I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel environment was elegant and clean, the room was warm and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, providing professional and meticulous service from the front desk to room service, making me feel very cared for. The facilities were complete, and the location was very convenient. The overall service level was very high, with quality reflected in the details. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and would highly recommend it.

Loved every bit of my stay here. Every staff I encountered during my stay was friendly and helpful. The room is slightly dated but the attentive housekeeping definitely made up for it. Location wise it’s convenient and close to major spots in the city. You might find homeless people a few blocks away from the hotel but it’s common in the neighborhood and the hotel staff and security made me feel safe once entering the hotel area.

The room was spacious, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – so I slept very comfortably. The hotel is located right in the city center, next to PwC, and is surrounded by consulting and financial institutions, making it very convenient for getting around.

Excellent stay. Rooms were spotless and modern. Central location with easy access to downtown LA. Service and amenities were first-class. Food quality was outstanding both in-room and at the hotel restaurants. The bar stood out as the highlight — great atmosphere and drinks. The location of the hotel is OK, but there is no parking lot. The breakfast is simple and the dishes are the same for 5 days.

This hotel has a very classic, old-money vibe, perched on a hilltop with beautiful and clean surroundings. It's surprisingly close to Chinatown, just a 10-minute walk. What I didn't expect was that the rooftop bar is incredibly famous – definitely try their martinis!

Excellent location, with direct AirTrain access, making it ideal for early morning flights. The rooms are well soundproofed, so despite being close to the airport, it's very quiet. The bedding is comfortable, and the service is efficient. The breakfast is delicious, especially the fried chicken and waffles. It was a smooth experience and great value for money.

I think it's absolutely fantastic! First off, it's pretty close to the park; a taxi ride is only about ten bucks, and walking back after the park closes at night takes just over ten minutes – a real time and effort saver. Secondly, the price is simply amazing. Three nights here cost less than one night at an official hotel. Since official hotels don't offer early entry anymore, it makes sense to save some money. A taxi to Goofy's Kitchen was also ten bucks, so we got to have our first meal in the US and explore the park's hotel! 😂 The official check-in time is 4 PM, but we arrived around 12 PM, and the lady at the front desk checked us in right away – super grateful for that! We got drenched in a downpour and came into a super warm room for a great nap. The fridge in the room works perfectly, and the bed is very comfortable. My room was even next to the ice machine, which was incredibly convenient! There are plenty of outlets in the room, so no worries there. My mom said the pool was great, but I didn't go. Everything was awesome, except for the shower water pressure being a bit low (though the next hotel I stayed at also had low water pressure, is California experiencing a water shortage? 🥹).

The hotel where the conference was held, but there was a bug between the agent and the hotel. One room could not be checked in. After a long communication, the front desk service attitude was not very good, and the back-end phone could not be reached. Fortunately, it was well negotiated with Ctrip. The room is relatively small and the settings are relatively old. After all, it is a century-old hotel. The laundry is all from Le Labo, but it is not bad. The breakfast restaurant is not a buffet, and the introduction is incorrect. The ordering and serving are very slow, maybe it is a sense of relaxation. The location of the hotel is good, but it is very close to the tram route, and the Inception camera is one or two blocks away.

- Location was excellent, close to Powell Street station (BART ride to the airport in ca. 40 mins.) All connections a travel to SF would want: Street Car, Bus, CableCar, BART, Metro.. in walking distance. - People at the reception are very kind. - Cleanliness was ok, but could be improved for a hotel of this price (one handle was greasy).  -Facilities were also ok. The room layout was nice but nothing special. The pool was very nice, so was the gym. Dining options could be better. Also dining is quite expensive for what you get. Friendlyness of the staff in dining area was ok, but not as great as at reception. -Overall: recommended for a business traveller who need not worry about the price; for tourists (esp. families) to SF there are probably better options.
