4-Star Hotels in Vastra Gotaland, Sweden

It was a quite wonderful experience to stay at First G hotel in terms of the following, I can actually say I have never gotten this kind of experience outside of Japan in my life. Their services with smiling faces, breakfast especially scrambled egg and a lot of line up of breads, convenient location to take almost all trams which will take you anywhere in Goteborg, finally entire performance per cost. Next to the main road in the south of Gothenburg, the hotel price is not high because it is relatively biased, but the facilities are quite complete. I told the front desk that we would leave at three or four in the morning. I also prepared a bag of breakfast, sandwiches, juice, yogurt, and apples. All gave one. Coffee is free, too, and it’s great.

Good with a few restrictions The hotel is very centrally located. Other positives: good value for money, very friendly staff, the price includes an evening meal (a dish of the day, soup and salads from the buffet, good and plentiful) as well as coffee/tea/cocoa plus cake in the afternoon. Negatives: a small room, stuffy at night and a narrow bed (1.40m) with a very soft mattress. The room was so small that we could hardly pass each other. The request via the booking portal for two single beds and a hotel parking space was not met. The hotel also only has a limited number of parking spaces, we found a cheap one at the university, about 3 minutes on foot.

Not just an average airport hotel. Set away from the airport around 5 minutes walk, the hotel is on the edge of a lovely green area with a forest to the rear. Breakfast was top class, everything set out nicely and quality food. Definitely a notch up on any airport hotel I've stayed in before. Will definitely use again.

Great location, just across the train station, beside Norstad shopping mall. The room didn’t provide kettle & cups though, I had to ask. Also not very proactive in suggesting sightseeing ideas. Breakfast spread was great!

Very tidy and bigger room. Delicious breakfast. Close to the city centre. Good noise isolation.

This is a very nice hotel, the room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, let me enjoy a good sleep. The staff is warm and welcoming. The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast and a variety of leisure facilities, which makes me feel relaxed. The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, and the problems raised can be solved with care. Although the hotel is near the airport, it does not feel noisy at all. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Will choose next time.

I'm deaf person and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful, we talked by writing in notebook too, and breakfast was yummy :) I was there in a expensive weekend than to other weekends, but what to do.. But the view from the window at the night was nice and making us calm. Unfortunately there in the TV I couldn't find subtitles in English language.

Service at the front desk was average, some staff were nice, some staff were with bad attitude. The rooms are spacious with good amenities.

I will start with the fact that the Staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful. But was A little disappointed when a room advertised as premier, was average at best. Shelve in the room broken, light fixtures that didn’t work, old basic tv that only had basic cable so couldn’t watch movies or Netflix etc or connect to with our devices. Not major issues but more what you expect from basic low end accommodation of private rooms at a hostel etc
