An absolutely amazing stay and the best value for money hotel I have ever stayed at. The check in experience was top notch and fine quickly without any fuss. The room is luxurious for the price with both a shower as well as a bath and the room is cleaned to a very high standard every day. In addition you are allowed to use the beautiful swimming pool in the hotel opposite. The hotel is only a short walk from the beach and is very close to great restaurants and bars in the area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great for a quick stay! We got in late to Haikou and wanted a convenient hotel close to the airport for the night. This place was a short, easy walk with many signs directing you exactly where to go. The check out time is also 2:00 which is so nice! This allowed us to have lunch at the food court and see some of the shops before our train to the southern part of Hainan a bit later in the afternoon. The room is very comfortable and large with a huge bed. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a short ride from airport. The “free” ride from airport to hotel was a joke. It took forever to figure out how to contact the driver (you definitely need a Chinese SIM card or ability to make calls) . Also nobody (driver, front desk etc) speak English. The drive to hotel isn’t far. We were behind one family in line so it took about 20 mins wait to check in. We arrived at 2am but had to catch a 7.30am flight so had little rest. Still glad we checked in. Shower and bed good. Unfortunately, the 5am shuttle was “fully booked”by the time we check in so we had to pay for our own ride back to the airport, even though the ride was supposed to be included for free. The next shuttle was one hour later (only one shuttle per hour!!) so too late for us. No big deal as it cost only a few usd but it was a hassle getting a didi and our driver’s car was stuck because the gantry wouldn’t open to let us leave the parking lot. The corridor were not temperature controlled so we were sweating like mad pushing our luggage’s through the long hallways to get to our room. If you aren’t in a hurry like us this is ok…

I’m sorry, that my comment is in English, but I’m very glad, that my family was staying in South China hotel! And we are thankful to the hotel staff, who helped us with every question. And special gratitude to Sophie, who was extra polite and kind to us 🤗 The hotel room was clean, had a lot of free space for family, good view from the window, calm and quiet environment. Swimming pool - great 👍🏻. The location is comfortable too: you can go to the pineapple mall (it’s very close), to the beach (the hotel has it’s own chaise lounges there), to the bund (in the evening it’s nice to walk there), and etc. If you want to live comfortably and not too far from the civilization, this place is perfect!

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and the shower room are separated into dry and wet areas. The air conditioning in the room is also very powerful. Each room type is equipped with a chair and table for dining and some writing operations. Overall, it is a very satisfactory stay. The room automation equipment is also very complete. The only drawback is that it may be due to the typhoon that just passed. I hope that the breakfast can be richer, in terms of snacks and drinks, to meet the breakfast needs of more customers.

We had a wonderful stay at Atour Hotel Haikou Wanguo Metropolitan Qilou Old Street. Would like to commend both 万星 (manager) & 天顺 (assistant manager) for making us feel welcomed and going beyond to recommend and make reservations for our visit to the Museum. Kudos to the management staff for ensuring all the staff are well trained, they carry out their duties with enthusiasm & dedication. Even the aunty that cleans my room is so polite and cheerful and does her job with pride. I am amazed when I left my clothes in the washing machine and 2 hours later found it dried and neatly folded & packed in the laundry bag👍. We can feel the genuineness of the service that rivals most 5 star hotels. The amenities in the hotel is excellent and the hotel is new and well kept. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel isn't appropriate for those who don't speak English. Service at the front desk and breakfast quality is mediocre. However, it meets the expectations for the cheap price of the room. The location is ok with a shopping mall opposite the hotel. Two washers and two dryers on the third floor are always occupied. For the guests' convenience, the hotel should provide live information regarding the usage of the machines and their availabilty on the TV page like in some Chinese hotels.

Not all staff is friendly and helpful. But on the whole the hotel decor and living arrangements is great. The long bath come with spring water option . To be rated for hotel us 8/10 - location is 7/10 and friendly staff is 6/10 .

Fairly good location cos it’s centralized but anywhere in city you can always order food. Pls note there is no daily housekeeping. They only do the minimum eg clear ur bins, change towels and clean the toilets. The bed is unmade and the room itself (apart from toilet) is left as is. The aircon is also very difficult to control. The hotel also does not have a weighing machine for ur baggage. Apart from these we had a good stay as the room is big and has no smell.

Honestly, I felt uncomfortable but after the initial impression set in, I began to feel the charm of the hotel. The hotel painstakingly put up ornaments and the history's of Nanyang. It wasn't like a typical commercial hotel. The room was spacious with no lack of amenities. Bed and pillows were good for sleep. They provided laundry detergent and free laundry and drying service. Breakfast was bad (please skip). The location was superb!!! In the heart of Qilou Old Street, walking distance to Clock Tower (less than 10 mins) and Century Bridge (45mins by walk and 10mins by car). Excellent foot massage (郑远元） within walking distance (less than 8mins).

