The room was spacious and cozy, with all the amenities and furnishings being complete and exquisite. The hotel staff, both at the front desk and behind the scenes, were polite and always greeted us with a smile. They were highly responsive to our requests, promptly addressing and resolving any needs we had. The breakfast, in particular, was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. It felt like enjoying a high-end, star-rated hotel experience at the price of a regular hotel. My overall experience and sense of satisfaction were greatly enhanced. I'll definitely come back again.

The room was great and the hotel's location was good, with warm and attentive service. The only downside was that the breakfast selection was very limited and not tasty at all. Perhaps it's due to limited resources here or the taste just didn't suit me.

The hotel is in a convenient location and is well-furnished and my room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is very satisfactory. The front desk staff were helpful and polite; special thanks to Xiao Wang and Xiao Xie who very patiently helped me with my laundry and with getting the bus to Maiji Shan. 😊

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed at this hotel. I just stumbled upon these beautiful photos from a previous stay in my album today and couldn't resist sharing them. Every time I walk in, I'm drawn to the authentic, down-to-earth vibe. The front desk staff are always so welcoming, eagerly greeting us and helping with our luggage. The rooms are spotless and incredibly comfortable. But the absolute best part is the snow outside the window. Waking up and drawing the curtains to a pristine white landscape, with snowflakes gently drifting down – it instantly puts me in a fantastic mood. I also have to rave about the hotel's pour-over coffee. The freshly ground beans are so aromatic, and the coffee itself is rich and smooth, not bitter at all. A warm cup in the morning, enjoyed while gazing at the snowy scenery, is pure bliss. The service is also exceptionally thoughtful; any request is met quickly and efficiently. Next time I'm in Jiayuguan, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

As someone who frequently stays in hotels, I found the hardware facilities to be good, but the service fell short. My overall experience was not great. Here are a few points I found unsatisfactory: 1. The communication during check-in wasn't pleasant, though they did allow me to check in early. 2. The breakfast quality was decent, but there were too few seats in the restaurant. Having to walk around with my food, searching for and waiting for a table, is something I've rarely encountered. 3. I saw food delivery drivers going directly to guest rooms multiple times. Do they not need a key card to access floors? 4. The toiletries were in wall-mounted dispensers that required a lot of force to use, especially the conditioner. This was particularly difficult for me as I had an injury on my hand. 5. I had confirmed a late checkout until 3 PM via Trip.com. I understand the front desk might not have been aware, and a simple phone confirmation would have sufficed. However, I found their passive-aggressive tone about me not mentioning it proactively to be unprofessional. I won't list other minor issues. Personally, I don't expect hotel staff to be overly enthusiastic, but they shouldn't make guests feel uncomfortable. The 2-star service rating is specifically for the two ladies at the restaurant's front desk around 9:30 AM on the 20th. They were consistently warm and greeted guests throughout my stay, leaving a strong positive impression. On the positive side, the hotel facilities are new, the room layout is good, and the soundproofing is effective. It's located near a plaza or residential buildings, so it's not noisy. The hotel is also very close to Zhangye West Station, and with a parking lot, it's convenient for those traveling by car.

This was my second stay, and it was just as fantastic as the first! As soon as you enter the lobby, you're offered a hot towel for your hands and apricot juice, and the staff are incredibly polite. The rooms are spacious yet affordable, and the cleanliness is visibly good. Soon after checking in, they even brought us yogurt and snacks, which was a really thoughtful touch. The breakfast spread is excellent, offering a great mix of Western, Chinese, and local specialties. All in all, Runhu Holiday Hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, and I'll definitely choose it again if I'm ever back in Zhangye, Gansu.

I specifically chose this hotel, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The entire hotel is newly renovated and stylish, with a great sense of design. The room decor is clean and elegant, creating a very comfortable living atmosphere. The hotel's location is excellent; it's very convenient for transportation, situated right in the city center. It's close to popular spots like Shazhou Night Market, Huyang Braised Flatbread, and Xiajia Hezhi, so getting around and finding good food is a breeze. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, with a good balance of meat and vegetables, making it great value for money. I also have to commend the front desk service. From check-in to daily inquiries, the staff were all enthusiastic, polite, patient, and responsible. They even gave us a free room upgrade – the service experience was top-notch!

The hotel is obviously an old hotel. The facilities are relatively old. In this day and age, shampoo and bath gel are used in the same bottle. Just like earlier with soap, wash everything. So the hygiene doesn't seem to be very good. The hotel rooms are small, even a little extreme. The hotel staff is very nice. There wasn't enough water to drink, so I asked them for two bottles. They were very polite. Moreover, the bottled water is kept in an insulated box, which is very considerate of the customers. It is a certain distance away from the downtown area of ​​the city. Need to drive there.
