We booked 4 rooms for our family tour and we had a great stay at Sapphire House. The rooms were cosy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing with on-demand hot dish menu prepared for you! Front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a van for our group to commute to the station. The team was well diverse with Chinese speaking front desk staff as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was amazing, the staff was very friendly. Maybe it took a time to wait for room service to bring a bottle of champagne. Great service. I recommend to book the valet service very easy!

This is a service apartment, the sanitation is very clean, the room size is right, and there is a parking lot next to it. Tom service is very good, very meticulous, especially efficient, I booked a room at 8:00 in the morning, he immediately replied, and arranged the room for me before 1:00 even the added bed was laid. This trip has been playing in Europe for more than 20 days, with hotel chains and homestays, serviced apartments. The overall feeling is that serviced apartments in Europe may be better.
