Overall: Extremely satisfied!!! I will definitely come back for a second visit. The service was truly excellent. The restaurant recommended by the concierge was delicious. The bellhops were very quick, carrying luggage up and down stairs. The place was spotless; both the public areas and the rooms were very tidy. The ambiance was elegant and had a classic old-money feel.

I requested a quiet room and sent an email to remind them beforehand, but received no response. Upon arrival, I found I was still assigned a room right next to the street, where garbage trucks and passing vehicles were noisy in the early morning. I booked a double room with twin beds, but after cleaning the next day, they only provided one set of towels and bath towels, which we had to share. The hotel is an old building with a lot of character. It rained the day I checked in, and the marble steps were slippery; my husband slipped and fell, so we had to be careful ourselves.

This is a service apartment, the sanitation is very clean, the room size is right, and there is a parking lot next to it. Tom service is very good, very meticulous, especially efficient, I booked a room at 8:00 in the morning, he immediately replied, and arranged the room for me before 1:00 even the added bed was laid. This trip has been playing in Europe for more than 20 days, with hotel chains and homestays, serviced apartments. The overall feeling is that serviced apartments in Europe may be better.
