The bathtub in the bathroom had dust in it. I told the front desk and they offered me a room change.

The Hotel was conveniently located near the metro to allow for quick access to the downtown area. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. My only negative remark concerns items left right around the elevators on our floor. A half finished soda can remained on the table at the elevators for most of our stay: certainly it was trash, but I don't know why housekeeping didn't clean it. In addition a luggage cart sat in the hallway near the elevator for for a night or two. Certainly these are not major issues, I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it.

The hotel is undergoing extensive renovations, but the quality of some of the work still needs improvement. Many details show poor renovation quality, such as the bathroom vent cover, which wasn't properly secured and fell off, which was quite dangerous. The swimming pool has a large waterslide, which is a big plus.

Everything was great. My husband and I spent 2 nights during their slow season. Hotel was clean, room was great, and staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.  At the time of our visit, the outdoor fire pit was under construction and the off site gondolas were closed for repairs, but the staff encouraged us to explore the village on hikes and gave of recommendations for other activities nearby. I also lost a necklace and although I never found it, the hotel staff was empathetic and made every effort to locate it and communicated effectively with me.

The facilities were clean and the room was more spacious than I expected, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was pretty much the same selection every day, but it was nice that coffee and hot water were always available in the lobby. It's quite a distance from Old Quebec, so transportation costs for round trips added up. Overall, it's clean and the staff are friendly, so I recommend it! ^^~~~

Everything about this hotel is great. The location, the very warm and friendly welcome from the hotel reception team made our stay more enjoyable. Our room was excellent with a superb comfortable bed and good quality shower and bathroom fittings. The bar area was very nice with lovely seating and great service from the staff. We only tried the restaurant Louise once but the food was just amazing and of a high quality and standard. Highly recommended.

Ten mins drive from old town. Just right at highway exit. Good for travel with car. Very comfortable mattress. Nice view with golf court

I recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free. We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch. The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in a bustling central area, though it's a bit of a walk to Chinatown (about 15-20 minutes). It seems to primarily cater to Western guests. The front desk is on the 10th floor. The hotel boasts a lot of external greenery, an artificial stream, and even ducks on its sky garden. Be aware that there are several steps between different sections of the hotel rooms. While there are ramps for luggage, it's still quite inconvenient, so I wouldn't recommend it if that bothers you. The room had one super large bed and a sofa bed right next to each other. Unlike some hotels that provide at least a partition between the sofa bed and the main bed, there's no privacy, so I wouldn't recommend it for those who value that. I stayed for two nights, and the hotel charged a C$250 deposit. A week after checking out on the 20th, the deposit still hasn't been refunded, which is a stark contrast to my later experience at the Hilton Vancouver (where the deposit was returned the very next day). If this is an issue for you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Like hotels in the US, Canadian hotels generally don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste.

We were so happy for our night of staying in this hotel. The room was amazing, not to mention the beautiful bi-level room that we got. The facility was so clean, the bath, the beds, the crews all were amazing. Looking for our next trip and staying in this hotel. Totally happy to recommend.