My final stay was at the Mercure Haikou City Center. I booked a Deluxe room, which was clean and functional. The staff were friendly and even helped us check out from the previous hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to parks and malls. The room came with a bidet, which was a nice touch, and the bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioner was weak, and since we couldn’t open the window fully, we had to sleep without blankets. Overall, for the price and space, I can’t complain. It’s a great hotel for city explorers who just need a place to bathe and sleep. There are plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance, and you can easily rent a bicycle to explore Evergreen Park, Century Park, and even Qilou Old Street.

This is a relatively new hotel that was opened in 2024, located near Qilou Old Street (10 mins away by car). Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. Pros: 1. The room is modern and big enough to put 1 big luggage on the floor and 1 medium size luggage. The bed is comfy with 1 memory pillow and 1 soft pillow. The toilet and shower are separated, which is good. The curtain has cool features (at the push of a button, it will close the curtains automatically). 2. The front desk staff are friendly. The housekeeper is good at helping clean our room and friendly too. 3. Breakfast has a good spread with Chinese and Western food options. Cons: 1. Location – the hotel is situated at the entrance of the flyovers and a turn to another main road, so most Didi drivers would often miss the turn up to drop off point in front of the hotel and just stop at the roadside (on the pathway with lots of motorbikes which is dangerous) to fetch us. I would suggest the hotel put up a lited signboard just before the entrance to the hotel to help direct taxi drivers to come up to the front door. 2. Air conditioning does not seem to work. I have set the temperature to cool or windy mode at 20 deg but still, it felt hot. 3. We did not realize that the window was opened by the staff, and only noticed when we were woken up by the drilling noise from construction nearby.

Location was not that great for food. Only mini marts, grocery shops and pastries nearby. About 2km walk to Qilou center Room was clean and reasonably big. Staff tried their best and are helpful

I recently stayed at this hotel on the beach in Sanya Bay and had a pretty good overall experience. The hotel is in a great location, and you can cross the road to the beach directly, which is very convenient for travelers who want to enjoy the seaside scenery. However, I did feel a damp smell on the floor mat on the way to the housekeeping department, which may be due to improper maintenance of the hotel or high humidity in the air. Nevertheless, the other services and facilities of the hotel are still worthy of recognition. Overall, this hotel has obvious advantages in location and service quality, but there is still room for improvement in detail management. For travelers who pursue a perfect experience, you may need to consider this.

It’s our first time to Sanya,so we want to book a hotel for the first 2 days near the airport for convenience purposes especially with kid. To our surprise,the service rendered by the check-in counter hosts is amazing and beyond our expectations.Don’t get me wrong,we have never doubted their service,however we didn’t expect the service rendered by them is superb and beyond excellent. I would like to thank and compliment 3 particular hosts by the name of 陈太月(Chen Tai Yue),李婷 or 小婷(Li Ting) and Wang Xun Le (Pardon me if I remember the name wrongly).Their services and attitudes are fantastic,they never fail to assist or answer all our enquiries. Really appreciate and very thankful to Wang Xun Le,he even helped to pull 2 luggage and brought us to the airport departure hall.By then,he was perspiring… 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I hope that their management will also compliment and reward these 3 particular hosts,they are definitely an asset to the company. If anyone ever travels to Sanya,please try this hotel despite it’s not the best location,it’s easy to get taxi or grab anyway. Still,it’s worth spending a few nights in this hotel. Overall the food,room cleanliness and service are excellent.

Located at the far side(if looking from Sanya) of the Yalong bay, just by the beach. Overall a decent place for a reasonable price as far as Yalong bay is concerned at least. The suite is really spacious and has a working stove and a washing machine. Also, on top the AC the room also has the ceiling fan which was great, because it kept the room cool enough even with the AC turned off. The pools have a nice layout, are almost clean, but tend to get seriously hot by the evening. The beach is just in front of the hotel though. The cook that led a baking activity for the kids was really nice.

We had a delightful stay at this accommodation! As we hired a private car to fetch us from railway station, we did not get the hotel to arrange for a pickup. It was actually a wrong move, especially on rainy days. We had a bit of adventure finding the accommodation from the main road (yellow dragon street) where we had to alight but thankfully, after we called the accommodation, one of their staff came out to look for us. The room we booked was on the same floor with the living room area of the accommodation where anyone could just peep to the mini pool that we had - so, not much privacy in that sense. We were uncomfortable initially as we were not used to but after a while, we felt ok. The room was good enough for us, the aircon was great, water pressure was fine etc. The bed was just of the right firmness for us as Asians. The power plugs were all working well. It was really beautiful watching sunrise and sunset from the balcony. I strongly recommend the room #301 if privacy isn't that important for you at the mini pool. The only thing that could not be helped was that there were pretty much of insects and maybe Sand flies, which, none the fault of the accommodation. My suggestion is to please bring insect repellant and spray a lot. I got bitten so badly (no, I did not even go to the beach) that I had to see doctor the minute I landed on my home ground. I do not mind going back to the same room again if I travel to Sanya again and for sure, please, if you are looking for instagrammable accommodation, this place is nothing sort of awesome content you can create!

