Enjoyed our stay in Bintan and it was a great choice to choose Four Points. Breakfast at Rempah Restaurant has a great variety. My kids enjoy the kids club and activities provided. We didnt really travel out to explore bintan as we wanted the kids to chill and enjoy the pool and beach. Nearest food options and small shopping area at plaza lagoi is just 5mins walking distance. Cons: we actually booked cabana king room for our stay as we wanted more space for the kids to move around, it was featured at 50m2 room which is bigger than normal room. When we first checked into the room we paid, the room seems a bit run down and to make it worst, the outdoor cabana was soaking wet! We requested for a downgrade to normal room without a cabana. And the price difference for both room for 4d3n is $200 plus. I tried asking for any meal vouchers or dining credits in view of the stark price difference, but didnt get any. 😣

The cleanliness is ok. Customer service also good. They are very friendly and helpful. Only the location for me is quite inconvenience as it not walking distance with the restaurant or mart. But if you have a driver it's okay. Grab also ok quite cheep as the distance with mall only 2-3km. This is the cheapest hotel with bathtub. We also can keep our luggage at their lobby if we want to go out first before check in.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Bintan with my toddler and had a mix of positive and negative experiences. We booked a pool access room, which was extremely convenient with a young child. Service throughout our stay was excellent, and the team was always helpful. They also assisted with printing our ferry boarding passes and arranged the complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal. The food at Warung Pak Lagoi was decent, and the service there was especially attentive. The restaurant also offers free koi fish feeding, which my toddler enjoyed. On our last day, the fish food had run out, but a lovely staff member went the extra mile to get us a small packet so my child could still participate. The shuttle to Plaza Lagoi runs hourly, but if you miss it, you'll have to wait for the next one, so plan accordingly. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The Kids Club was quite disappointing compared to the photos online, with very limited activities, missing items and play options available. There was also power trip on our first night. As our toddler was already asleep, changing rooms wasn't a practical option for us. More concerning was that the entire resort experienced two power outages on our second night. We happened to be outdoors during one of them, and the blackout was completely pitch dark. It was quite frightening as we weren't holding our toddler's hand at that exact moment and couldn't see anything around us. Overall, the staff and service were the highlights of our stay, but the repeated power outages and underwhelming Kids Club made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

She remembered our family by name throughout our stay and kept us updated on everything from the opening of the beach club to the latest f&b offerings. Her personal touch made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. We would also like to thank Shely at the pool for her friendly hospitality and cheerful service despite the unforgiving heat, as well as the amazing team at Port19 - there were so many wonderful staff members that it’s impossible to name them all individually, but every interaction was met with genuine smiles and excellent service. We were celebrating our child’s birthday during our stay, and the thoughtful surprises arranged by the hotel made the occasion extra special. It was these little touches that created lasting memories for our family. Our room was always well-maintained, comfortable, and spotless. What impressed us most was the consistently warm and friendly attitude of every crew member we encountered throughout the resort. Thank you all for your outstanding hospitality and for making us feel so at home. We leave with many happy memories and sincerely hope to return again one day.

Continue my aged bday on the second day in batam. With friend referral after they stay before. We booked this hotel during this trip for a three nites stay to lepark and rejuvenate. Usually we will choose a hotel with pool and gym too. But this time, we booked in advance via trip.com and got a very great deal. The check-in is very efficient handle by front desk executive , me Julios. (Very friendly and polite). Although we arrived an hour earlier, we got check-in instantly. I really appreciate the great surprise upon entering the studio suite. My partner have quietly arranged with the hotel for a birthday room deco. The hotel went to the great extend to offer us a complimentary birthday deco surprise (with a complimentary special hotel soft towel set) I took the hotel kind wishes and brought the printed deco banner to all the places we visit too (still in progress. Bhahaha) Everything is so wonderful at artotel batam. Thanks always 👍

The location is good and near to many eateries and coffee shops. Getting around is easy through ride hailing and the fares are inexpensive. One thing I find irritating is how the light switches were located, particularly for the toilet lightings. The switch was placed besides the room entrance. There is no switch anywhere else to control the toilet lightings, not even outside the toilet entrance.

