I highly recommend Huangshan Baiyun Hotel – it's the pinnacle of mountain-top accommodation! Its location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Tianhai, close to Bright Summit, Aoyu Peak, and the West Sea Grand Canyon. You won't have to travel far to catch the sunrise, saving you time and effort. The rooms are clean and dry, the bedding is comfortable, and the amenities are comprehensive. They've thought of every detail, like complimentary down jackets, shoe dryers, and foot-soaking tubs, which completely alleviate the fatigue of climbing. The butler service is incredibly warm; they'll remind you of sunrise times and help plan your routes with a gentle and professional attitude. The buffet offers a rich variety of dishes and is great value for money. To find such accommodation and service high up in the mountains truly exceeded my expectations. If you're heading to Huangshan, book this without hesitation!

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. All toiletries are provided. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out are efficient and quick. The location is convenient for getting around, and there are many dining options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money, and my stay was excellent. I highly recommend it.

The hotel has been newly renovated, and the facilities are quite complete. However, it's a hotel converted from an office building, so the soundproofing isn't great; I could clearly hear conversations from next door. The location is pretty good though – just 100 meters out, cross the sky bridge at night, and there's a street food night market. The cleanliness was decent, but the bathroom had a slight odor when I first entered the room. The environment was okay. The service was enthusiastic. Even though I arrived early and my reserved room wasn't ready, they offered to upgrade my room if I waited half an hour. In the end, it was still the room I originally booked, which wasn't a big deal. However, the noise from conversations and laughter next door at noon made it impossible to rest. After only a few minutes in the room, I asked to switch, and they eventually moved me to a room with a mahjong machine.

I stayed at this hotel twice within ten days, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The breakfast had a great variety and was served for a long time. The location is superb, right in the middle of the pedestrian street, and all the nearby attractions are easily accessible. The room was clean, well-lit, and the linens were new and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The room was also very quiet, and drinking water was freely available. The hotel even offers afternoon tea and a late-night snack, which really shows their dedication. What particularly impressed me was this afternoon when I received a call from the hotel. They asked about a skincare sample I had left behind. It was something I didn't want and had forgotten to throw away. The hotel found it and immediately called me to inform me of the forgotten item. I quickly told them I didn't need it. Their incredibly responsible and attentive service is truly commendable.

Wonderful hotel, quietly located in Tunxi. The staff was very helpful with all our requests. We spend 2 nights here to go to the yellow mountains which was a one hour drive one way. We had to leave one night earlier and staff was so kind to refund us that night which we hadn't asked for. The rooms are very nice and quiet comfy. I would certainly recommend this hotel and I hope to come back in the future!

I'm giving this five stars. First, let me address the downsides: 1. Hotels in Huangshan are incredibly expensive during holidays. It was 2000 RMB a night during the Qingming Festival. The buffet is 180 RMB, and kids under 140cm are half price. So, check your wallet first. 2. This hotel is great for kids, but there's no elevator, so seniors will have to walk up several flights of stairs. Now for the advantages: 1. It's expensive for a reason. Firstly, the hotel is relatively new and well-equipped. You have to remember that Bright Summit is at an altitude of 1860 meters, and all along the way, I saw porters carrying supplies. It's incredibly difficult to transport so many goods to the mountaintop. During holidays, when it's crowded, finding a comfortable hotel and spending two days hiking Huangshan is truly rejuvenating. 2. The kids loved it! The hotel has a great design. Right outside our room on the fourth floor, there was a Mario character sitting there, which my son adored. The arcade machines in the lobby are free, and kids were constantly gathered around them. Even adults from the '80s generation would spend ages playing. 3. I thought the 180 RMB buffet was pretty good; all the dishes tasted great. The cured meats like bacon and sausage were very authentic, and there was fermented tofu (Mao Doufu) and many other local specialties. The food was genuinely delicious. After a day of hiking, you're ravenous, and I ate a lot of short ribs, prawns, and warm kudzu powder (with a bit of fried rice, honey, and raisins – a real comfort for my stomach). I especially loved their pie-like pastry; it was so good, with preserved vegetables inside and what seemed like highland barley flour for the crust. My son is 140cm, so he got half price, making it 270 RMB for both of us, which is actually cheaper than ordering à la carte outside. 4. Originally, I wanted to stay at Bright Summit and Baiyun Pavilion to catch the sunrise. However, Danxia Peak near Paiyunlou offers excellent sunrise and sunset views, and crucially, it's less crowded and very close by. The hotel's 'little butler' (concierge) told me the sunrise and sunset times, with a 55% chance of seeing them. We were incredibly lucky during our stay and witnessed both morning and evening, leaving very satisfied. 5. From here, the next day, you can go to the West Sea Grand Canyon, take the small train, and then head down the mountain. Taste: Good Ambiance: Beautiful Service: Attentive

The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍 My child had a great time! 🥳 Food delivery is brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. It would be even better if the scent in the hallway was a bit milder.

The hotel booked in Hefei on the last night was quite satisfactory. It was about 2 kilometers away from Bao Park and Shuguang Vegetable Market. You can ride it. The hotel is newly renovated and there is a little taste. But the hardware decoration, bedding, breakfast make up for this disadvantage, it is still very recommended, the hair dryer is particularly easy to use, Leifen's, the bath water is also very comfortable, breakfast has egg tarts, white, asparagus, lettuce salad varieties, more varieties, it is better, the beef noodles girl said that it is very delicious, will consider this next time.

I arrived at the hotel at 10 PM, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded me to a suite for free, which I was incredibly happy with. The next day, after hiking Huangshan, I stored my luggage there, and the service was excellent. I'm planning to extend my stay for another two nights after coming down from Huangshan tomorrow. The hotel is conveniently located next to the high-speed rail station, making it easy to get to nearby attractions.

Finally struck gold! This hotel is absolutely amazing. The room was so clean it shined, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk lady was incredibly gentle, and the breakfast spread had so many options I didn't know what to choose. The location is also convenient, right next to a shopping district. I'll definitely stay here again next time! This hotel is a godsend for business trips! The soundproofing is incredible; it was so quiet at night I fell asleep instantly. The toilet and screen mirroring were huge bonuses. The freshly ground coffee and pastries for breakfast were a thoughtful touch, and check-out was super fast, making the service incredibly efficient. Definitely five stars! This is my top choice! The room decor is so cute, I was jumping with joy the moment I walked in. The cleaning staff came every day to tidy up, and the playground downstairs was super convenient. They even have a special children's dining area for breakfast. The value for money is just fantastic! Scenic view lovers, rejoice! The room's floor-to-ceiling window directly faces the lake. Waking up to the morning mist around the lake was breathtaking. The bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get up, and the staff were always available when called. Even parking is free. It was such a comfortable stay, I've already recommended it to everyone I know! It truly lives up to its reputation! The view outside is expansive, and you can watch the sunrise in the morning. The service staff are always available and responsive to every request. The freshly made noodles for breakfast were delicious and so heartwarming!
