Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa

Lobby is in need of a proper upgrade as well as the kids club. Slides at the pools need to be upgraded. We were given an upgrade to the penthouse suite on arrival without asking. We declinded because having stairs with young kids and a bedroom downstairs would be difficult to control with young kids. Stayed in the two bedroom ground floor ocean view suite. Nice and spacious room. Unobstructed views of the water. In room dining came late and food was cold on one occassion. We were given 50 percent off and then dining on them in the evening at any restaurant. My experience with Hilton Hotels has always been good. Rooms are large perfect for families and young kids who wish to run along the beach 2 seconds away. Sunsets were beautiful to watch every night. Food at the resort is better than others in Fiji. I would stay again. I hope this helps others

Nice and big resort! Service very kind and fantastic pool. They can give you the possibility to stay in the resort even after check out.

The hotel location is amazing, the staff are lovely nothing is to much trouble and they are so friendly. The food is amazing. It is not a dirty hotel just a little tired here and there however there are lots of maintenance people around working quietly and discreetly. If you are wondering if you should stay here I would just book it, we would definitely come here again.

1. I arrived at the hotel at 9am, because of the room not yet ready, we wait until at 1pm, the staff said the room is almost check out, will be ready at 2:30pm, we wait for almost 6 hours, until after 3pm, it's the check in time, the staff said the room still not yet ready. OMG... but at last, thank you to Trip.com for resolving the problem; we got a refund for the first night. 2. Room service is really bad; the box of tissues, the shampoo, and the body lotion all need to wait for a day to refill. 3. The lobby is very, very small, does not look like a 5-star hotel, and many people sleep on the sofa; they also wait for a long time to check in. 4. The Fiji Airlines counter is not open all the time, so we had to take the luggage by ourselves and check in at the airport at last. 5. The only good point to stay is that the port is very near, it's convenient for island hopping, and the restaurants are not bad.

Peaceful and quiet location although depending on which unit you are located, the walk from one end to another end of the hotel is 2.3km. But there is plenty of buggy to chauffeur you around the hotel grounds. Has adult only pool which is a bonus.
