This hotel boasts the best location on Huangshan Mountain. It's right next to a food court, and of course, it also has its own restaurant where you can order à la carte or enjoy a buffet. We booked very late, so the facilities were just average. Online, it was advertised as a four-star, but I honestly couldn't tell – it felt more like a small inn. However, it was quite clean. Maybe there are better rooms, but we didn't get one. The walls were made of panels (according to the staff, environmentally friendly materials are required on the mountain, so perhaps other places are similar), which meant poor soundproofing. The restaurant, though, was exceptionally good. The ingredients were excellent, and the cooking was superb. Dinner was 160 per person, but the staff gave us a 50% discount. If you didn't want the buffet, you didn't have to pay; the staff offered free fried rice or noodles instead. The service was truly outstanding! The room included complimentary down jackets and umbrellas. The staff provided attentive 24-hour service, always available when called. Before we left, they even gave us a large bag of local specialties for the road (most places on Huangshan don't sell food), and we were so grateful, otherwise we would have been hungry the next day. The bag contained a ginseng fruit, two oranges, a pear, a mango, two bags of Anhui specialty shortbread, and other local snacks. On the afternoon of our departure, they also provided us with raincoats and water. The price was 2088 per night, which was higher than other platforms, but Trip.com later refunded me 300 yuan, making it quite a good deal. This hotel also has 8-person dorm beds for 400 per person, which are very popular, so you need to book quickly if you want one.

Facilities: The hotel is in the Big Dipper City. There are more hotels around the hotel. There are also shopping malls.
Environment: The lobby on the first floor is a bit rudimentary but the room is good and spacious. It is very comfortable to live in;
Hygiene: The price is particularly high. The sanitation is quite clean. I am quite satisfied.
Service: The service is particularly good. The front desk lady also sent breakfast. She was very patient in answering the questions we asked. Unfortunately, she didn't write down the job number;
In short, I am very satisfied with a stay. I will book again if I have the opportunity.
The only regret is that I forgot to take pictures.

The hotel has been newly renovated, and the facilities are quite complete. However, it's a hotel converted from an office building, so the soundproofing isn't great; I could clearly hear conversations from next door. The location is pretty good though – just 100 meters out, cross the sky bridge at night, and there's a street food night market.
The cleanliness was decent, but the bathroom had a slight odor when I first entered the room.
The environment was okay.
The service was enthusiastic. Even though I arrived early and my reserved room wasn't ready, they offered to upgrade my room if I waited half an hour. In the end, it was still the room I originally booked, which wasn't a big deal. However, the noise from conversations and laughter next door at noon made it impossible to rest. After only a few minutes in the room, I asked to switch, and they eventually moved me to a room with a mahjong machine.

📍Location: The hotel is situated right on Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, within walking distance of Yintai Center and Xiaoyaojin Park. There's a wide variety of food options, from snacks to full meals, making it very convenient for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. The only minor inconvenience is that taxis can't drop you off directly in front of the hotel entrance; you need to walk a short distance. Overall, though, getting around is quite easy.
🏨Facilities: The rooms feature smart controls, allowing you to use voice commands for lights, air conditioning, and curtains. I have to praise the soundproofing – it's excellent. Despite being right on a pedestrian street, it's remarkably quiet once you close the windows.
🔖Service: The front desk is very responsive whenever I needed assistance 👍🏻
😬A small drawback is that the elevators are a bit slow, possibly because there are only two elevators for a relatively tall building. Overall, though, I had a very satisfying stay.

We had a lovely stay at Yujian No.8 in Huangshan Tunxi Old Street. The room was very spacious and beautifully designed with an artistic and elegant touch, creating a warm and unique atmosphere.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Tunxi Old Street. It was very convenient to simply step outside and enjoy walking along the historic street, exploring the shops, local snacks, and the charming surroundings.
The butler service was excellent. They kindly helped us arrange transportation to Huangshan Scenic Area and also to the railway station, which made our travel very smooth and convenient. They also provided great recommendations for delicious local food.
Their warm hospitality truly made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, it was a delightful experience and a perfect place to stay while visiting Huangshan.

