Go-karts, miniature golf, skiing, golfing, indoor/outdoor waterpark and hiking are just several adventures only minutes away. If you would like to venture further out, there are caves to explore, vineyards to visit as well as the breathtaking Shenandoah National Park; all of which are less than 25 miles. We also offer access to the Stonewall Terrace pool with our pool pass. There is a small fee of $6 per person, kids 5 and under are free. Be sure to bring cash as they do not accept credit cards.Our home has lots of space to stretch out with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This includes a kids' suite with a TV and viewing area along with an activity table and games. There's plenty of sleeping space with a twin/full bunkbed. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a jetted tub for mom to relax and unwind. Have fun in our walk out basement which has several windows and plenty of natural light. This is home to the Gameroom with an Olhausen Pool Table, foosball table, PS4 and more. Along with an additional bedroom and full bath, we have a beverage cooler that will keep your drinks at a crisp 34 degrees.The cozy great room is open to the dining area which comfortably seats 6. There is additional seating for 4 in the breakfast nook of the kitchen. There you will have all you need to prepare your favorite meals or just grab a snack.The spacious two-car garage is set up to hold all of your gear whether it's for golfing, biking, skiing or hiking. The large back deck holds the grill along with some great seating to watch nature, hang out with the family, or just relax. There's even a swing on the patio, if that is more your style. We know traveling with kids you have to pack a lot of big extras. That's why we provide for you a Graco pack-n-play that has a bassinet and changing table attachments as well as a high chair for your convenience. We anticipate that you will enjoy our home as much as we do and treat it as you would your own. OUTDOOR FIRES: This is high wildfire risk area therefore open fires & unattended fires are prohibited. FIRE PIT usage is prohibited during quiet hours, 10pm-7am: Under no circumstance, should a fire be created in the fire pit without the use of the Base & Spark Screen nor left unattended while a fire is active or smoldering. Firepits & grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage dot com or electronic sign at entrance for updates. 13. GARBAGE & TRASH: Do not place garbage or trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Garbage & trash attract wildlife, which could endanger you & damage the property.All garbage & trash is disposed of into trash bags, placed within the animal resistant trash bin, & with the lid securely closed. Excess garbage & trash, where the trash bin lid cannot be closed securely, must be take the Massanutten Property Owner’s Association Community Trash dumpster located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840. If there is loose garbage &/or trash within the trash bin, a surcharge fee of $35 will be charged to the guest. 14. CHECK-OUT: Late check-outs cannot be accommodated due to the time conflicts of our cleaners servicing many other properties. If determined that check-out is after 10:00am, a surcharge of $70 will be charged to the guest for every hour after 10:00am that check-out does not occur.15: NOISE: Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubingand kayaking during warm weather. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and The Appalachian Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities.This home is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort. However, it is located inside the community of Massanutten and minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/ outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more! You'll also have access to 30 miles of hiking trails. The pool is a community pool for the private homes in Massanutten. It is available for use by ourguests from Memorial Day through Labor Day for $6/person/day (subject to change). Pool availability is subject to, and at, the discretion of the Massanutten Property Owner Association. Tennis courts are also located by the pool. Welcome to Antlers Crossing -- a beautiful log home with soaring beams, luxury furnishings, plenty of space for families to spread out, and tons of entertainment options for all ages! Walk up to the house through a path of lavender. The great room features a large, antique gas log fireplace, leather sofas, comfy armchairs, high ceilings with gorgeous wooden beams. A rustic dining room and gourmet kitchen are nearby -- the kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, beautiful custom cabinetry, and is stocked with everything you'll need to cook for your guests. A deck off the dining room features a seating area and a large Weber gas grill for cooking out.Two first floor bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a full bath with an extra large tub and shower. There is also a bathroom closet with a washer and dryer. This bedroom has a 3rd full bath.The lower level has a second deck -- this one, like the one off the dining room, overlooks a small seasonal stream. Relax and watch the many birds and deer in the woods.This log home is located inside the Massanutten Resort and very close to many of the activities and amenities -- we're only about a minute by car from most of them. We provide linens/pillows for all beds. When you arrive you will find they are all made up for you, ready to go.We provide bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for your stay (12), so you won't need to haul a suitcase of bath towels along - just some for the waterpark or pool, if you plan to use it. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals -- just bring your food. The oven has two baking compartments to make cooking big meals easier.
