This hotel is super dirty....bathrooms are incredible filthy and bed its bad, theres only one bed sheet not duvet or cover....floor dirty....towel are hard as rock....dont stay here.

The hotel is clean, well located and the staff is very kind and helpful. The restaurant doesn’t have a broad menu but the food is good. Banzeiro, a great restaurant, is very close and offers wonderful food.

The most abysmal internet connection I’ve experienced at a hotel anywhere in the world. There was only one spot of this huge hotel it worked, on the inside roof area next to the gym where there is no air. I spoke to the staff twice and they had no idea what to tell me, and no solutions, just that they are aware there are issues with the wifi. Infuriating when you need wifi on travels or for work.
Also, they don’t use fitted sheets, let alone any mattress cover on the bed which is pretty gross. So you’re bound to wake up at some point on the actual mattress if you roll over. Otherwise the place is nice and good location.

Do not stay here. We had issues with air conditioning, hot water and internet access.
We asked for help and support was not available. We ask for credit for these issues and we were denied. They gave us one free dinner and the "restaurant". The buffet food was cold. 3 bad days.

Only 1 restaurant option for eating. Extremely tiny elevator. Kept passing the 14th floor & we had to wait 25 minutes to go down. Weak air conditioner. Not in a very nice neighborhood. Pool on rooftop was nice, but bar was not open.

Considering where this is in the world it was just fine. No place to walk at night but daytime ok. Very basic amenities. Staff very limited English but did the best they could and we could usually find someone to help us if necessary. Had to ask for a blanket...sheet only provided.