The hotel is opposite the beach, very convenient and clean. If there was a bidet, it would be more complete. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It just so happened that there was a new hotel construction next door. It was working from 6 am to 10 pm, but the room was soundproofed. The breakfast was good and up to standard. The hotel also provided a free shuttle bus to the tourist attractions of Nanshan Guanyin.

A beautiful sea view room, facing the sea, with spring flowers blooming. The front desk and waiter service are very good. Since I am going to Europe next, I bought a lot of express delivery and sent it to the hotel, about 30 or 40. The hotel staff drove me there directly in a sightseeing car. I was very happy✧٩(ˊωˋ*)و✧Everyone is very enthusiastic, and there is a free luggage weighing scale downstairs. Anyway, they are responsive to every request. The room is also cleaned very cleanly. The main building is very comfortable to live in. Every time I return to the hotel, the air conditioner is turned on in advance, which is very cool. The hotel's free luggage storage is also very considerate. Valuables can be placed in the storage cabinet, which requires fingerprints to unlock. The staff will also help tie all the luggage together. I didn't have time to go to the duty-free shop and travel photography. The free airport drop-off service is very good. The driver is enthusiastic and polite, and waited for me for half an hour (I was so happy to eat that I didn't pay attention to the time, and an hour passed in a flash). In short, I am very satisfied with this trip and will come again next time!

Seeing that air tickets are cheap, I took advantage of the holiday to come to Sanya for a few days. I saw this hotel online and it was economical and affordable. After all, I have to go out during the day and rest at night, so cost performance is the first choice. However, the service of this hotel is really good, caring and considerate to guests, especially the little beauty No. 09 at the front desk, who provides help, which is really good. The breakfast is also good! Recommended!

A stunning beachfront location. Lots of bars along the beach in the evening and the staff are friendly and helpful. Some tea and coffee in the room would be a nice complimentary service to add.

Fantastic hotel in a small town of Qionghai. The room we booked has 1 queen bed, 1 spacious single bed and a huge sofa which can easily accommodate 1 adult. The room is spacious and very high tech with electric roller blinds. Room is very clean too

I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well! We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free). We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea. Wide spread of breakfast! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city center. The room is large, fully equipped, and the equipment is very high-end. The bedding is particularly high-end, the pillows are very comfortable, and the sheets and quilts are very soft, which helps with sleep. The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic and considerate, and gave a lot of travel suggestions

The location is perfect with a lovely view of the beach from our balcony. The staff members were all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is pretty nice. The pool is amazing. The fish foot spa is an interesting experience for no charge and there is recreational area including billiards and ping pong. Complimentary high tea in the afternoon is nice.

The room was very clean, the towels and sheets felt like new, and the facilities and equipment were very complete. The bed is very comfortable, Simmons bedding is different [strong] I have a light sleep but I slept soundly, and the sound insulation is very good. The hotel also has a free gym and free washing machines and dryers. The restaurant looks very upscale, and there are many varieties of breakfast, which taste very good. It is very pleasant to have afternoon tea in the afternoon! The stay experience is very satisfactory, worth recommending and worthy of praise!

The room is clean and quiet at night. Although it is old, the design and maintenance are good. For a house facing the sea, it is not easy for the housekeeping staff to maintain it to such a good level. Although the room is slightly damp, it is understandable, and the room is equipped with an air purifier, which is rare in hotels, to minimize the damp smell. The next day's breakfast was rich in dishes and tasted good. The service staff was friendly, and the room type was upgraded when we checked in, which gave us a very good accommodation experience. A five-star rating is a must!

I went to Lecheng to visit relatives and chose Citadines. The front desk also thoughtfully upgraded the room. Thank you Xiao Feng for your warm and thoughtful service. The hotel is an apartment-style hotel with kitchen and household appliances. The rooms are large and the facilities are new, making it suitable for long-term stays. Just before Christmas, the hotel also built a creative Christmas tree with mineral water bottles strung together, which was quite interesting.

The hotel has complete facilities, high cost performance, good environment, good location, convenient transportation, convenient travel, parking space at the door is very convenient, the lobby is simple and elegant, there is light music, very nice, the front desk is efficient and professional, the room is well-lit, quiet, very clean, the mattress is very comfortable, the water flow is fast, the water temperature is good, the internet speed is fast, the room is tidy and clean, and there is a laundry room with a dryer. I am traveling by car. The hotel has a large parking lot, which is very convenient. There is a gas station opposite. The room is very clean, the sound insulation is good, and the room has no smell. The service at the front desk is very considerate. You can see a small garden through the window. The air is good and the mood is great

This is our second stay. The attentive service made us feel like we were home. As soon as we left, we were already planning our next trip! The front desk was enthusiastic and the service was timely. They thought of what we wanted, late check-out + complimentary breakfast❤️Lots of choices for breakfast, light and healthy❤️The restaurant is as delicious as ever, the white-cut Wenchang chicken is super delicious😋The first experience of the hotel's Yao bath, technician Zhao's technique Skillful🥰The two-day Baduanjin experience allowed us to unite our body and mind, a rare time of meditation🙏🏻
