Excess garbage & trash, where the trash bin lid cannot be closed securely, must be take the Massanutten Property Owner’s Association Community Trash dumpster located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840. If there is loose garbage &/or trash within the trash bin, a surcharge fee of $35 will be charged to the guest. 14. CHECK-OUT: Late check-outs cannot be accommodated due to the time conflicts of our cleaners servicing many other properties. If determined that check-out is after 10:00am, a surcharge of $70 will be charged to the guest for every hour after 10:00am that check-out does not occur.15: NOISE: Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10PM & 7AM, therefore noise must be kept indoors during this time period.16: GENERAL PARKING: All tires must be off the roadway. Do not block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from the host. No buses, campers, or RVs are to be parked at homes or on roads. Park only in designated areas or the overflow lot at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840.
