of the dishes were good, however i feel some dishes require improvement. lastly there was live sitar recital which speaks of high taste of the hotel management. the sitarist Mr Shabir performed very well and was very graceful person.the staff every where including restaurant staff was very well trained and m/s Radhika, Tirva, Rupsha and Sonali were very friendly and always eager to help the clients and served with a smile.
GGuest UserGreat location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the resort everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
GGuest UserA great stay at ITC Narmada! All the staff were friendly and pleasant to chat with. The room was spacious with a great view. The breakfast at Adalaj Pavillion was excellent, with a special mention to the Masala Dosa. The buffet had a lot of options including Indian and Western as well as Live Dosa and Egg stations. I had the Club lounge access included as well and there was afternoon snacks (avocado sandwich, various sweet options) and later in the evening a variety of non alcoholic cocktails (ie from virgin mojito to pina colada etc) and some tasty bites (such as chilli paneer, which was super tasty). Overall, a great stay and if in Ahmedabad, would recommend checking this hotel out!
GGuest UserThe hotel overall is good, we booked 4 rooms there, however we had a few problems with then that we don’t expect from a 5 star hotel.
1. We reached the hotel at 2:30 PM, 30 minutes past the arrival time and have already conveyed that at 1:30, about our arrival, still they did not had any room prepared and told us it will take and hour.
2. Due to them taking so long we want to Dwarkadhish temple, when we returned back at 6:30 they gave YS twin bed room despite our booking of King Bed and one of the rooms were completely wet that a person might even slip and fall on the floor.
3 Though the staff was cooperative and upgraded 2 rooms to family suit, the rest two were twin bed itself.
