5-Star Hotels in Lima Province, Peru

From arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed. The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha. The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street. The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view. The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice. The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines. Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took. I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Sheraton Lima was absolutely amazing ✨🏨. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every detail of our stay — the delicious food 🍽️🥐, the excellent service 🤍, and all the additional amenities that made our experience even more special. Waking up in a comfortable king-size bed 🛏️, enjoying the breakfast buffet, and relaxing by the pool with refreshing drinks 🍹🏊♀️ made our time here unforgettable. Thank you, Sheraton Lima, for such a wonderful and relaxing experience. We can’t wait to come back 🌟😊.

Totally shocked after 2 nights in this hotel. We checked in in evening and wanted to take a shower. But we didn’t have hot water in our room. After calling to reception service man came and told that we need to change room. Reception didn’t answer my calls. Next day after we came from sightseeing some things disappeared from our room (coffee, cookies and invitation to drinks). During check out nobody helped us to get into the car with our luggage. And we had only one slippers, one robe in our room. It’s 5 stars hotel! 😅

It’s more like a 4 stars hotel but not 5 stars. It is still a very good hotel and we had a good stay. The heated rooftop swimming pool is a plus ! However, upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. We had to bring all of them up to the room by ourselves. Some amenities are missing in the room, no toothbrush, nor cottons, shower cap and etc. No glassware and neither minibar in the room. It is a nice hotel but pls don’t expect a 5 star service and amenities.

Poor sound insulation, obedient in the next room can be heard. The most important thing is that when I was preparing to book other Hilton hotels in the past two days, I found that the hotel did not give me a score. At that time, I had already shown him the account of Golden member and provided the account information.

The hotel is in a great location, next to a large Lima mall, less than 1 minute away. You can go there often. There are many convenience stores, pharmacies, etc. around. The waiters are very polite and enthusiastic. The room is also very large and comfortable. There is also a jacuzzi. It is along the street and a bit noisy, but the windows can be closed to block 95%. The soundproofing effect is very good. The only drawback is that the towels should be replaced, they are not so new.

If you want to remember this city at first glance, then stay in the JW Ocean View Room. It's perched on a rock, and down below you you can see Haidian Avenue, the shopping mall complex, and the surrounding affluent neighborhood where people stroll in the evening. We arrived at the hotel quite late, but still managed to catch the sunset. Lima is a city where there's no bad food, and it has amazing ingredients. I've never seen asparagus this thick before, and the corn was enormous. It's not genetically modified; it's the yang energy of this place that nurtures its ingredients.

I've been manay hotels, buy I've never get the concierge service. Wonderful and really appreciate.

Nice and clean. Not very close to city centre or airport. But modern and international standard. Comfortable stay.
