Excellent front desk staff, totally understand what the customer needs, highly recommended for English speaking clients.

Very nice room, overall clean and comfortable. I don’t understand why there is a kitchen if there is no utensils. I didn’t need it, but fix this for other guests. The water from the pool is not clear, so I didn’t swim. Breakfast is great, WiFi works well, water pressure great, AC perfect. Check-in takes too long, but in Brazil it is like this. I would come back.

Great boutique hotel situated in a lovely part of Manaus with historical sights right near the opera house. Air conditioning was amazing also airconditioned lobby and lifts. Would highly recommend this hotel with extrememly helpful and friendly staff

Whether it was the patient answering the consultation at the front desk or the room service responding to the demand in a timely manner, it was meticulous and thoughtful, making people feel warm. The location of the hotel is super convenient, the surrounding transportation and shopping are very convenient, and the travel is time-saving and worry-free. The most pleasant surprise is the restaurant, the dishes are rich and varied, the taste is authentic and delicious, whether it is the fresh ingredients for breakfast or the specialties of the dinner, it is impressive. The overall stay experience far exceeded expectations, comfortable and comfortable, I will choose here next time, highly recommended to friends who plan to travel!

The hotel breakfast and buffet dinner are not bad. The rooms on the first floor are relatively humid and not recommended. The rooms upstairs are slightly better.

The hotel service is very good, the equipment is very new, and it feels safer than the other hotels in this time. The room is large, comfortable, and the location is good. It's not too far away if you drive.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The environment is elegant, the location is excellent, and the restaurant is delicious. The key is that the staff are very kind, professional and have a superb service awareness. It was the most pleasant stay in my Brazil trip.

Overall very good, service attitude is very good, meals are not bad, the only drawback is that the room does not have a kettle :)
