1. Great location, right by the sea and close to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal. They offer free shuttle service to the terminal for morning departures, so you don't have to wake up too early. 2. The hygiene and service are excellent. The rooms are spotless, sometimes even cleaned twice a day. Service response is very quick, much better than the other two hotels (Marriott and Crowne Plaza) we stayed at during this trip. 3. The pool slide is fun, and the gym is good. 4. You can catch crabs by the sea at night; we caught a lot, haha! 5. There's live music in the evenings, and we even caught a fire dance performance, which was fantastic. On the downside, the food isn't as good as the other two places. The only decent option was the Vietnamese restaurant.

If your room number is 388, make sure to strongly request a room change before checking in. A huge cockroach appeared two days in a row, and I couldn't sleep at all. On the first day, I noticed it right next to my body, and on the second day, it fell from the ceiling. Although they changed my room, I couldn't sleep peacefully until the very end and couldn't enjoy this trip at all. I feel like I want to seize the entire hotel, using my right to claim damages as collateral. Out of the 48 countries I've traveled to so far, a certain tricolor country was at the bottom, but this hotel has updated that record after 12 years. I will never go back there until I die.
