We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and you can really feel the care they put into every detail. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view from the window was absolutely beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Great value for money — everything felt just right. We were 100% satisfied.

Stayed at the former Trump Tower in Vancouver. The location is super convenient for getting around, very close to downtown, and not a far walk to Stanley Park either! During my stay, the breakfast area was under renovation, so all meals were delivered via room service. The fully automated facilities in the room were fantastic. Overall, a really great experience!

I am almost a month late in writing this review, but I would still like to give a heartfelt shout-out to the wonderful team at Fairmont Gold. Prior to our stay, we had informed the hotel of our late arrival outside the usual check-in hours and included some questions regarding Fairmont Gold services and benefits. Unfortunately, our follow-up email was overlooked, which led to some miscommunication during check-in. However, the customer recovery service was truly top-notch. The team handled everything professionally, responded swiftly, and resolved the issue efficiently — a level of service that truly reflects the standards we expect from a premium Fairmont Gold experience. We stayed one night in Fairmont Gold, and it was an absolute dream stay, especially for aviation enthusiasts. The views were perfect, and the Gold team’s service was exceptional. What impressed us even more was the Manager’s follow-through. He personally took the initiative to look into what had led to the miscommunication and came to apologise to us later in the day. During our stay, one of us was also feeling unwell, and when we happened to meet him in the lobby, he remembered us from our earlier interaction and kindly offered to assist by arranging some medicine for us. These thoughtful gestures truly reflected the genuine care and attentiveness of the team. Thank you, Fairmont, for turning what started as a small hiccup into a memorable stay. The premium paid for the Fairmont Gold experience was truly worth every penny, and we sincerely appreciate the hospitality. We look forward to returning again.

Location is good, about 250m walk to ski lift and in the center of most things. The bed was too soft and had to change room after 1 night of terrible sleep, the mattress condition was in W shape on both sides, felt like sleeping in a slope.

The River Rock Casino Resort in Vancouver is a popular integrated resort in Richmond, ideally located right by the Fraser River. Its proximity to Vancouver Airport makes it incredibly convenient for both flight layovers and short leisure stays. The hotel boasts prime riverfront views. From the guest rooms, you can take in the expansive river, numerous yacht marinas, and the distant, rolling mountains. On a cloudy day, the river is enveloped in mist, creating a uniquely tranquil and relaxing atmosphere – the view from the river-view rooms is truly outstanding. The resort facilities are extensive. It houses a large casino and a variety of specialty dining options, including the famous Gordon Ramsay Steak restaurant. The restaurant's entrance is grand and refined, with high wooden ceilings and stone walls, creating an impressive sense of occasion and offering guests a high-quality dining experience. One minor drawback is that the casino area can get quite crowded, making some public areas a bit noisy. Also, the view varies significantly depending on the room's orientation, so I highly recommend opting for a river-view room if possible. Overall, the hotel combines accommodation, dining, and leisure, with convenient access and comprehensive amenities, making it perfect for a short getaway to Vancouver.

My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

In addition to some twists and turns in the reservation, the hotel began to say that it did not receive the money, and later found that I had set the water view, but the order received by the hotel was a higher-level waterfront, and there was a price difference. Later, it was finally solved. After I checked in, I found that there was actually a good view of No. 58, and the sound of the sea was not noisy. Others were either blocked by trees or too close to the water. Choosing water views is also a good choice, and the price is more affordable. There is no restaurant near the hotel, so I choose to dine at the hotel and the taste is OK. Breakfast is also ok.

We were greeted by the staff when we arrived. Check-in only took a few minutes. The room was superb. Big and spacious room. We had a king and queen rooms and both has their own toilet and bath. A spacious living room with fire place and a balcony overlooking the mountains and lake. The kitchen has everything you needed. I couldn’t ask for more. The hotel is fantastic.

My husband, son, daughter-in-law and I stayed in the Deluxe Family Home while visiting Vancouver. The grounds were beautiful with many flowers in bloom. The home was located on the first floor, making it easy to access from the parking area. The unit was very clean with modern appliances. There was a Keurig coffee machine with K-cup pods provided. This was one of the few rentals in the Vancouver area that had two king beds, a requirement for my family. There were two bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The location was a short drive from the airport, a Walmart and several restaurants and take-out pizza. The only issue we had was during our second night. A family was staying upstairs and we could hear a child running back and forth until well after 10:00pm. I then heard the child crying and finally the noise stopped. Not really a problem, just a little annoying.
