The staff service was inconsistent, some good, some not so good. Breakfast was just okay, and the dinner buffet was also mediocre. The Italian restaurant's food was decent. A crucial tip: always double-check your final bill. I found numerous discrepancies. For instance, a staff member told me non-alcoholic drinks from the pool bar were charged to the mini-mart – though they did adjust everything in the end, it's definitely something you need to check. On the brighter side, there were also excellent staff members who were very clear and helpful when I asked questions.

The room was decent, but I always felt the cleanliness wasn't quite up to par. Both breakfast and dinner were very generous; however, dinner didn't include drinks, and ordering them separately incurred a charge. The hotel's location is excellent, very convenient for getting to the pier. Plus, there's a Fiji Airways check-in counter in the hotel lobby, which was super handy as we could check our luggage in there before heading to the airport.

Great small resort hotel. Very family oriented especially for families with young children. Food and restaurants are excellent and well priced. Needs more activities in the evening for adults. Musical entertainment enjoyable but repetitive.

My overall stay was fantastic! The environment was quiet and comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy with all the amenities I needed. The service was warm and attentive, with a friendly attitude; both check-in and check-out were smooth. It was great value for money, and I felt relaxed and at ease during my stay. It was a very satisfying experience, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip.

Wished we’d stayed longer! We used as a quick 1 night stay before departing for an island stay ferry. However after staying here, we’d recommend staying here and doing day trips to islands. Great location only 10 mins coach journey to the ferry port. One of the best breakfast selections we’ve had anywhere in the world - variety & freshness. Fantastic spacious & clean room, loved that specially filtered meant tap water was available, and the free reusable drinks bottle was a nice touch. Didn’t get to use the pool in such a short time, but it looked lovely. Would highly recommend!

The hotel service was exceptional. Upon check-in, they greeted us with a song, which was a lovely touch. Our room was very spacious, and the bathroom was enormous. There were plenty of poolside song and dance performances. Both the kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed their stay. It was also very quiet at night, and not far from the port.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Hotel! All the staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Dipping in the jacuzzi in the adults-only pool area in the morning was the perfect way to start our day. The sunset deck and beach cabanas were also very relaxing. Although the pillows had a slight moldy smell and the room wasn’t serviced properly, overall our stay was great. We’ll definitely be back!
