Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay

My wife and I spent 7 amazing nights here! The resort has everything, you don’t even have to leave! You can catch a 45 minute cab ride to port denaru for some adventure experiences of course, but so much to do here. Isikeli and Jim - as well everyone else at the water sports area were awesome! The 5 hr cruise with snorkel and wave runner safaris were definitely worth it. Joey over at the fish bar is great and pours some good drinks. Missi and Adam with activities also some great people to run into for a soccer game on the beach. Marcus was the friendliest person to run into everywhere at the resort throughout the day. Simon at the front lobby will help square you away with whatever you need. We had a lagoon view bure which was a home away from not wanting to go back home. Walk right into the lagoon from the beach or sit on your balcony while reading a book. All in all could not recommend this resort more. Safest part of the trip is was having to leave.

The staff are amazing, so helpful, so friendly, singing all the time, and lots of entertainment. Good options to eat; Wicked Walu was very good, and the buffet breakfast was great. We also had the romantic dinner which was a private 5 course meal at the end of the pier (500 Fijian Dollars) , which was very nice a great service from our waiter Akuila. For families I would say it was brilliant as there was so much for the kids to do, including what looked like a great kids club. For a honeymoon, it’s noisy with kids being kids, but there is an adult pool only. There is also an adult only beach but this was mostly ignored. Cocktails where great, and they have a cocktail of the day which is half the price so keep an eye out for that. The only downside for us, was that it just so happened on our trip there was work being done to the hotel, and we got woken up most mornings by the workmen drilling or hammering at 7am. For families I’m sure this wasn’t a problem as the where already awake but for a relaxing honeymoon, not so much. The Fijian lifestyle and culture is amazing, but for those who are in a rush be aware of “Fiji Time- No Worry, No Hurry”. Things can take slightly longer to get to you, but if like us we didn’t really care. Overall I would recommend this resort and I’m sure you’ll have a lovely time as we did.
InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa, an IHG Hotel

Myself and the family stayed at the Intercontinental late May 2023 and had a lovely time. The resort and grounds are in great condition and well maintained. We had a beach view room on the ground level which was wonderful as it came with a well sized outdoor patio. The beach is amazing, one of the best I have seen at Fiji, there was the option for some waves at one end of the resort while at the other end was much calmer and shallow for a long way which was great for a 5 year old to play around in. The pools were a bit cold but that was great as meant more time in the ocean. The day beds were great and could generally one someone along the beach. Food was not bad and of course the staff were amazingly friendly again.
Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa

Overall a poor experience. Customer service. Most of the staff are nice and friendly and have the bula spirit, however our stay was tainted by some unfriendly staff at the main restaurant by the pool, which some of the staff don’t want to help providing baby chair and just forgot about the requests after all. The restaurant staff just simply looks very unhappy or tired for some reasons. We have met some very friendly face and lovely staff, but it was unfortunate the restaurant customer service is consistently horrible. Front desk staff shows don’t show the same level of hospitality as to other hotels we stay in Fiji. Room: It’s showing it’s aged but the view is fantastic and room is well equipped and spacious, it suits well for family with a plan to cook. We notified the staff that two of the pendant lights aren’t working on day one. Yet nothing is fixed until check out. Food: We try buffet breakfast and dinners at the main restaurant and also take away from the red Buddha restaurant. Breakfast is pretty standard and average considering it’s Hilton, we stay at many Hilton hotels before, the food is one of the worst experience we had, in particular the buffet dinner, choices are very limited, it’s pretty much just a corner of food , pretty subpar comparing to Sofitel or Sheraton. Overall. With similar price it is hard to recommend this hotel to family especially with kids, the staff seems to have too much trouble to handle the demand of young kids and didn’t stand up to the great Hilton branding which is a bit of a shame. Rooms got beautiful view, foods aren’t great. The only bright spot would be the spacious hotel room.

Usaia is the best employee here. His unbelievable service made my honeymoon perfect and fantastic. He recommended and taught me lots of information here in Sheraton and Fiji. Actually, we were only one Asian couple, so everything was too new for us, but bying talking with Usaia, he made us feel relaxed and better. I highly recommend Sheraton because of Usaia and his service. Thank you, Usaia. I will never forget you and your kindness

We were lucky enough to experience the Adults Only Waitui Beach Club Package which gave us a little bit more luxury of being pampered at the Spa and entry into the more sophisticated Journal Lounge. At the lounge we had daily complimentary high tea which was delightful, Bubbly with Breakfast and delicious complimentary sunset cocktails or Gin and Tonic with a beer for Hubby! The staff in the Executive Lounge went above and beyond with their service, in particular Payal who had such grace and Professionalism, Kara with her infectious laugh and Agnes who was a delight with her quiet demeanor. Mili, Loyalty Supervisor, thank you for checking with us that our stay was meeting our expectation (which it was) and giving us an insight on how the resort was travelling since Covid. Waitui Beach Club Grill...you cook an excellent steak and your staff's recommendation of the fish curry was spot on considering I hadn't tasted one before. Thank you to your staff who always made us feel welcome, especially Vau who always remembered our names throughout our stay! A big thank you to Claire too for indulging me with some French conversation which I remembered from my school days! Finally, thank you to Solo for your professionalism and friendly nature in both checking us in and out. We ran out of paper to note down more staff but please note you are all exceptional too. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!!

Our stay at the GPH was lovely. Staff were friendly and efficient. We had a delayed check in which the team sorted out in a way that we were all happy. Florine was excellent, helping us with all issues before and during the stay with a high level of efficiency and professionalism. Vika, Dee, Jane, Kalei, Viti, Neha and the duty managers were all excellent and helped us enjoy our stay. Rooms were clean, we understand the hotel is set to be renovated which will bring it up to the standard of other 5 star intercontinental hotels.
Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa, an IHG Hotel

The overall service is very good. The brand new hotel has just opened a week ago. Although not all restaurants are open, the service is great. Breakfast is a continental buffet. Eggs Benedict is good. During the day we went shopping downtown and ordered a pick-up service from the hotel's tour manager. The tour guides Vicky (day 1) and Sam (day 2) both did a great job not only picking us up from point to point but showing us around the city and giving us great tips while we were shopping. Even though we were a little late, they waited patiently for us. Overall, the stay at the Crowne Plaza, I would say, was not up to five star standards as not all restaurants were open. However, I would give them six stars for their service and sense of service. Looking forward to visiting again. We are traveling as a couple, staying for five nights, and want to stay for another two days, it is a good place to lie down and be in a daze. In comparison, the feeling of diving and snorkeling is not as good as that of the outer islands, but the hotel has five or six restaurants with many choices, relatively cheap prices, and many activities. The Sundowner restaurant is recommended for three meals a day (if you don’t drink alcohol, breakfast or brunch is cheaper than the buffet). The service staff is also great. There is a waitress named Savaria who can remember my name the next day. She is professional 👍🏻Highly recommended~ especially suitable for family trips.
