Lovely hotel with views over the pistes. Staff were very attentive and responsive. Food was great. Relaxing bar area. Entry to the spa was included in my room price so made full use of it. Room was large and clean, everything worked. The only downside was that it was a large room for two but there wasn't that much clothes space e.g. no chest of drawers, no coat hooks for hanging your ski jackets and salopets up. Overall really enjoyed my stay here.

Had a fabulous time at this amazing hotel cannot fault it whatsoever. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the bar staff Tony and Francisco was amazing such lovely guys best service ever. The food in the restaurant was great breakfast amazing something for everyone dinner fine too we did eat out a couple of times just to mix things up as part of our holiday Joel was amazing will definitely be back next year

I would highly recommend this to anyone, such a great location and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was particularly great before a day of skiing, and even if you are not staying at the hotel it is brilliant value. Particular mention to Joel who was a great start to our day. Will return!

This hotel is not to a four star rating good 3 star only. Staff first class and so friendly. Food was repaired to a very high standard and presented very professionally, giving you a very varied choice on all three courses. The down side to the hotel if staying at the road side rooms very noisy with traffic and the bars opposite. We were in 338 third floor room very small twin room carpet had holes bathroom tiling round taps disgusting with cracks and mould had to force hairdryer from o Holder as soap dispenser above horrible smell of drainage we bought an air freshener to elevate the smell . Bar area good but seating needs to be upgraded a bit worn especially the arms. Not four star staff make it have good atmosphere.

Excellent service particularly from Ruth and Lourdes in the restaurant. Great food, comfortable rooms and fabulous spa. This hotel is very well placed and has great amenities. The only comment I would make is that they could do with more bar staff at busy times

First experience of Andorra. This hotel was perfectly placed and had everything we could have wanted. The food in particular was delicious, and the terrace looking out onto the piste is lovely. Shout out to Joel in the restaurant for being so friendly and welcoming to us and all of the guests, and to Fran for making the best vino caliente I've ever tasted. Thanks everyone at Hotel Piolets! Hope to come back someday.

Twice a year we are going to the piolets. Still after 20years they are the best! We never had some troubles. If there are any troubles the reception will be there for you.. they will do everything so it would be arragent in no time.. The service is amazing just like everything else. The food is always different never the same.

The services is excellent and the staff are amazing. Especially Amanda and Cesar. The prices are reasonable and the view from the terrace is the best in Soldeu. The food from the restaurant is high quality. I would recommend this for families and travellers wanting a relaxed atmosphere