I'm giving this five stars.
First, let me address the downsides:
1. Hotels in Huangshan are incredibly expensive during holidays. It was 2000 RMB a night during the Qingming Festival. The buffet is 180 RMB, and kids under 140cm are half price. So, check your wallet first.
2. This hotel is great for kids, but there's no elevator, so seniors will have to walk up several flights of stairs.
Now for the advantages:
1. It's expensive for a reason. Firstly, the hotel is relatively new and well-equipped. You have to remember that Bright Summit is at an altitude of 1860 meters, and all along the way, I saw porters carrying supplies. It's incredibly difficult to transport so many goods to the mountaintop. During holidays, when it's crowded, finding a comfortable hotel and spending two days hiking Huangshan is truly rejuvenating.
2. The kids loved it! The hotel has a great design. Right outside our room on the fourth floor, there was a Mario character sitting there, which my son adored. The arcade machines in the lobby are free, and kids were constantly gathered around them. Even adults from the '80s generation would spend ages playing.
3. I thought the 180 RMB buffet was pretty good; all the dishes tasted great. The cured meats like bacon and sausage were very authentic, and there was fermented tofu (Mao Doufu) and many other local specialties. The food was genuinely delicious. After a day of hiking, you're ravenous, and I ate a lot of short ribs, prawns, and warm kudzu powder (with a bit of fried rice, honey, and raisins – a real comfort for my stomach). I especially loved their pie-like pastry; it was so good, with preserved vegetables inside and what seemed like highland barley flour for the crust. My son is 140cm, so he got half price, making it 270 RMB for both of us, which is actually cheaper than ordering à la carte outside.
4. Originally, I wanted to stay at Bright Summit and Baiyun Pavilion to catch the sunrise. However, Danxia Peak near Paiyunlou offers excellent sunrise and sunset views, and crucially, it's less crowded and very close by. The hotel's 'little butler' (concierge) told me the sunrise and sunset times, with a 55% chance of seeing them. We were incredibly lucky during our stay and witnessed both morning and evening, leaving very satisfied.
5. From here, the next day, you can go to the West Sea Grand Canyon, take the small train, and then head down the mountain.
Taste: Good
Ambiance: Beautiful

The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍
My child had a great time! 🥳
Food delivery is brought up to the room by a robot, which is a nice touch. It would be even better if the scent in the hallway was a bit milder.

I was really surprised by a hotel I chose temporarily!
It is a new store just opened, the environment decoration is super textured, Morandi style is gentle and high-end, and the atmosphere is full.
What impressed me most was that all the staff were very warm and polite, the service was intimate and thoughtful, and the whole experience was super good.
The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are brand new, the living is comfortable and safe, the location is very convenient, and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping.
I dug into the treasure hotel for blind selection. This stay experience is directly full. I will choose this one next time I come!

Service: Excellent! The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were efficient and convenient with the self-service card swipe.
Location: Very convenient. It's a few minutes' drive to the Old Street and a 25-minute drive to the high-speed rail station.
Cleanliness: Clean and spacious.
Facilities: The room featured a smart home system throughout, electric curtains, and comfortable bedding. However, the hotel's exterior looks a bit rundown.
Drawbacks: The soundproofing is terrible. Early in the morning, I was woken up by a 'bear child' (naughty kid) from the neighboring room screaming, roaring, and running in the hallway. It was extremely annoying.

Finally struck gold! This hotel is absolutely amazing. The room was so clean it shined, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk lady was incredibly gentle, and the breakfast spread had so many options I didn't know what to choose. The location is also convenient, right next to a shopping district. I'll definitely stay here again next time!
This hotel is a godsend for business trips! The soundproofing is incredible; it was so quiet at night I fell asleep instantly. The toilet and screen mirroring were huge bonuses. The freshly ground coffee and pastries for breakfast were a thoughtful touch, and check-out was super fast, making the service incredibly efficient. Definitely five stars!
This is my top choice! The room decor is so cute, I was jumping with joy the moment I walked in. The cleaning staff came every day to tidy up, and the playground downstairs was super convenient. They even have a special children's dining area for breakfast. The value for money is just fantastic!
Scenic view lovers, rejoice! The room's floor-to-ceiling window directly faces the lake. Waking up to the morning mist around the lake was breathtaking. The bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get up, and the staff were always available when called. Even parking is free. It was such a comfortable stay, I've already recommended it to everyone I know! It truly lives up to its reputation! The view outside is expansive, and you can watch the sunrise in the morning. The service staff are always available and responsive to every request. The freshly made noodles for breakfast were delicious and so heartwarming!

