At 3 AM, someone was violently banging and kicking on my door. I was too scared to open it! This went on for more than 10 minutes! I called the front desk and they sent security, and then it quieted down. The next day, I discussed this with the hotel manager, and they didn't show an ounce of apology! They just said some woman couldn't find her room! This hotel has absolutely no sense of customer service!

Very comfortable hotel. Beds were great not too soft or too firm, pillows were soft, not the hard hotel pillows!  Food was not very good though, and the coffee weak. Disappointed that there was no outdoor pool, and that it was Vallet parking only! We parked on the street very close to hotel and got a parking ticket one day, but it still ended up being cheaper than their Vallet Parking! Unfortunately it colored my view of the Sheraton.  I'll might find another hotel next time.

Clean, new, and love the suite with the nice bathroom shower. It was the best gym I have seen and then door pool was perfect.

I felt welcome from the time I walked in the door until I bid farewell. The hotel was clean. Plenty lounge areas were available. Molly at the front desk made my stay express.