We booked this hotel apartment, as it has 2 bedrooms with 2 King sized beds, a balcony, huge space, bedroom toilet with bathtub, and the other main toilet with shower glass. Space is huge, there's also daily cleaning. Hotel comes with filtered water (important as tap water is unsafe for drinking or even brushing teeth), included breakfast with huge variety catering to all ages and tastes including porridge, noodles, rice, deserts, fruits, bread, cakes, coffee/tea, egg stations, pancakes, etc, and an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool (currently under refurbishment). Room comes with a some cooking equipment (basic), full sized refrigerator, coffee, bathroom essentials like toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, hairdryer, etc. Service is excellent, all smiles, request for replacement of filtered water tub when finished, request for high floor and late check-out were all granted without fuss. Location is perfect, easy to Grab, mostly around IDR10000 to 20000 (less than SGD2), to most of the places and restaurants. Although surrounding the hotel there's nothing interesting, the hotel itself does have a good restaurant, plus another Korean restaurant, cafe, massage, etc. Definitely will be back here.

During the check-in process, while verifying our guest identities using our passports, the front desk staff noticed my parents' birthdates. Without us even asking, they thoughtfully offered to provide a plastic stool for the shower to make things safer and easier for them. It is rare to see an administrative process turn into such genuine, proactive care! Security is also tightly managed, and the front desk service is available 24/7, ensuring complete peace of mind 🛁 Cleverly Designed, Spacious Bathroom The bathroom area was a pleasant surprise: The Shower: It is exceptionally clean and spacious. The layout is so generous that I easily managed to fit my 160\text{ cm} wide portable bathtub inside the stall with room to spare, turning the shower into a private spa setup. The Vanity Space: While the sink counter itself is on the smaller side and doesn't hold many toiletries, the design compensates perfectly with a wide second shelf underneath the sink area. It kept all our extra items neatly tucked away but within arm's reach. 🍜 Impressive Breakfast Buffet & Local Delicacies The breakfast spread at Oasia Bistro was varied, fresh, and delicious. For our first time in Batam, it served as a perfect introduction to local flavors: Indonesian Specialties: The buffet featured authentic Indonesian delicacies alongside standard international options, including a fun DIY ”Noodle Station” featuring classic local instant noodles with various condiments and fresh ingredients. The Bakery Station: They have an incredible assortment of pastries (like freshly baked Danishes, Palmiers, and Kouign-Amann), but the absolute star was the Pandan Toast Bread. It is a highly unique local twist on standard toast that you definitely shouldn't miss. 📌 Summary Whether you are traveling for leisure or with elderly family members, this hotel balances high-level security, excellent accessibility considerations, and fantastic dining. Highly recommended, and I will definitely book this room type through Trip.com again!

I was impressed by all the service staffs there. They are all very friendly, helpful and polite. They do their job with a smile and always eager to serve. I experienced an aircon leakage in my room and the next day they immediately offered me an upgraded room and gave me a private car service to the ferry terminal when i checked out. Even the Spa service staffs were very polite, attentive and took care of all my needs. I will definitely come back again to Cassia. The staffs and place there made me feel at home. Well Done Cassia Team!

I stayed in both the Superior Room and Deluxe Room during my trip and found both room types to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff were also very helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout my stay. Breakfast is also excellent. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a small coffee table in each room. We ordered room service and found it difficult to enjoy our meal comfortably in the room. With three plates of food, there was very limited space on the dressing table as it was already occupied by the kettle, cups, and coffee amenities. A small coffee table would make a big difference, especially for guests who prefer to dine in their rooms. The location is excellent. It is about a 10-minute walk to Grand Mall Shopping Centre, only 3 minutes from BCS Mall and the morning market, and just a stone's throw away from Si Fang Yuan Dim Sum. There are also plenty of massage centres and great food options within walking distance, making it a very convenient place to stay⁹. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its clean rooms, friendly staff, and fantastic location. Will definitely be back again!
