Our first trip to Bintan Lagoi was truly memorable, and our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay made it even more special. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome at the Emerald Class lobby. The bellboy greeted us with such energy and friendliness—it immediately set a positive tone for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that complimentary shuttle service is provided for all guests, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel is also just about 10 minutes from the ferry terminal, making it easily accessible. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were welcomed with genuine smiles by the reception team. The check-in process was smooth, fast, and efficient. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of Lagoi Beach. The hotel amenities were impressive for a 4-star property. We especially enjoyed the huge family pool, the 24-hour gym, and the convenience of 24-hour room service. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of stay provided.Location is great near to the beach and Lagoi Bay plaza. Food at Rempah Kitchen was definitely one of the highlights. The local Indonesian dishes are a must-try—especially Rawon Sumsum and Gado Gado, which we would rate a solid 9/10. The breakfast spread was good overall, though there’s room for improvement in the Western selections and milkshakes. We also appreciated the complimentary photo shoot, along with a photo frame to take home as a lovely keepsake. This is a destination we would highly recommend for both couples and families. The service throughout our stay was truly top-notch. A special mention goes to Niken at the front desk—she was always smiling, warm, and incredibly service-oriented. The restaurant team and all other hotel staff were equally attentive and welcoming. Thank you, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay, for such a wonderful experience. We truly enjoyed our short stay and look forward to returning again.

Was given a smoking room while I had requested for a non smoking room in my booking. Had to request for a change of room. Room door was difficult to open despite using two access room cards. Again, had to ask the receptionist to get our room doors settled. So there was some delay before we could really take a rest after a long day. Basic amenities like dental kit, shampoo and body wash were provided. Room was of a pretty decent size. Breakfast was ok and has a Maggie station. It’s just a 5- 10 mins drive to the Batam ferry center.

Hotel is at a convenient location - walking distance to the mall, food centres and many local stalls/markets.. also various massage spas surrounding the hotel (tho most close by 11pm). Hotel breakfast has a good variety and family enjoyed most of the dishes. The rooms are spacious and clean, but would advise to air the room a bit as the rooms could feel a bit stuffy at first. The service team is friendly and sincere, wearing cheerful smiles 😃 .

My gf and me stayed here for our Batam trip last weekend. When we first entered our non-smoking room, there was a twinge of vape smell lingering in the air. The room was well spaced out with many useful amenities such as furniture, drinking water, kettle, etc. I find the wall shelf by the TV a nice and useful addition. Our TV doesn’t have Netflix but carry some local channels as well as CNA. Although the few electrical sockets in the room are universal adaptors, they feel a bit loose when plugged in. Aircon and bathroom amenities such as water pressure and hot shower all work smoothly. Our window overlooks the immediate neighbourhood and the room is relatively quiet throughout the stay. Sadly, I didn’t use their Wifi so can’t really comment on that. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had limited variety but the quality was good. The hotel is also at a convenient location within walking distance of two big malls, so plenty of food and entertainment! All the staff we encountered in this hotel was super friendly and helpful. We only had one keycard given to us during check-in so when I was accidentally stuck downstairs without a card, the lady at the concierge quickly made me a new one so I could get back to my room. The day after checking out of the hotel, I realised I lost my beloved earpods and whatsapp-ed the hotel in the slim hope of finding it back. Within minutes, I got a message from the concierge, accompanied with a picture of my lost item! I shall definitely return to stay with them again very soon ^^

We had a lovely stay. This is our second time. Everything was pretty good, we loved the pool and the range of activities, staff are very friendly too!. But again I am vegan and it was very hard to find some vegan options for breakfast. Overall the food quality wasn’t the best. OAlso, it’s great that the beach was cleaned daily, but between the beach and the resort was very dirty and full of small broken bits of plastic. The overall hotel is beginning to feel a bit worn too and could do with a refurb!

Decent hotel at a very strategic location. Many surrounding facilities like coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, convenient stores, bakeries, massage parlours, KTVs, and etc. Nearby a large food court called A2 Food Court and shopping malls like Grand Batam Mall and Batam City Square Mall. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Standard room amenities. Lobby looks newly renovated. I believe some further renovation on going for breakfast restaurant and other parts of the hotel. Staffs are helpful like security guy helping with our luggage and receptionist keep us inform as soon as room available for early check-in. Overall, value for money accomodation.

A very nice hotel for family. Everything was very good. Breakfast was amazing. With ibumie station as the front. The rest was good too. Even though no swimming pool and gym. But the location was very good. Shopping mall and wet market. It’s very happening even at night. 👍🏻

Very efficient and friendly front counter service and there is hotel staff assist in crossing the busy road. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very convenient location. Will definitely come back if going to Batam.

Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. The hotel is clean and helpful nice hotel staff. But i overlooked the size of the room, very small room. Next trip need to cautious the room size. Breakfast is ok2. Location near to nagoya mall. Still walking distance. And nearby masjid also. Many Spa opposite of the hotel. Iron need to request and they will quickly send to your room.
