SsimsangelaUpon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer.

GGuest UserThe location is very good. You can find it upstairs after leaving the airport. The front desk is also very friendly. You can take the free airport bus from the hotel to the car rental location. The room is very comfortable. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel provides very convenient dining. You don't have to walk far. The food is very delicious

CCarolynI took my kids to participate in the VEX World Championships. It was a 5-minute Uber ride from the venue and a 25-minute walk.
The hotel is old and the soundproofing is not very good. The sound of water can be clearly heard when the toilet next door is flushing, bathing, and washing hands.
However, the hotel is very clean. We stayed for 8 nights and the housekeeping was very clean every time. We gave a tip on the table to express our gratitude.
The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and answered all questions.
Oh yes, there is a Starbucks on the first floor and a bar.
For the downtown area, the hotel is very good👍

GGuest UserThe hotel is being renovated, and the soft furnishings of the rooms look very new. The sound insulation is relatively poor, and the crying of children and the voices of people in the corridor can be heard clearly. There will be a sudden sound of equipment running in the room, and I don't know what it is. affect sleep.
The bathroom wasn't cleaned and there were hairs and whatnot.
Across the street is the Water Garden, which is convenient for sightseeing. It is also close to the train station. Great location.

LLeicester ManMarquis Marriott is a well-known hotel brand in China. For example, how good is the one in Shanghai! But unfortunately, even a high-end brand such as Marquis Marriott is generally not feasible in the United States. The lobby is quite atmospheric, a bit like a domestic Sheraton. I thought, ”Great! I finally found a hotel brand in the United States that is comparable to a domestic hotel brand.” Unfortunately, the room was small and not bright. Marquis Marriott in China is so comfortable that they don't want to leave the room. I feel that leaving a second is a waste of such a good environment, but this Marquis Marriott's room, I don't have the feeling of wanting to stay in the room. , horizontally benchmarking domestic Atour.
