A Relaxing Stay with Beautiful Rooms 🛏️ and Exceptional Hospitality 🌴✨ Staying at Four Points Sheraton Bintan felt like the perfect mix of comfort and escape 🌴✨. I loved waking up in a modern room with cozy bedding and the eye-pleasing decor and color tone; Stepping out onto the private balcony to soak in the lush garden views 🌿☀️. The hotel overall interiors is soothing and calming, while the outdoor spaces are filled with expansive lagoon-style pools surrounded by palm trees, tropical fruit trees and colorful flowers 🌺 The highlight is the direct access to the calming sea and the sandy beach, steps away from the hotel we could enjoy tranquil stroll by the sea and soak into the sea under the open sky. There is also a sea sport centre next to the hotel for adventure lovers to enjoy all kinds of sea sports. With inviting interiors, scenic outdoor spaces, and a warm atmosphere, the resort creates an ideal setting for both relaxation and adventure.

The room is very clean and spacious. The hygiene of the room and the bathroom is very good. The location of the hotel is also in a strategic place, near to one batam mall & mega mall. It is very recommended to stay here ❣️

Aston Inn Gideon Batam – Great Value Stay Located in Nagoya, just steps from the market and Batam City Square, the hotel is surrounded by massage parlors, dining options, shops, and beauty services. The twin-bed room is spacious enough for two large suitcases, with handy amenities like toothbrushes, sandals, mineral water, and coffee/tea. Breakfast offers a wide spread — porridge, you tiao, roti prata, nasi lemak, and a live egg station. At around 60 SGD per night, it’s excellent value for the comfort and convenience provided.

My gf and me stayed here for our Batam trip last weekend. When we first entered our non-smoking room, there was a twinge of vape smell lingering in the air. The room was well spaced out with many useful amenities such as furniture, drinking water, kettle, etc. I find the wall shelf by the TV a nice and useful addition. Our TV doesn’t have Netflix but carry some local channels as well as CNA. Although the few electrical sockets in the room are universal adaptors, they feel a bit loose when plugged in. Aircon and bathroom amenities such as water pressure and hot shower all work smoothly. Our window overlooks the immediate neighbourhood and the room is relatively quiet throughout the stay. Sadly, I didn’t use their Wifi so can’t really comment on that. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had limited variety but the quality was good. The hotel is also at a convenient location within walking distance of two big malls, so plenty of food and entertainment! All the staff we encountered in this hotel was super friendly and helpful. We only had one keycard given to us during check-in so when I was accidentally stuck downstairs without a card, the lady at the concierge quickly made me a new one so I could get back to my room. The day after checking out of the hotel, I realised I lost my beloved earpods and whatsapp-ed the hotel in the slim hope of finding it back. Within minutes, I got a message from the concierge, accompanied with a picture of my lost item! I shall definitely return to stay with them again very soon ^^

A really great hotel! The beach was beautiful and uncrowded; since it was off-season, we had the whole beach to ourselves, which was fantastic. The service was also excellent, with staff always greeting us with a smile.

Initially skeptical due to some bad reviews on cleanliness, but I’m so glad I booked! The hotel’s location is perfect close to malls, great food and even alot of massage parlor nearby. The room was comfortable, and everything worked out better than expected. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Our go to hotel when we visit Batam. We like the hotel's location as it's a walking distance to Grand Batam Mall and BCS - Batam City Square Mall. A lot of eateries and massage parlors around the area. Our stay was cut short by a day as my husband got to cover for his colleague who took leave on the last day of our stay. We will be back again. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Batam's largest shopping mall. The facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is comfortable. The room insulation is great, the bed is very comfortable, and the curtains provide good blackout. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and they even offered complimentary laundry service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. The location is good and near to many eateries and coffee shops. Getting around is easy through ride hailing and the fares are inexpensive. One thing I find irritating is how the light switches were located, particularly for the toilet lightings. The switch was placed besides the room entrance. There is no switch anywhere else to control the toilet lightings, not even outside the toilet entrance.
