The hotel has a great location and the front desk staff were very friendly. However, the bathroom in the room had several problems: there was only one sheet of toilet paper left upon check-in, the shower leaked, leaving the bathroom floor wet and smelling foul (probably due to poor ventilation). Also, the stainless steel drain directly under the shower head made a dripping sound, requiring a towel to be placed inside to cover it. The room was also poorly lit. For this price, the hotel was quite disappointing.
It was a unique hotel. Green surroundings, yet right in the middle of the city. We had high tea, which was very good. The only minor drawback was that the sweets were all white chocolate mousse, so a bit more variety in the sweet options would have made it even better for us. Something like a macaron or a praline, for example, but otherwise, no complaints.
Breakfast was amazing. I'm not sure if I'd say it was worth 60 euros per person, but it was very good.
The service was also excellent. They even walked us to our room. We were given an accessible room, though I'm not sure why, but an adjustable bed wasn't a bad thing at all.
This is a service apartment, the sanitation is very clean, the room size is right, and there is a parking lot next to it. Tom service is very good, very meticulous, especially efficient, I booked a room at 8:00 in the morning, he immediately replied, and arranged the room for me before 1:00 even the added bed was laid. This trip has been playing in Europe for more than 20 days, with hotel chains and homestays, serviced apartments. The overall feeling is that serviced apartments in Europe may be better.
