Had a great experience here....the staff were very helpful.the room was spacious with a huge bathtub. Overall it was superb

A calm and nice hotel..the staff also quite friendly and the vibes is kinda hostel vibes due to design of the building itself

We are surprise with the poor condition of the hotel after our last stay a year ago. The room is old and not as hygienic as before. Food is not as good as before too. May consider switch to A Famosa Golf club for future stay as my UK bosses like to play Golfing in Malaysia.

Look elsewhere if you’re looking to experience 5-star service. Downside: 1) service and amenities are nowhere near 5-star level. 2) limits water bottle to two a day (even 3 star hotel don’t do that) 3) breakfast is below average. Again, same level as a 3-star hotel. Tho the service in Charcoal was commendable. 4) reception was grumpy and did not do seem like he wanted anyone there. Just did not feel welcoming. 5) reception only gave 1 key card when checked in. Hesitated and showed an unhappy face when we requested for another one. Upside: 1) bayu lounge is great and relaxing with great happy hour deals 2) rooms are updated and new 3) free and ample parking space 4) quiet and relaxing if you’re looking for a short getaway (with subpar service. Refer to downsides) Overall, the hotel itself is good. Service and amenities can be much better to call itself a 5-star hotel.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, luxurious, and the atmosphere was calming. The facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the swimming pools. The staff were attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Great stay.however, the facilities such as the slide at the pool and also the playground needs some refurbishing.

1. 2 Connecting rooms booked but 1 room was not ready. Receptionist couldnt solve the problem fast. they asked me to wait.. Wait.. Wait.. Couldn't tell me when the room can be ready. I made a complaint to trip.com then only the room ready at 8pm, compensation was where I can check out late at 6pm but for 1 room. 2. Cleanliness of the room poor where it has dirty stain on the bathroom sitting area. 3. Broken bathtub 4. Not enough towel provided for swimming use. 5. Breakfast choices limited. No proper coffee machine in this so call 5 star hotel. Goods 1. Good lunch at Charcoal restaurant. Staffs friendly. Good foods. 2. Atmosphere good with beautiful plants, lake. Conclusion : will not stay again. Not worth.

Spent my last day of 2023 here and everything was good. One of the best resort in city. Love it 🫶🏼

The room was clean and comfort, but the hotel is mot much thing to do. Breakfast was disappointed, as rates 5 stars hotel, food was bad.

Love the room.! We had our company dinner, so nice. Next time, i will come again.!

The only complain is the bar, noisy and smoky. The room carpet needed to clean.

The foods i amazing . If you looking for calm and Devine place to stay please come stay here. The foods were absolutely delicious and tasty! Due to my current room fully booked, the hotel Management upgraded my room to another room for FREE! Thank you so much

The Saujana is truly a hidden gem. The place is good for anyone in need for getaway. It will offer you calmness and good relaxing that you need. The room was quite clean and I love the dim light. You can fall asleep straight away! Lol. Very recommended ☺️
