4-Star Hotels in Tyrol, Austria

The room was spacious, boasting a pleasant mountain view. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As we stayed for two nights, we received a complimentary public transport pass. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from St. Anna's Column and the main shopping street. However, the 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel wasn't great, and we found the price a bit steep.

*Reading the reviews prior of booking, one comment sticks in my mind was this hotel is a scam. First, I don’t believe as could be different experience. Also some says, staff are nice and friendly but there are also rude staffs.* I was transferred to this hotel, i booked *junior suite* room with double sized bed. Sounds good right ? But it’s so, so. Prior to check in, their policy is 2:30 pm. on the app is 2 pm. I arrived 1:36 and the reception want to charged me 15 euros, Instead I wait. She is rude, it reminds me the reviews, she is No customer service background. The view from window is amazing, room is clean, bed is comfortable. However, shower is too short from the corner, I’m small but still not able to stand. Toiletries is on place, no room sleeper for cold floor. No mini bar, no tea or coffee (available in reception with charge), no pen and paper on desk and other basics on 4 star categories. The room is on attic, limited low ceiling. Breakfast was basic, by the way the 2 young ladies are friendly, could be the trainees. What nice from selection is fresh orange juice from the machine, and freshly slice cured meat. The same lady from the reception is touching food with bare hand. Thanks I’m done of breakfast. Sauna is stated as part of hotel facilities however it’s not functional on my 2 days stay. Reception said you have to wait 1.5 hours or to have notice ahead of time. Overall, my first visit in Innsbruck was great however with this hotel was the last. Not guests service oriented.

Love everything about this hotel.. the view.. the ammenities.. post bus also very near to hotel.. if u stay 2night or more u can get welcome card too.. staff very good

The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The 12th-floor terrace offers fantastic views. My room had large windows, perfect for enjoying daily mountain and sun views. Breakfast was also good and quite filling.

The location was great. My booked room type was supposed to include a mini-bar, but it was completely empty. Check-out was at 11 AM, yet housekeeping let themselves into my room just after 9 AM! This is unacceptable! At check-out, the front desk staff demanded a €6 city tax, even though my booking clearly stated €4. When I insisted on paying the amount as per my reservation, they reacted with visible displeasure. It's not about the €2 difference; it's a matter of honesty and principle!

The front desk of the hotel is very considerate. Although it is an express hotel, it is very clean and new. It feels like a little decoration. The breakfast is also simple and not rich, but it is delicious and nutritious.

It's within walking distance from the train station. It's also very convenient to take the bus. The service is very good. Free luggage storage. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. The room facilities are very new. The room is very big. It's a great experience.

Great location, spacious rooms, and within walking distance to the Old Town. The view from the window is beautiful. There's also a large supermarket right next to the hotel that sells hot food.

I hardly leave reviews because I find it a chore but NALA really lives up to its reputation. The hotel is so unique and comfortable .. I don’t even want to go out. I enjoyed staying in the room and even going to the garden to do some reading and work .. it’s just a 10 mins walk to old town and I like it that it’s quaint
