The room was elegant, tastefully decorated, spacious, and well-equipped. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hardware exceeded expectations. However, one lady at the front desk had a very poor attitude; she seemed to look down on people, almost to the point of discrimination.

This is my third stay at this hotel. The environment is beautiful, the location is excellent, transportation is convenient, the staff are warm and attentive, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. My second stay at the hotel in a month. Really impressed with hotel services by everyone i encountered at The Newbury Boston. I had a late midnight flight flying out, so have requested for a late check out via trip.com comment box. When I checked in, the hotel told me they took note of my request on the trip.com booking and gave me a late check out. Appreciate the professional service at the reception! And the efficiency of trip.com on meeting my request and bookings 🩵 Thank you

Arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and fortunately the room has ready, however we had a room located far away from the elevator, in fact my room is at the end of the of the hallway 😑 the room is small with old furniture, there was some cracks on the wood panel. There is no fridge and the AC was so noisy. The bathroom is good - I think it has been renovated. With the price we’ve paid I think I just bought the ‘location’ instead of the room as it is a very standard room, considering it is a 5 stars hotel.

This is probably the oldest-looking Ritz Carlton that I have visited. It is just like a normal hotel. The location is great, but everything else just doesn't look like a Ritz-Carlton. You will feel this the moment you get of the car. However, it is Boston and everything is overpriced.

The location is very good. I chose this hotel when I went to Boston for the first time. The room is very large and practical. The only drawback is that it is along the road and a bit noisy, not suitable for guests who need quiet. The hotel service is first-class and very professional, but it encountered an exhibition this time, so the room rate is super expensive.

Very nice hotel, the guy at the front desk is from Shanghai, very professional and handsome. He took the initiative to help order lunch. The afternoon tea on the first floor is very good. I made an appointment with friends to have afternoon tea together. It feels similar to the Peninsula Shanghai. I didn't read the menu carefully and ordered an ice cream. Ahaha, in the end, the whole afternoon tea was not charged. I'm really sorry.
