Hyatt Regency Delhi

Despite being a Hyatt brand, the price was reasonable and the service was excellent. I was very satisfied and would like to stay here again next time.

The water was clean, and the room was well-maintained. It was quiet since it's a bit far from the city center. It would have been even better if there was a convenience store nearby. A mini-mart within the hotel would be a great addition.

We initially had a very noisy room facing the street. We were able to switch rooms at 1 AM. What I find disappointing for a hotel like Hyatt is that there's absolutely nothing in the room for guests arriving late at night – no cookies, no fruit.

For a five-star hotel, the rooms are really small. The staff is overly meticulous, constantly bombarding you with questions like if everything is okay or if you're satisfied. When you just want to enjoy dinner at the restaurant, these endless questions about whether everything is good become quite annoying. And if they mess something up, consider your dinner ruined! They'll approach you every 2-3 minutes, trying to fix their mistake.