YyaseinThe best hotel during my trip to China.
The room was clean, well-organized, and new.
The breakfast was excellent, delicious, and varied.
The staff were extremely helpful. It was a snowy day, and they offered me hot water upon arrival and turned on the heating before I entered the room. On the second day, they kindly helped me arrange a taxi. Small gestures, but very important.
By the way, I travel a lot and stay in a different hotel almost every day, but I truly felt the need to thank this wonderful staff.
Mercure Hotels will always be my first choice.
GGuest UserThe location is okay for concerts, about a 30-minute walk. However, there is construction nearby, which makes it noisy. The renovation is probably quite old, and some of the design is not very reasonable. There is no full-length mirror, and the sink does not have a trash can. Also, people will slip small cards into the room at night. The room itself is quite large.

GGuest UserI went to Jiuhua Mountain in the fifth year. The homestay I had stayed in was fully booked, so I met Xiangli.
Although there were some unpleasantness at the beginning (actually it was probably caused by the pick-up and drop-off service they outsourced), everything was very nice afterwards.
First of all, the geographical location is very good, right next to Huacheng Temple.
Secondly, I asked the housekeeper on WeChat and the reply was very prompt and the problem was always solved quickly.
The afternoon tea provided was very rich and also took children into consideration. Because of the afternoon tea, we decided to have lunch at the B&B the next day, and we were not disappointed, the food was delicious. They also proactively provided an extra quilt and sheets, which could turn the tatami into a small bed, and the children were very happy.
In the end, because of an unintentional mistake, the cost of the chicken soup was waived.
Although they are all small details, what a B&B does is to present the details in a concrete way.
This time the stay experience was very good. Will continue to stay here every time in the future.
The magnolia in the yard is a big plus.

ZZaihaibian. The room is fully equipped, even with a mini-fridge, and it's very clean. The in-room facilities are all smart, with plenty of lighting, and the shower is a big plus with multiple nozzles – it's so convenient, just like being at home! Disposable bath towels and toilet seat covers are also provided, which is great. But the most important thing is the hotel's service, which is truly excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Huangshan. They offer pick-up and drop-off to the transfer center, which is a huge convenience. Plus, the hotel provides hiking poles, and on the day we went hiking, there was a light rain, so they even gave us raincoats and a map – so thoughtful! It's also very close to dining options, making everything super convenient and quiet. Highly recommended. If you're heading out early for a hike, you can even store your luggage here.
OORangechengzizoneThe hotel's overall environment is quite comfortable, and its location is very convenient. They're also very thoughtful, confirming check-in times in advance and arranging transfers. Suggestions:
1. It would be nice to have some aromatherapy diffusers in the rooms for an even better experience.
2. Regarding the TV, I couldn't figure out my room's TV name, and therefore couldn't cast to it effectively. Plus, while watching, another room's cast somehow took over... which was quite frustrating and awkward.
MMskypThe soundproofing wasn’t great, as I could hear noise from outside and even people showering in nearby rooms. However, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The red jacket provided by the hotel was especially useful—it kept me warm and dry during the rainy weather. The window view wasn’t as good as I expected, and the room was quite small, but the overall cleanliness was acceptable.
The room was very warm thanks to the heater, which made the stay comfortable. I had originally booked this hotel to watch the sunrise and sunset from the mountain, but unfortunately, the rainy weather didn’t allow me to experience that, which was a bit disappointing.
Considering it’s one of the most affordable hotels at the top of the mountain, it’s still a reasonable choice. The evening performance was creative and enjoyable. I also appreciated that the staff allowed me to check in a bit early and didn’t rush me when I left. Thank you!
__tonyI arrived at the hotel at 10:30 AM due to travel, thinking it might be a hassle to check in so early. To my surprise, the landlady at the front desk was incredibly kind! She mentioned my booked room wasn't ready yet and upgraded me to an available deluxe room. The room was genuinely spacious. The best part? Soaking in the private hot spring in the courtyard right outside my room at 4:00 PM, I turned beet red from the heat – it was absolutely blissful, hahaha! 😂 (The photo was taken from my room entrance)
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located and close to Sunac Park, which is only a 5-minute walk away. The room is clean and tidy. Sherry at the front desk is very friendly and helpful.
