4-Star Hotels in Amazonas, Brazil

A very resonable hotel located just out of the city centre. Refurbishments to the outside of the hotel were being carried out and the rooftop pool was unavailable. However for the price was highly impressed with the food and service. However the lifts were not the best and could seem cramped at times and without aircon inside wasnt a nice feeling with Manaus being a very hot place to visit. There was a shop inside and that came in handy for provisions and tours could be organised from here so that was great.

Very nice room, overall clean and comfortable. I don’t understand why there is a kitchen if there is no utensils. I didn’t need it, but fix this for other guests. The water from the pool is not clear, so I didn’t swim. Breakfast is great, WiFi works well, water pressure great, AC perfect. Check-in takes too long, but in Brazil it is like this. I would come back.

Great boutique hotel situated in a lovely part of Manaus with historical sights right near the opera house. Air conditioning was amazing also airconditioned lobby and lifts. Would highly recommend this hotel with extrememly helpful and friendly staff

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bedding is of good quality; the front desk and room service are responsive and friendly; the buffet breakfast is rich in variety and delicious; the hotel is conveniently located close to the subway. Very good value for money, is a satisfactory stay experience.

Facilities are a bit old Once I found out that the door of the hotel was almost broken, haha. After I reacted, someone came to tighten the screw that was about to fall out with a screwdriver, haha Breakfast is OK, the breakfast at the Ibis hotel next door is also responsible for this hotel. But the Ibis price is much cheaper than this hotel. The rooms below the third floor are very humid and need to be open to dehumidification mode all the time

The hotel service is very good, the equipment is very new, and it feels safer than the other hotels in this time. The room is large, comfortable, and the location is good. It's not too far away if you drive.

Opposite the Amazon Opera Opera in the center of Manaus, the location is excellent. It is more leisurely and safe than the big city. The restaurant on the square is very convenient for dining at night. There are also some performances. The restaurant in the hotel itself is also good. It is different from the lively style in the square. Quiet and cozy.

Overall very good, service attitude is very good, meals are not bad, the only drawback is that the room does not have a kettle :)
