The location is OK, it is quite convenient to go out and turn around, but not by the sea, the parking lot on the roadside is quite convenient. This hotel is a bit like a hotel apartment with a microwave in the room and a small hall

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Overnight parking is $25. It’s basement which is good. The sound insulation is just okay, can hear people talking in the hallway while in the room.

Great stay! Room was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Free breakfast was nice but sometimes there were limited options (eg. they stopped restocking hash brown an hour and a half before breakfast ended). Location was ok, but did not to us because we had a car.

I was skeptical when I booked this hotel, but was wowed when I checked in. The guy at the front desk (Ryan) was super helpful, patient, and full of smiles. The hotel was super clean starting from the lobby to our room. Our room was spacious and I love everything about the room - clean, comfy bed with extra pillows, clean bathroom. The breakfast had lots of options that suited everyone from cereal to oat, toast, pancake, muffins, yummy cinnamon roll, pork sausage, turkey sausage, and cheese omelet. As a non-pork eater, I love the fact that they had the turkey sausage option. The checkout was seamless. I recommend this hotel.

For the first hotel that is outside the Francophone sphere for my trip, I would rate 6 to 7 stars or even higher.

Convenient location, parking spaces, extra charges. Breakfast is very rich, family room is fully equipped, stove, bowl, knife and fork, wine cup, coffee cup. The room was clean, the mirror was large and the lights were bright. There are many bars downstairs and many weekend activities. Recommended recommendation, will stay again next time you come to Hafa.

Positive: Good location, friendly people, solid service. Negative: Poor treadmil and it was the only one and it didn't work; Not allowing to use terrase with your drink (you need to buy hotel's wine); long waiting to be served specially for dinner. High prise for this level of hotel. No safety deposit box in the room.

The room was very clean, the service staff was very good, the swimming pool was on the first floor, many children, and they had a great time! The tea supply in the lobby on the first floor is very rich, and you can also make homemade milk tea 🥤

Great hotel. Very clean. Nice pool. One depth, thought that was perfect for the kids. Breakfast was delicious, lots to choose from. Minutes by car to get anywhere. Would stay again.

Very satisfied because of the service. I have stayed in some hotels in Canada, including several five-star Fairmont, and by contrast, this service is really comfortable. This location is also very good, to the beach down the mountain, seven or eight minutes, to the castle mountain is five minutes, less than ten minutes from the public garden. Breakfast is weak and the variety is small. Next time you come to Hafa, you may consider choosing this one again.
